My mother needed hearing aids for the longest time, about 20 years. Finally, a couple years ago, we finally made an appointment at Beltone in Southgate with Susan Giles. My mother and I were quickly reassured by her professional competence and her kind manner. We both felt very confident that Susan Giles would provide an accurate hearing evaluation that would take into account my mothers lifestyle, hearing aid experience and hearing expectations. It has been such a blessing for my mother to be a patient of Susan Giles. My mother is still very happy with her hearing aids and with the professional environment and care of this office.

After a quick search online, I found Beltone, it was close to my house and I called and and they got me in quickly. The testing process was very easy. Molly explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I ended up needing hearing aids and again they got them in very quickly. Set up and fitment was very easy. Follow up appointments have been great to make sure everything fits well and to check how I am adapting to using them. I would 100% recommend Beltone Southgate, and Molly if you need to get your hearing tested.

My brother recommended that I see Susan G. of Beltone. She was great. She conducted a hearing test very professionally and mapped out where my hearing deficiencies were. She set up the hearing aids based on my problem and I use them for a week. I returned a week later and she tweaked them. This tweaking improved my hearing even more. I now will be returning in three months for another evaluation. If I have any problems prior to my next appointment, Susan said I can set up another appointment in earlier.Misty ( PCC), who runs the front desk, is also wonderful. She was able to switch the settings on my iPhone so that when my phone rings it wouldnt blast into my ears. She is an android phone user but was very comfortable with helping me with my iPhone settings.The staff at the Southgate location was super I would recommend them totally.

I have been going to Beltone since 2013 and have been very pleased. I gave upgraded two or three times and each time I have been very pleased. The staff makes you feel like you are part of their family and have a real interest in you. Personnel & Practitioners have always been polite & knowledgeable. My hearing is doing well thanks to them. I recommend using Beltone Southgate,Mi or any Beltone.

In 2006 I came to beltone for a hearing test. They found a problem and referred me to an ent. The ent found I had a brain tumor which was operated on. I am back at beltone for a hearing aid. I am so pleased with them and am recommending them to EVERYONE!

Went to Beltone for a hearing test and what seemed to be tinnitus. Susan Giles was able to help me choose the right hearing aid and put it on the best setting to block out the annoying sounds in my ear.

I have used Beltone Hearing Aids since 2007, and am very satisfied with the effectiveness of these instruments. Beltone provides Follow Up Care within the Lifetime Hearing Loss Protection plan, and I am particularly pleased with the personal care given lately by Ms. Molly Fletcher and previously by Mrs. Susan Giles.

Was there with a friend. She had the wax cleaned out, tests with her aids in, her aids updated and new batteries, and a test with a different hearing aid that gave her more clarity. In other words, the works. She is a Beltone client so all at no charge. She plans to go back and discuss an upgrade. We were both pleased. Hoping the new aids wont be too expensive.

At BELTONE you get the most thorough check ups and service. I would recommend Beltone to everyone.

Offer free item for hearing test. After test high pressure to buy expensive item. Then they made excuses why they didnt have the free item. Never did get it. Never went back and wont ever go back.

My experience has been fantastic with Beltone . I am 64 years old male and having worries going in not thinking my hearing was that bad. Having a hearing test then hearing the results was a mind opener. Then recieving my hearing aids 2 days later and the difference they made has made my life considerably better from hearing sounds I havent heard in a while to be able to hearing my grandkids without saying what? Now I have no excuse to hear what my wife even says lol

I am posting this on BELTONE Hearing AIDS in Southgate, MI because the Website will Not allow me to post anything for Allen Park, MI which is the BELTONE that I went to who the Receptionist apologized and gave me a Full Refund of $6,660.00 which she by mistake billed my Credit Card Company for this amount after I cancelled the Hearing AIDS that I never ever ordered or received at all, whatsoever! Thank you very, much the Receptionist at BELTONE HEARING AIDS CENTER IN ALLEN PARK, MI because now I will be able to sleep really, well, tonight! I greatly appreciate All of your help!

Terrible service, terrible work on wifes hearing aids all they try to do is get you in there to sell you more hearing aids. After several adjustments and cleanings with no results we are done.
