Stopped in to see what they had on Friday. Went back on Tuesday with in 10 minutes I was approved. And in another 20 minutes the deal was done Cindy Mike and Marc are amazing told them I only had 40 minutes and in 30 it was done plates and all. they worked together like a well oiled machine or dare I say like a Honda transmission you girls and guys are the best.

Service tech is one of the best I have ever met. never have to worry about any job he has done. However new service manager seems to only be worried about maximizing the profit margins.

Awesome experience selling my 2019 Goldwing to these guys, spoke to Scott who didnt try to nickel and dime me. We agreed on a fair price and by the time I got there the check was ready and the whole transaction was completed in 10 minutes. None of the normal dealership BS, just a straightforward deal. Nice clean showroom and friendly staff came out and helped me unload from the trailer. Would recommend if you want a friendly easy transaction.

These guys are great - I had a bike in mind (Rebel 500), they ordered it (pandemic shipping delays), and I got it when they said it should arrive. No pushy sales tactics, and the whole process with putting down a deposit was very smooth. This was a new type of bike to me as I was only a dirt bike rider, and the salesperson (Marc) was very patient and answered all of my questions. They also deliver locally for a reasonable fee, and they got it back home to me same day.Definitely worth the drive out here if you’re just looking around at dealerships.

After looking around my area of AA for a decent bike in stock, I was hard pressed to find anything with competitive pricing as well as inventory that you could reserve. Most places around me had an antiquated sytsem to reserve a bike, and I was so pumped when I could just do a deposit from my phone. The staff was pleasant to work with, and got back to me within 20-minutes of any issue or question I had. Looking forward to working with them more once my Grom gets in stock!

I came in on Friday for an install of a set of new tires for my Honda Shadow. Mr Derek went beyond the call of duty and not only stayed after closing but he also got my bike back to me the very next day! He’d initially told me that it would be a few days because they were backed up, but I got a call from him that next morning informing me to come pick it up! :)Then he also pointed out some things on my bike that would need my attention in the future. For that, I was extremely pleased, as this was my first bike. I highly recommend this professional, prompt and super friendly establishment. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Well. everything seemed great in beginning, then soon found out the tech in fact did not even look at the bike. oil was over filled about a quart more then i should’ve been and was flowing out of crank case vent right into the intake. long story short. not too happy. but just keep an eye out. i’m sure not everything is like this.

I purchased my first scooter with Mike and Scott in the summer of 2020. They took great care of me with all my needs. I have now come back in 2021 to purchase another Motorcycle from them. The process was seem less. I have other motorcycle dealers near me but I travel about 30 minutes to purchase from Mike and Scott because of the great service.

I hadn’t road or owned a bike since before I left the Marine Corps. The challenges encountered through this pandemic has taken a toll on the team. The owner of our company - an avid rider, is in the process of planning a road trip through Michigan as a morale builder. He goes to Genthe to look into bikes all 10 of us could afford and was treated as if he was looking to work for food. Well he won’t log a complaint. It’s not his nature. He’ll just take his money elsewhere. This said, I want to point out to the sales department. A 5 Star rating on Google comes from satisfied customers. My rating represents the dissatisfied customers that will not make or doesn’t have the time to note their dissatisfaction.

I went to this dealership to buy a dirt bike for myself. I am a woman. I know how to ride. I ride at the local motocross tracks as well as the trails in northern Michigan. The sales person Mike was not nice to me, and talked to me like I was beneath him. I left there and spent my money at a Trojan Powersports. They were nice to me, and they set me up with a brand new Honda CRF250 that I love. This experience was almost 1 year to be exact and the same sales person was rude to my husband yesterday who was interested in buying our son a new bike so since he is still there and still not pleasant I felt it was necessary I speak up and leave a review.

Nothing is worse than a dealer that pretends they have a sale on a vehicle in their inventory that is all bs. For example, there is a 2020 Honda Rancher thats been on sale for weeks but if you call about it, of course its no longer available. The Sales Director then wants to sell you a different model and tells you to basically take a hike after you ask to be informed when the next sale comes up of the model you want.
