Absolutely love their baking supply line! They have such cute bundt cake pans and other baking pans, cookie cutters, pie molds, different kinds of mixes, etc. Not to mention their kitchenware, utensils, cookware ... everything for your kitchen in great quality and look! 🤩

I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but after walking around a bit, I struck up conversation with a wonderfully pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman. We began to talk casually about the products they had and through his insightful learnings, I realized I knew nothing about cookware. I enjoy shopping here. Its not an inexpensive store, but you can find things you cant find in other stores. I have found that they stand behind the products they sell. You can also watch online, or by email, for things to go on sale. They do believe in great customer service.

Almu was the perfect assistant to help me w my purchases. Informative, pleasant and a very professional demeanor. Found the perfect Bundt pan for my sisters birthday cake. Recommend this place for its tremendous selection of kitchen essentials.

I always feel out of place when I shop in Southlake but you really get what you pay for. I bought a copper bottom pot from here and it is just the best thing in my kitchen. It cooks very evenly and the staff was more than helpful when i came in.

I could definitely lose a lot of money spending too much time in here. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. Great selection of utensils and cooking hardware that you dont normally find any where else. If I had the money Id be a more frequent customer. Some great odds and ends and higher end kitchen items and trinkets.

What a beautiful store to shop; a home cooks haven. The store is perfectly laid out. The sales associates are wonderfully pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Located in the most cutely classy outdoor shopping center with beautiful landscaping, William Sonoma fits in flawlessly.

Literally walked in and within 10 seconds walked right back out. The greeters at the front door were engaged in a personal conversation. One paused, gave me the once over, and went straight back to chit chatting with her co-worker. Not very welcoming, and very unprofessional - which is uncharacteristic for my general experiences in Southlake.

Super SLOW service. Nobody seems to know what they’re doing 🙄. Phone rang several times while I was waiting and whoever answered one of the calls got snappy with customer and then realized she hadn’t actually taken them off hold! Kind of entertaining while I was waiting over 20 mins to return an item - they couldn’t find code/item in store. Only buy from store if they have what you’re looking for IN STOCK and don’t try to return anything...

The store isnt huge, but they have a lovely variety of kitchen utensils and other items (aprons, oven mitts, potpourri, etc.). They also have pasta sauces and sweets, as well as free lemon water by the counter. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

If you love to cook or entertain then you are familiar with Williams Sonoma. They have everything you could possibly need or thinkof for your kitchen or dining areas..cooking or serving with style. They also have cooking classes available. Check with the location in your area for information.

Great selection, but everything was overpriced. The staff was not very attentive, but the store was crowded. Most of the stuff found in the store can be found at a lower price online or at other stores.The store itself was very neat and well organized. They had lots of great products for your home, especially for the kitchen.

Julie, MaryLou and the entire staff are incredible. The items are great. Some of which you can get nowhere else. The things you can get elsewhere are the same price and you do not get the great customer service. Dont be fooled by stores that sell the same type food items only cheaper, they dont taste the same! Win - Win shopping in this store!

I love WS stores and this is the location I visit the most because I live in this area. But the staff could be friendlier...many seem to have an entitlement of an attitude. But for what though?

HORRIBLE experience. Not one single associate acknowledged we were even in the store. There were plenty of employees on hand for the amount of business. We went in to buy a convection oven. We couldn’t get out of the store fast enough. Will never get my business.

Extremely rude customer service! my wife and I received a gift from our registry and it came to us not working. Took it to the store to exchange and the associate treated us poorly because we did not bring our registry number with us and she had to look it up. Told my wife in the future write it down and put it in your purse! after waiting for a long time to receive this gift due to shipping they said we have to ship this back to the warehouse and have them ship you another one we cant swap it with one in the store because you didnt purchase it from the store. after explaining to her I work in retailer and I understand how the return policies work she rudely said Im sorry not all retailers work the same and youll just have to wait! they did not attempt in the slightest to make us happy before leaving the store and unfortunately my wife needed some things so we ended up spending $200 as well.

I love to check out the new gadgets and ideas. The food samples are to be coveted. Haha

Staff is incredibly rude. When asked for a demo on products, while they were eager to help other customers, seemed to look at helping my wife and I in disdain. Maybe its because we look like those awful millennials, but after being made to feel like an idiot for asking questions about the NESSpresso, I definitely wont be purchasing one here.Visited on 12/9/2018 for the last time.

I saw there was a Williams-Sonoma in the shopping center and was very happy as I needed some black truffle oil. I went in asked where it was. She showed me then I asked to use the rest room as my stomach was a little upset. The lady directed me to leave the store and go outside to a Porta John on the street from I assume the art festival outside. I said I was not feeling well and did not wish to use a hot Porta John then come back. She said they had no bathroom. I find that hard to believe and you should never send a costumer to leave your store then expect them to come back. I left and was going to go back after using the rest room as I rally wanted and needed the truffle oil that is not sold in many places (especially good ones) but out of principal I could not. I believe it is so rude to ask a customer wanting to buy your goods to find a rest room elsewhere and then want you to come back to purchase your goods. I truly hope they read this and treat customers as they would want to be treated. (Especially when someone is not feeling well). I hope karma finds her in the same rude situation so she treats customers as they should be treated. Very sad as I still need my truffle oil and now need to find another place to buy a good kind.

Barbara had a wealth of knowledge and was wonderful to shop with.

I was not impressed by the customer service at this location. Even with 3 registers open, the line did not move for 20 minutes. No visible urgency or effort was being made to move the customers through the line. There also seems to be an air of judgement and condescension, as if I’m not worthy enough to be shopping there, whenever I’ve asked for help. This is not how to treat customers.

Fabulous cooking class on Paellas with Almu, on the 31st of July. Mary Lou had another group for cooking demos on Paellas, same day. Mary Lou also had wine tasting from a local winery. Always so much to learn and fun was had by all. We love to come to the free classes every Sunday from 11-12. Thank you to all the working staff @ Williams-Sonoma in Southlake, all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Almu and Angela taught a superb class on Tapas, this past Sunday the 7th of August.
