Good place for delivery. Receiving door is at door 31. I was unloaded in less than 1 hour. A lot of space to pull back. U can park overnight on the street ( no restriction signs). No restrooms:(

Not a bad place to pick up!! If the product is ready, they’ll load you early! The only downside is that they only load one truck at a time. Usually takes about 45 minutes per truck. Shipping office is about halfway down the building. Oh, also. They won’t let you stay in your truck while loading.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!! I sent my headphone in for repair here. They clearly had no idea what they were doing and returned my product in a more broken condition than I sent them in as. They just tore them apart, I dont even understand. THey then failed to respond when I inquired about what happened.

Picking up on a Saturday. Got here right at 8:00 am when they open. It’s 12:45 now😡 still getting loaded. I should’ve canceled the load and just go home 👎😡

Great experience and exceptional service. Shipped them my audio interface and had it back in a timely manner. However, upon receiving it from FedEx, it was still not 100%. Likely damage happened during return shipping. A quick email and they sent me a return label so they could take another look at it. They fixed it right up and now Im back in action!

Awesome company to deal with. I had my CAD E100s microphone replaced under warranty and AMS service was prompt and courteous from the beginning. I cannot recommend them enough, thank you Richard, Anna and the team!!!

I was referred to AMS to get my audio interface repaired. The whole team was extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process. The repair fee was reasonable and they returned my emails/calls almost immediately.

My husband Allan Woodin and I bought an autoharp from American Music and Sound 2011. Unfortunately it warped this year(Oct. 2015) and was ruined. The warranty was up Feb. 2016. We called AMS and they sent a mailer to return my autoharp and within ten days I had a new one.I am impressed with the service and courtesy received from American Music and Sound. Big thanks to Scott, the rep. we dealt with.
