I wanted to send my Aunt a surprise gift this year. When I called in to make the order I explained I was from out of state and explained what my aunt liked and he said it would be no problem. Even though they were in the middle of a blizzard. My Aunt and cousin sent me pictures of the arrangement and I could tell that it was well past my expectations. I would recommend this florist because of their expertise and the quality of their products. Plus their ability to still make a delivery during a blizzard and cold weather. Im a first time customer and based on my experience, I cant wait to provide others with their gorgeous flowers while I get the customer service experience that exceeds my expectations.I buy flowers at least a dozen times throughout the year, and so often the phone order is the taker filling in computer fields based on my response. My conversation with the gentleman was perfectly informal, personalized, and directly intended to ensure Im getting what I pay for. I opted to pick this bouquet up and hand deliver it and Im glad I did. I got to see how clean, colorful, and organized the store was. Best prices in the whole western MA area.Pictures in the site made choosing a bouquet easy.I ordered by phone and it was a short and sweet process; they were out of orchids which were part of the bouquet I selected but did a great creating the same effect with bells of Ireland and filling out the base instead.
