I had robert come out and do sparkplugs and coils on my minivan. He was very nice over the phone. Gave me a quote over the phone when all the other shops i called wouldnt. Showed up on time and communicatedwith me through the whole process. Very happy with the work done and will use him again in the future.

Robert is a good guy. I saw a ton of positive reviews for him before calling and I can tell why. He’s honest, professional, and punctual. My vehicle had trouble starting on a Friday evening. He was in the middle of a repair but said he could see my SUV at 9 pm. The job he was on took a little extra time and it was going to be very late. He stayed in touch with me and asked if he could come by the next morning. We scheduled for 8:30 am on Saturday. He was at my vehicle by 8:15. He asked a couple of questions and used his diagnostic tool to get a reading. What I thought could be an issue with the fuel pump turned out to be just an issue with the chip inside my key not talking properly with the ignition (an anti-theft feature). He didn’t charge me for the diagnosis since I’m local and he was on his way. He didn’t try to “fix” anything that didn’t need a repair. He was polite and professional. I hope I won’t need to use him again but I if I have car issues, I’m calling Robert first.

I will NEVER take my car to a repair shop as long as Robert is available. Super professional, sets appointments and then arrives on time, texts you day of repair to check in, and then can fix about anything in a short period of time. Robert came to our house to diagnose a car that had been sitting in my driveway for a couple of years. It was working before but suddenly it wouldnt start. He was right on time and checked the car, measuring pressure and whatnot. He figured out what was wrong: we were using a key while its chip had been compromised. He reset the computer and we used another key and it started right away. He would never had guessed what the problem was and we couldve payed hundreds of dollars to try to fix the engine. Thanks to Robert, we have a working car. He didnt even charge us because He didnt do a repair per se. We found him to be honest, knowledgeable and very good at his job. We highly recommend his services.

My car had a dead fuel pump and I originally called a different mobile mechanic. They ended up never showing up after claiming to be coming to get my car a week and a half later and never responded to my messages. I gave up on them and contacted Robert. Robert was amazing he asked me for a time that works for me, gave me an exact price, accepts card, and was able to come out to get my car the very next day. He also didnt just trust the other mechanics word and diagnosed the fuel pump again. He also gave me a very fair price with a breakdown. On top of that he had my car fixed by the very next morning despite me saying its not a big deal if he doesnt get to it right away because I didnt need it at that time. He then offered me a cab to come pick up my car which was really helpful. I will definitely be using mobile medics for any future problems I have with my car.

Traveling from Florida to Moab In our RV we noted our brakes grinding on our towed truck. We called Mobile Medics after looking on line at about 6:30 pm. Mobile Medics is a great service.In Flagstaff we are lucky to have so many good mechanics and Mobile Medics are a couple of the best. I have had Robert and the other guy (sorry, can’t remember his name) come out and work on two different cars. If a part needs to be replaced, they are upfront on cost and mark up and have no issue if you want to order the part yourself. I’d recommend letting them order the part because they work fast. Both mechanics are extremely professional and will tell you exactly what is going to be done to your vehicle.Really, this is one of the best businesses I have ever seen. Fair prices, fast service, absolute professional quality work, knowledgeable, and reliable. I should also mention that I have never had to have them fix the same problem twice.

What I loved about Mobile Medics is the fact that they come to you, with my car, at the time not being able to get far if at all I wanted to find a repair place that was very close, but when I found them, they were on top of it! Robert was in touch with calls and texts and when he got to check out the problem he went and bought the pieces and gave me an estimate that next day! Robert is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He is willing to do just about anything and his prices are more than fair. We had our brake lines cut due to a faulty aftermarket hitch receiver that had been installed. Robert and his buddies at the local OReilly got us squared away with a custom bent rear brake line that went around the trailer hitch. Robert is the man. Id use him over almost any mechanic.

I got his number from a friend and he came and did a free diagnosis on my old ford truck. I was having steering issues. I bought all the parts was hoping for a price to install them. He quoted me $300 and said it would take 3 hours to complete. I was blown away with the price and time. I decided I would drive it over to a shop. They said its $95 an hour flat rate they had it done in an hour and a half. I was very disappointed that it was a fairly simple fix. Dont get desperate it could save you hundreds.

(He was deceitful, based on my experience with him and other feedback Ive gotten from other people I know, who have shared their experiences pertaining to his unethical background.)For me, I saw it up close and personal, when rather than be HONEST, he pulled a switch-a-roo while working on my car. Though I had purchased a brand new can of product to use, he, without asking me at all, and knowing I had that can, used his USED one, and lied.What really was unsettling is that he charged me for a brand new can!This was reprehensible.As other reviewers have stated, he is not to be trusted.We have honest, REPUTABLE mechanics in this town. No need to get burned by ones who prefer unethical means.

I had been on a road trip from Colorado when my check-brake-pad light came on...absolutely needed them to be fixed on a Sunday so we could make it home! Driving from PHX to Denver with an Explorer my Pops gave me and it broke down in Flagstaff on a Sunday with all shops closed. Found Robert on Google, called him he met me almost immediately after the tow. Diagnosed the issue got the parts from the auto parts store which he didnt mark up and only charged me an hour, all for off hour work. Got all the work done in a parking lot and back on the road in an hour and half. The Explore made it all the way to Denver no issue! Robert saved me at least two extra days and money for not having to pay a repair shop and a hotel.Robert is worth every penny! Thank you.

We are from out of town and we broke down. I found his number and called and they were able to quickly solve our issue and made it home safely that night. Great service!

So I hired Robert to work on my car. He did a half shaft for a reasonable price. So a few months later I called him to do the other side and we wanted more than $100 an hour told me it would take 3 hours when he did the first side in 1 hour. I was very upset with him about it. I just took my car to the shop they had it done fast and only charged me $90an hour and had it done in 1 hour. Do yourself a favor call around for prices before you have someone work on your car. It saved me $200. For someone who claims they are the cheapest in flagstaff clearly he isnt.

Hes a crook!!! We paid him 400.00$ to fix jeep. i drove it up the road and it broke down. We called him and he tried saying we made deal that it would make it to the street. WHAT ? I could save 400 and pushed it. then we supposed to get discount on electrical for donating toys. Why would i pay him to do something else when he couldnt fix the initial problem.. so i paid him 400.00 for ???? a broke down jeep and his two flunkies...watch out hes a thief and a liar. only people writing good reviews is family and friends....I also reported you to the B.B.B im going to let evreryone know what a crook and lier you are and im going to take pictures of it and show everyone

Rob has helped me out so much. Not only are they reasonably priced, but they will go completely out of their way to help you. My alternator broke and these guys went and took care of the parts for me and that saved me time and stress. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you Mobile Medics!

I had him come look at my moms bobcat s185 and he charged us $300, left to get parts, and NEVER CAME BACK. It has been three weeks now, he wont answer the phone, wont return our messages. Very bad business not worth the risk.
