Big Herb has some info for you on these folks! The first experience, I went into the store to buy a motorcycle. Had cash in my pocket to pay in full. Browsed the showroom and knew what I wanted. Nobody approached me to assist. When I asked for assitance, I was brushed off like they didnt think I would buy anything. I then left and bought the bike up the road. The second experience, I wanted to buy a jet ski. I wasnt in the door long and again experienced the same kind of issues. This time with some attitude as well. I again went up the road to make a purchase. Most recently, I went in to buy motorcycle parts. The customer service has to be the worst Ive seen in a place like this. The guy never made eye contact. He asked what I needed. I told him. He said how are you paying. I made the purchase and then he left my stuff sitting there and turned and began talking to a coworker. I guess they do so well they dont need my money. That was strike 3 for them in my book. It has been a negative experience EVERY time I have walked through the door. They act like you owe them something.
You will not find a better place to make a purchase from!! Kirk, Mike and the crew are super knowledgeable and friendly!!!! They are the type of person who would give their shirt off their back for you.

Drove an hour and half to this dealership to buy the Kawasaki 400 in metallic gray. The other dealers, near me in Tennessee, didnt have the color I wanted. Paid for the bike in full with cash; however, seems like I was rushed out of there once the guy got my money. He didnt give me the papers so I can register the bike nor did he give the owners manual or my change. Very unprofessional!! Bought the bike March 10 and here it is March 18 and still no papers, manual or change. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Ive bought many items over the years from them. They work hard to get the best deal around, and its great supporting a local, small dealership. Their service and parts folks are great to work with, and no complaints whatsoever. They stand behind their products, and treat you like family when you need something new!
This had to be the worst experience I have ever had especially when I am about to spend money. I’m not sure if it was the way I was dressed or my overall appearance. I was not acknowledge what’s coming in the door and when I asked questions the representative seem to have attitude and were very passive about answering questions. One things for sure they won’t have to worry about my money being spent their.
The gentlemen and ladies that work here are awesome. They are very helpful and do amazing work. 5 star for sure.

So we made a 3 hour trip to this location because it was the closest location to us. We called the week prior to check on getting an oil change done on our bike. They said on Saturdays it is first come first serve and that they would do it while we wait so to be there as soon as they opened. We even called a second time to verify the times and that they would change the oil......so we drive the 3 hrs down to the shop only to be told that we could drop it off and that they would try ....key word try ......to have it done later that afternoon. Hmmmmmmmm well needless to say we wont be back and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. What a waste of my time, money,and energy. Poor poor customer service on their part.

A Saturday afternoon I stopped by with my 93 Voyager, concerned about rotor wear. Randy stopped what he was doing to step outside and take a look. He could have said Oh yeah, you need to replace the rear rotor, but he didnt. Randy said If it was my bike, I wouldnt worry about it. Taking ten minutes out of his normal work, he educated me on brakes, pads, rotors, and made recommendations for when I do need to change out parts on what to look for. Excellent customer service.

I have always been treated great here. Everyone has been helpful with any problems or concerns I have.I had a meeting with a deer on l-55. Service department fixed my bike. I rode it and couldnt tell ANY DIFFERENCE before and after that meeting, I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. Sadly the deer is not with us any longer.I have purchased a Yamaha 650 Custom for my Girlfriend. And two Yamaha 1300 touring 2012 and 2015. Thanks Heather for your help buying them.Have and will continue recommending them.YOYO

Bought a bike here he was so petty when I brought him the obviously dry rotted gloves off his display wall with a receipt I was told no exchange no refund over 60$ won’t ever do business with him again. Would give this dive less than a star if I could 🖕🏿
Broke a chain on my ninja, took it in and they checked it out and got it running again. They seem like good honest people and the amount for the service seemed very fair. Ill be a returning costumer. I just wish they were located closer to where I live out in Millington.
Buyers beware of this Yamaha dealer. He only has one mechanic, so if youre new equipment breaks down, youre gonna wait 6 weeks for it to be looked at. Unacceptable in my opinion and I will never spend another dollar at this dealer. As a matter of fact I wish I would have never purchased these crappy waverunners to start with. Choose another dealer and another brand. Poor customer service.

They have good prices on parts and service. I have an 83 Kawasaki that is still alive with the help of this store and am happy to support this shop.

I had an out-of-town travelers have motorcycle trouble on his way through the area, so we took his Kawasaki bike to this shop.They diagnosed the problem and told him that the repair would be under $1000, and they could have it done by the next day.The repair took three days longer than promised and when we went to pick the bike up, they told him it would be $1400. He objected and they said the best they could do was $1200.My friend continued on his trip, but his bike continued to have trouble along the way.I cannot recommend this shop.
Bent my front rim on my bike. First he said it would be a week for the rim to come in. Rim came in never called to let me know so i could bring bent wheel in. I finally called two weeks later to find out i was there took tire and rim to then and was told it would be ready by next Thursday. Thursday came and went no call. Called the following Monday and he said that they would not get to it until next week. COME ON!! does it really take a month to do maybe 2 hours of work. Needless to say i went and picked up all my parts and took my rim some where else that did it the same day in about an hour. Ill never be setting foot back in this place. I really cant understand how this place stays in business with its lack of customer service and timely repair. FRUSTRATING to say the least.
