Legend Collision Repair is the best around! We were hit by someone in an older white 4-door Ram truck who then ran away from the scene!😒 Legend was the shop we chose. We chose them because they took care of a broken tail light and damage from us backing into a pole once and our car looked brand new when they finished. We were thrilled with customer service from start to finish. Im posting a before picture of our hit and run episode and will post the after when we get our car back next week so stay tuned...Got our beautiful Volkswagen Touareg back today and it looks fabulous... brand new! So, it took a lot longer than we thought but it was worth the wait. Legend had to get a new hood from Germany and there were small parts that were ordered and took a while to arrive.

I had a car that had been rear ended and needed a new bumper. This car was not one I cared about making perfect I just wanted the trunk to close and the rear impact bar replaced.I went to cleggs and they said it would be $2,000. That was probably double what the car is worth and that was not happening.Went to Legend and these guys and gal were awesome! No BS! They found some used parts that could save me money if I wanted them and got it done for less than $500. If I ever have issues again this is where I am coming!

I went to Legend after I was involved in a minor fender bender with my old 98 Accord. They gave me a quote on the repairs. During the estimate I mentioned that since the damage was mostly cosmetic I may not fix the car or just fix the basics as I was planning to sell it. They gave me the part numbers and tips on how to mend it if I decided to go that route.I appreciated their honesty on what they were looking for in repairs and safety and advised me on what was safe and what to look for if I decided to do it myself. Would definitely use them if I were an accident.

I have had to have 2 things repairs at legends collision on 2 occasions. They were able to match my color perfectly which is difficult its a special color. They went above and beyond to make me happy and make sure job was complete. Ill go back again, but Im hoping I dont have to haha

They had my car repaired earlier than I expected and quicker than the estimate. I was kept informed during the whole process and they took time to explain everything they were doing. I would highly recommend these guys.

First off, these guys were very upfront and honest in their quote process. The quote and final price were pretty close when it was all said and done. This was very important to me as I was paying out of pocket. I decided to give them my business after researching and quoting with a few other places. I have a RT Dodge Durango with a black/gold flake paint. It was minor scratches/repairs compared to some but it still had to look perfect. The work was completed within a few days of when they said it would be done. When we picked it up, we saw a few minor issues (clip looked like it hadnt latched so the lines werent 100% on the bumper, front grill looked a little scratched from maybe during labor/taking it off?) Regardless, Keith immediately apologized and said they would take care of it! WOW. They returned the car the next day and did the minor last repairs they said they would. You guys have earned my business/referrals! Thank you!

Don Bushman and his team have worked on a few of my vehicles now and they’ve always made the process with the insurance company and breeze AND our cars come out looking amazing. Loved, loved, loved this place!! I felt VIP w/the owner giving me a ride to the car rental place because they stood me up. They were really quick and when i picked up my car, it was not only beautifully repaired but it was washed and detailed from the inside. And the finishing touch, a free air freshener. I will definitely go here from now on for any and all auto body repairs. The best experience I have ever had at a place like this! Totally recommend it to everyone!

Legend did a complete repaint on my 96 Dodge 2500. This shop is amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to spend time educating and explaining what needs to be done and why. The painter did an incredible job, impressive attention to detail. The finished product exceeded my expectations and looks amazing! Picked it up this afternoon, already getting compliments.

The job was pretty small in comparison to some, but everything from the initial quote, which was extremely competitive, cleanliness of the shop, repair, paint, fit and finish, customer service and timeliness of the completion of the work was topnotch. Very impressed with this collision repair shop. I found they were very helpful and gave excellent advice. I had had several vehicles repaired using insurance and paying privately. Each time the work was great and prices very fair. I will continue using them for all future repairs.

I make a lot of decisions based on reviews when it comes to paying for services. Especially when you’re spending a lot of money. After reading the reviews on Legend Collision I thought I’d give them a chance at my business of repairing a crack in my rear bumper from bumping a light poll. The repair was small, so I assumed it wouldnt cost very much or take very long to fix. First of all, their posted hours are from 8am to 5pm. I’m a working person, so I had to make arrangements to show-up late to work in order to get a quote. When I arrived at their office at 8:10 am I was told that their individual that does quotes doesn’t start work until 9am. My frustration started, so I went to work late and then had to ask to leave early, so I could make it by their closing time of 5pm. When I got their I was quoted a repair that turned out to be $1000 more than most of the other auto body shops in the area and that they had a two-week waiting list for my repair. I decided to go with another shop that got me right in and came in another $40 cheaper than their original bid. This saved me around $1,145 total. My car turned out fantastic, at a much cheaper cost and they got me right in. I’m sure that Legend Collision does a nice job on repairs, but it comes at a premium. They dont seem to have conducive business hours for people with jobs and their not aligned to what they post on their website as hours of operation. My suggestion is to call around and get another quote before going with them.

They gave me a quote to fix my sun roof and even advise on what to do with it in the meantime while I was deciding. I finally took it in yesterday and the repair seems great! The cost came out to be less then I planned and my car was even wiped down and vacuumed on the inside, cleaner then when I dropped it off which was a very pleasant surprise.

These guys are great! My car looks flawless! I love that they guarantee their work, too! They were so fast and my car looks amazing! They also washed and cleaned my car. I am so impressed that I wont take my car to anyone else! Staff is friendly and professional!

With a lot of children, all of them driving, we have had several opportunities over the years to experience Legends superior quality of work. Just last week was our most recent experience when our 21 year old daughter had her car hit in the parking lot while she was at work. Legend made sure that our daughter had a rental car and he worked directly with the insurance company of the other driver to make sure things went smoothly and fairly. When the car came back to my daughter she was extremely pleased with how great it looked. Legend treats all of their customers with first class service and guarantees the work for as long as you own the car. I just had a new windshield installed today on our van. Brian was great to work with. The price was great, the turnaround was really quick but what impressed me as much as anything else was they cleaned our van inside and out and they even left a bag of goodies with some treats and air freshener. The little extra touches were really cool. My wife was also really impressed. Overall an awesome experience!

Worked with this company after I obtained some pretty hefty damage to my 2008 Ford Expedition. I can just say, I have never been more pleased with my experience at a body shop than I was with Legend Collision. They were very informative on all the steps we needed to take, from towing my car to their shop to picking it up and paying for it. I had someone calling me every 3 - 4 days giving me an update. From the first time I met him, I could tell what an awesome, good, trustworthy man he was. He was super kind and genuine and I had a very good first impression of him. My wife had someone hit her van in a public parking lot and it broke the headlight along with a small scratch. Even though our repair was small, Legend treated us like a VIP. I picked up my 4Runner from the shop today, it looked great. My wife and I are very particular, I had picked it a few days earlier and noticed some over spray on the car. I called Bryan about it and he said sorry and to bring it back and they would take care of it. we dropped it off and they happily took care of it. They told me if I had any other problems just to let them know and they would take care of it. I would highly recommend this shop, they have integrity and respect for their customers.Johnny Johnson.

Took my Audi to them for a bumper repair. They returned it to me two weeks later with the bumper fixed, but the parking sensors (which worked when I took it in) no longer functioned.I took it back, and was told they could not figure out what was wrong, and they would need to send it to Audi. Chris, the rep we dealt with through the entire fiasco, said that if not having the car was a problem, he would set us up with a rental.Long story short, they had the car for 22 more days (in addition to the first 2 weeks), and then refused to pay for the rental car when all was said and done (almost $1000). They also billed my insurance for the parking sensors, which, again, worked when we brought the car in to them!Chris first blamed the insurance company, claiming they had set up the rental, which was a lie. So, I called the insurance company, and had them call Chris. He told them that he had set it up, but that he had told us he would only cover 2 days of the rental.Clearly Chris was in CYA mode, so I spoke to the owner, Don, who promised to look into it, and promptly delegated the matter back to Chris. Finally, after a week of going back and forth, Chris told us that it was Enterprise Rent-a-cars fault, and he recommended that we go after them.The long and short of it is that this company made many mistakes, and did not take responsibility for a single one. In the end, it cost me a month, many hours of phone calls, headaches, stress, and a$1000 to have my car repaired by Legend Collision.I have never experienced such terrible customer service from what seemed like a reputable company. It makes me seriously skeptical of all these five star ratings!

This business does top of the line work, they are good at keeping you up to date as far as where your car is at in the repair process. They use state of the art well maintained equipment and employ a well trained staff. The end product is top notch.

I took one of my company vehicles from Rhinehart Oil to Legend Collision and they did a great job! Not only was the repair work completed beyond my expectations it was done quicker than expected. They are very friendly and great to work with, I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a body shop.

I hit a deer going 65 mph and the entire front end of my car was shifted to the left, light smashed in, Windshield cracked, and the body dented in. I heard nothing but good stories about these guys so even though they werent the closest to where I live, I brought my car into them. They only took 3 weeks to turn my undrivable car back to normal. Hell, it looks better than it did before I hit the deer. Everyone was so patient and answered every question we had, and it was just so nice working with them. I highly recommend Legend Collision Repair.

Legend Collision Repair did an awesome job on my wrecked Nissan Rogue. They finished my car a day earlier than expected even though I had them do some extra work on my passenger side door which turned out perfect. They are great to work with, very friendly and informative.

My wife was in an accident. She was not at fault but I knew it was going to be a hassle to get our repairs done. Don and his staff are excellent to work with. They made an inconvenient situation much better and I would tell anyone who would listen to go get your car repaired here.

They worked on my truck after I was rear ended. The paint on the bed dids not match the rest of the truck. It took months for them to fit me back into the schedule.Mechanicaly the truck seems ok.The owner is a really good guy and was willing to fix the paint. I told him that I would be willing to wait until he had an opening in his busy schedule. I was unaware that it would take as long as it did.

Worst experience ever i went in to ask for a quote and they denied to give me one. Super lazy staff with terrible work ethic.
