My Dream Bridal is simply amazing. First the energy in the building is amazing! The ladies make sure you feel welcomed. Kris was my stylist she went over and beyond with her services! My mom is a very tough critic and Kris was able to put her at ease. She even was able to read my moms face and answer all her questions without my mom evening having to asking.Kris and June (the owner) were patient and kind and made sure I found my dream dress. I walked out happy and amazed with my dress! I would highly recommend everyone to shop with them.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing!!!You must book an appointment before you go but when I tell you..... We were greeted at the front door by Jennifer, we received shoe covers for our shoes offered something to drink(all of this before she took us to the back!) Jennifer took the time to find out what style my daughter wanted her likes and dislikes etc. After that she went and gathered all the “possibles” dresses! Our sales assistant started out our appointment by telling us she was tired, 20 and had no wedding experience..great. She also did not listen, we very clearly told her we didnt like a certain style and she kept pulling the same style. She also tried to up sell reconstructing every single dress, if the style doesnt work than pull something different, you have lots of dresses here. She was sweet but had zero energy, and the whole appointment was pretty boring. I bet they had a dress for us, if she would have listened.

I didnt end up buying a dress here because they didnt really have anything that was light enough for a beach wedding. The people were nice and polite. The only thing is that when we first got there the ladies offered us wine or something to drink and we said yes. However, no one ever brought us anything to drink while I tried on several dresses. I feel like that wouldnt have been the case had I chosen one of their dresses.

From the moment I met June at My Dream Dress Bridal Salon it was a true connection. I didnt think on my first day of trying on wedding gowns that I would have picked my ideal wedding dress, and the bridesmaid dresses. Even without an appointment she was able to see me and my bridal crew and showed us gowns (guess what it was on one of her busiest days and she still saw us). I looked elsewhere but I came back. My God, that woman knew my size just by looking at me which is a rare thing because Im a plus size woman. She was a complete expert. What a lovely experience! I was impressed from the start when a consultant called prior to my appointment to learn about our wedding and try to get an idea what I was looking for in a dress. Impressed again to work with june, the owner, and have the entire salon to ourselves. It was very intimate and relaxed. June listened my my needs/wants and helped me find a gown I feel beautiful in! I came in and was absolutely amazed at the experience I had. I scheduled an appointment last week and everyone was very kind, professional and made me feel at home! I literally came in and took my shoes off, which complimentary socks were provided to me and I was able to relax with champagne. I didn’t mind because the place is so beautiful I didn’t want any of the dirt or wetness on my shoes to ruin it. I was able to take my time and try on dresses and even said Yes! to my dress.Thanks so much for the hospitality! This is rare at other bridal salons.

The customer service here is amazing. I received a call confirming my appointment the day prior from June who was very welcoming when we entered the store. Nicole was my stylist, she is personable and knowledgeable about dresses. Many bridal stores can learn a thing or two from My Dream Dress when it comes to customer service.

When you start your experience at this business you walk in to the beautifully decorated store and they’re polite; it’s easy to assume you’re about to get five star treatment. This is furthest from the truth. On our first meeting with June she was more than 15 minutes late and unapologetic. We overlooked that. We were having a prom dress made. We came to four fitting where there was never a dress. She kept pinning on several pieces of fabric each time only to do no work and weeks later we’d drive 40 minutes to discover no work had been done. The dress was never completed. Prom turned into a disaster...Not only was the dress unfinished but the finished parts fell apart and the dress was in pieces while my daughter was at prom. I was very disappointed because we put our trust in June and on the day of prom we come in to her sewing. She should not have accepted the last payment and should be trying to make this situation right though prom, the only senior prom my daughter had, is now a thing of the past and she can never get back that. We have definitely paid more to her than what this was worth. She did not even sew the front top lace part into the skirt, the piece of lace she pinned in the back that was hanging and questionable unraveled before the night started good. The sleeve was 1/2 to 3/4 instead of whole and tied in a knot. The neckline unraveled it was a disaster. The other young lady who went to the same school, her family asked did we want to go to the news, because they said she lied to them and did an unsatisfactory job. Throughout the process she was telling us all this negativity but we still had faith in June. Then the last minute changes that SHE suggested to satisfy my baby were appreciated but it didn’t affect timing cause there still was not a complete dress, we kept coming there to see a piece of cloth pinned on but still trusted her until the day of...when she produced the incomplete product she had to wear. Then not to mention the40 minute drive to waste gas and she knew my daughter had a 1:00 appointment it was absurd for her to tell us come there and she knew the dress wasn’t finished. She never apologized for our first meeting where she was late and she’s still unapologetic now that she dropped the ball. How disappointing. Mind you this is an $850 dress😒😩.

I am a mature first time bride who is also plus size. These two factors created a sense of dread when I thought about my upcoming quest of finding a wedding gown. I new the gown had to be appropriste for my age, and body type.My Dream Dress Bridal Salon was the first and only store I had to go to. The experience was great. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The owner was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I found my dress and purchased it on my first and only visit.I am so pleased and happy. I cant wait to get married in September. I have been blessed with perfect man and the perfect dress.

Saw a beautiful dress/gown on Facebook. I immediately wanted it! I messaged the shop and got a very timely reply. Unfortunately they were out of my size but I was still encouraged to come in and try on a similar dress for sizing purposes. So, I did and they ordered my dress for me. It came in just a few days. I was so excited to see this place just by driving by, when we got to the door we were told that we had to take our shoes off, I had on Ugg’s and I just wasn’t prepared to take my shoes off at a public place. Then we told the young lady we will just come back after I felt uncomfortable as if she didn’t want us to come in, then she said well they are by appointment only anyways. I left disappointed and didn’t think they were very polite. So we ended up down the street at another place where we were treated well.

When I had a bad experience with another company that I was ordering my bridesmaid dresses through, June and her team at My Dream Dress Bridal Salon stepped up and saved the day. She matched the prices I was quoted from the other company and took care of every problem I was having. I cant even tell you how good it was to deal with someone who really cared and went out of her way to make it easy on me. Didnt know what to expect at my goddaughter s fitting but we ended up being pleasantly surprised. The dresses were amazing and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful.

Prices were great. However, my dress was not altered correctly I had to keep adjusting it the whole wedding. Very annoying especially considering I was apart of the wedding party.

Even though our issue is still trying to be resolved, I thought I should leave a review to let people know about my experience thus far.This bridal salon has moved three times in the last year, and each time no one let me know, I realized it when I showed up at the old location. Furthermore, we ordered our bridesmaids dresses in August. I was told they would be here in February. I called the salon in February only to be told the dresses were in high demand and werent in yet. After many other calls and frustrations, the dresses finally came in in May, nine months after we ordered them. The dresses are in awful condition, with crooked hems, sequins falling off, seams off, and more. Obviously, we were told this was a designer problem. Upon calling the designer, we were told multiple times that the dress order didnt even come in until February, so it seems as the dress order wasnt even placed from the bridal salon until February. We have asked for proof that the order was placed in August, but we have not received it from the bridal salon. We are still trying to figure this issue out, but I thought other people should know, I would not trust this salon. The dress designer said this salon is no longer a distributor for them, but now we are scrambling to try and get the dresses fixed because my wedding is so close. Unacceptable for bridesmaid dresses to take nine months to come in, when we were told it would take five.

My entourage and I went last Saturday to find my bridemaids their dresses. We had the pleasure of working with Nancy. The appointment went of flawlessly. We were welcomed as soon as we stepped foot in the door. We all were offered waters; did I mention it was 10 of us! including five children. Nancy was friendly, accommodating and on her job. She pulled beautiful dresses and ALL my ladies found their dresses. I was chastised because I havent made my bridal appointment. But it was all in good fun. While I love the dress that I chose, I wish that Id purchased it elsewhere. and saved myself a tremendous amount of stress and money. I have been waiting for almost 2 months to hear back from June on issues with my dress, even if it’s simply to say that she agrees that she delivered a dirty and damaged dress to me but isn’t going to do anything about it. A simple phone call to your customers, even if it’s to deliver bad news, is far more professional than just ignoring them. And it would have been nice for her to inform me when the shop moved not once, but twice. I found out about the last move when she sent me an email to confirm my rescheduled appointment (after she, within 24 hours of said appointment, canceled the appointment that Id scheduled weeks before).
