Got a couple beginner bikes here and Im in love with them. Its amazing how much of a difference there is between a nice introductory bike from here compared with the cheaper types Ive ridden in the past.We got the Specialized Sirrus 1.0 and have no regrets. Its so light weight and zippy, its unbelieve. When you buy a bike with them you get 1 free tune-up as well. Normal they are $75.The staff here dont work on commission but are exceptionally helpful. They walked me through the different types and availability of bikes in our price range and got us setup super quick.

Got a new front rim and tube for my road bike (and had the whole thing serviced) and one ride in I had a flat after I checked the bike a week later. Maybe a coincidence but I was on a very clean trail which I ride a few times a week. Finally I found the time to bring it in and they suggested it probably had a “slow leak.” I said I was doubtful, but they “tested” it and sent me on my way. Completely flat the next morning. It’s not even the flat or the cost, it’s just the time I have to take to put it in the truck and visit the store. Annoying.

I’ve had these guys build a wheel for me and install new fork, along with other regular services on my bike. Haven’t had any problems with their work and all the staff is personable and helpful. Glad they’re right down the road from me!

Went there to buy a seat for my road bike. Got a great recommendation and love the seat. On top of that I got some great info on local mountain bike trails. Greatly appreciate the customer service and willingness to share your knowledge of local trails.

I took my sons cheap bike in there to see if it could be fixed. They kept it for a few days thinking they could, but after looking at it and going through it all, it was determined it wasn’t worth repairing. Too expensive to fix vs. the value of the bike. They kept in touch with me giving me updates, which I very much appreciated. They also didn’t charge me a dime to look at it. And the few adjustments they could make, it is improved. Tremendous customer service! Will definitely go back in the future for repairs or to purchase a better bicycle.

I took my Derailer there to get It tuned up to my bike a day later my cable got put on the wrong side and it fell out and they didn’t titan my limiting screws right so I lost one of them and I wold like a refund.

We have loved Noble cycles. We have purchased two road bikes and many accessories from them. They have always been very helpful and accommodating. But our last experience with Hangar 15 left us not impressed. i dunno and sorry wheres your money was what we got. Thinking we will be going elsewhere.

Im very disappointed. I called in to schedule an appointment for a tuneup on my bike, and didnt even know that the store was bought out. Not only that, but I purchased the lifetime warranty and tuneup a year ago, expecting to be able to use it, and you will not honor that. This is not a good way to keep previous customers of a former great business you took over.

Thrilled with my experience. My road bike had a squeak that I couldnt get figured out or fixed. Cody -- head mechanic -- spent time diagnosing and got it fixed. The fix ended up pretty straightforward but tracking down the problem was very difficult. Cody was great and easy to work with, as is the rest of the staff at Noble.

A spoke on my relay team member’s wheel broke at the start of the Salt to Saint relay race. They replaced the spoke and got us back on th road pretty quickly. The guys at the shop were also super cool to chat with about the area and cycling. Great shop and excellent service!

Great customer service. I brought a piece of my bike I lost and needed to get a replacement. They were very quick, professional, and gave me a great price.

Noble Cycles is an ok place to go. It might be better for enthusiasts and professionals, I am not sure. I truly believe they have great skills (from my uneducated view) in bike repair and such. They are very expensive too my view, as well. We paid well over $100 for a tune up and chain repair on a bike that very much needed it, but which cost only around $100 some 18 years ago. Its hard to spend that much on an old bike; I wish we had found somewhere less expensive. On the plus side, the job was well done and the bike shifts and brakes better than it has in years!

Noble Cycling really goes the extra mile to frequently organize group rides and support road cycling in the community. You cant go wrong with a bike shopped with an owner that rides. Also Kyle is an excellent bike mechanic and really knows his stuff which makes me trust them to work on my bike. Love Noble!

These guys are awesome! They love biking and love getting people set up on bikes. Ive had to get basic repairs and complicated repairs and theyve handled them both with ease and the turn around time was great.

Went in today with a quick question to fix a bike for my kid. I honestly thought it was a shot in the dark that they would have what I needed. The friendly staff dug through the back to find what I needed and provided service better than I would have ever hoped for. Thanks guys!

They really take care of you. They got us going fixing all our old bikes, updated our old helmets, and great selection of new bikes. I love the new bikes with disc brakes. They really helped our family start the cycling hobby together. They are all very knowledgeable.

The service I have recieved here is great. They have performed repairs on bikes for me at least twice. Their price is fair and are willing to help as their schedule allows. What I mean by that is a quick tire fix they squeezed in. A full check and maintenance needed to be scheduled. Which was a few days out. All reasonable. The bikes they sell feel like it is geared more to racing and so I hesitate to shop for a bike here. That is because I need a simple bike, not a win the race bike.

Had a bad experience there today. Took my sons bike in to get a new tube and pulled it out of the car after it was repaired and it was flat again. I called and was told that I could get if fixed for free if it was their fault... Not great customer experience. I spoke to the manager who gave me a full refund, hence why I gave them 3 stars instead or 1. I took the bike to a competitor and had an amazing experience that fixed the problem and made me a life long customer.

I was looking for a way to ride my new Specialized Roubaix inside using by indoor trainer. Hans and Mark took the time to help set my bike up so that Id be able to do that. Even though they dont sell Specialized bikes, they had the right part and the right attitude! Thanks guys!

I am a total beginner biker and Sterling spent about an hour with me, was very helpful and cheerful, adjusting my bike, showing me things I needed, and giving me information. I really appreciated his help and not making me feel stupid! I will definitely return to Noble Cycling in the future for my tune-ups and purchases, in large part because of HIM!

I bought a Cannondale road bike in March 15. Their staff is very personable and easy to work with. I have taken several of my bikes into them for service and upgrades. They are very knowledgeable and competent. I have recommended several of my friends to them and they also have had great experiences with them. Their prices are fair and competitive. What you are buying, though, is their great service. I highly recommend them.

While on vacation, my daughters bike had a flat. Because I didnt have any tools, I walked in to Noble bike shop and was met with a very friendly/helpful staff who immediately fixed the tire at an extremely reasonable price. Im very glad I found this shop. If I lived in this area, I would shop here again. I highly recommend this place.

I bought and have been using the Noble AirTank floor pump for over a year and recently broke off the small trigger lever that you operate to pressurize the bulk tank . I contacted customer service via the Nobles email link to get part and price information for the chuck since it wasnt available in their online catalog. I received an almost immediate response with a request for a pic of the pump so they could properly identify the part I needed. A day later I received another response that the replacement chuck was being sent to me at NO CHARGE. The pump is still under warranty but it was damaged not a defect so I expected to pay. The fact Noble Cycling would honor the warranty no questions asked is a good faith gesture and a level of service you dont find very often. A lesson for others here..this is how you earn a customers trust and loyalty. Well done Nobles and many thanks to Kara and Ryan.

I havent purchased a bike here because I usually get my bikes used but the staff has been very helpful for all the repairs I cant normally do myself. I have recommended them to a couple of people just getting into cycling and the both had a great experience buying their bikes at Noble.

I called last Friday to bring in my daughters bike for a simple pedal replacement and kick stand installation. The guy I spoke with said to bring it in first thing on Saturday morning and they would fix it in a few minutes. When I showed up on Saturday, the employees were not accommodating and said they were too busy with it being Labor Day weekend to fix her bike on the spot as promised. It wouldnt be ready til Tuesday. Well...now it is Friday again and I still dont have my daughters bike. Ridiculous!

Purchased a cannondale ryker mips helmet online. Received order within a week. Unfortunately customers in their show room while looking at helmets accidentally put the wrong helmet back into the wrong box. I thought it would be a nightmare trying to convince their sales rep that I received the right box with the proper label but with a different helmet altogether and that I thinking that I was going to eat this order. I spoke with Stephanie in sales and I was very polite with my problem.. I was so happy that she had no problem with me returning the order and she would send the correct order out. I did get the helmet I ordered and was happy to do business with a company that stands behind their products and will go out of their way to satisfy their customers.. I highly recommend if you’re needing anything related to the cycling industry, please try Noble Cycling first. If they don’t list it they will do their best to get what you need to get you going. Double check their work. I was charged for work that was not done. 80$ to have two spokes and two tubes replaced. They said they did an alignment on my wheels, however my front wheel is still bent. I will not use Noble Cycling again.

Ian was extremely helpful with fixing one of my flat tires.He even showed me a few tips for trying it myself.Definitely recommend this bike shop.

Although they screwed up an order I had a couple times, they did a good job at making up for it. The guys there know their stuff for the most part and try their hardest to help you out.

Three weeks and $150 later the head mechanic figured out what was wrong with my bike, THEY hadnt tightened by bottom bracket. So I didnt need the front derailleur that Sterling said I needed. Go to Wild Child or Mad Dog. Avoid these guys like the plague.
