They have gasoline here, just like a Sams Club, except you dont have to pay for a stupid membership.

The employees are pretty slow. Every time I need help I get ignored entirely or they take 20 minutes to do anything. I was left waiting for a pickup order for over an hour after Id asked and called for help. Not impressed.

Generally good experience here. Recently left my wallet at self check out and was thrilled to find it had been turned in. Occasionally this location doesnt have items Im looking for. However I understand that this can be a challenge of the pandemic.

My granddaughter passed away and we had ham we really needed to have sliced for the funeral. The deli isnt allowed because of covid. We did go to a Smiths and they took care of us and then disinfected

Walmart in Spanish Fork, Utah is doing a great job of keeping their store stocked, Easter, Plants, Chicken feed, camping gear...

Its really big - its fine when you know what youre looking for, but we always spend longer than we think we will when we are looking for something that we havent bought there before. Also, it can be hard to find employees to ask questions to. Obviously youre gonna get low prices here, which is why most people shop here. If youre looking for good produce, I would just head over Maceys, especially for green product.

Nothing like having peaches that say .98 only to have them ring through as 1.79 and the cashier refusing to check and the other roll her eyes at you. Went back and yup, I wasn’t wrong. So frustrating! Almost double what a joke.

It is great but expensive but it is worth the yellow watermelon.. Thats right... Yellow inside not red.. And you can buy a yellow watermelon inside the produce section and it is way sweeter than the regular red watermelon! Here are some pictures of my yellow watermelon. Busy which is typical however the fact that the lines are so long and no checkstands are open is irritating. They may be better priced but I would rather shop elsewhere. Only went to Walmart cause it was closer and my store is closed Sundays. At least they have employees!

Spanish Fork location often has items other stores in Utah County are out of. Employees are always very kind. Pick up orders are fastest of any location Ive ordered from.

It is amazing how they have 19 registers and only ever have 4 open so the lines are 7 and 8 people waiting

Auto center was closing at 4 p.m.. Dude looking like he didnt want to be there. So went down the road they were open.

Got a good deal on everything I needed and I found a better selection here then at the Auto Zone down the street and thats Amazing.

If you are not going to allow cash at ANY of the self check out aisles, perhaps signs would make sense? Not waiting till youve scanned & bagged your items & hit pay to say cards only. And if that isnt frustrating enough at the end of a 9 hour work day in a dry cleaners w 90° Temps & steam, you then have a young kid managing self checkout who argues with you & tells you he cant do anything take ALL your stuff to a manned lane. Insult #3 comes when the lovely helpful sweet woman scanning my groceries apologizes 3 times for his behavior & my inconvenience, and then says I dont know why he didnt just suspend the payment & bring it over here where I could have just taken your payment? Instead, we got to un-bag everything & start all over.....

Generally pretty busy but clean and well stocked.

I gave four stars simply because every time I shop at this particular location they seem to be out of several of the items on my shopping list, every time. This isnt a great disappointment so much as a minor inconvenience considering the location and its abundance of shoppers. This Walmart, quite honestly, is a pretty good store as far as Walmart goes. Over time I have begun to save my five star ratings for places that deserve all five stars, be it for their excellent service, their originality or standing out in some positive way that is noteworthy or even deserving of recommendation. Walmart, in my opinion, is simply Walmart, any one location rarely standing out above any other with much significance. In fact, the only Walmart Ive been to that was significant in its excellent service and originality was located in Redwood, Colorado. So a high-five to this Walmart for being, perhaps, ever so slightly above average in the World of Walmart but a solid four star rating from me for the frequency of inconveniences I have experienced within the stocking of its products.

Walmart is always my top place to go for just about anything, good prices and a huge variety of items, I can usually get everything Im looking for here

Usual shopping at WalMart when I get up north. This Walmart is new and is clean and well stocked. The cashier this trip was very nice.

I worked in the pharmacy for 3 years, they literally pay $3 for a bottle of some medicine and charge $400 for that same bottle. They super understaff and under pay the people that work in the pharmacy too. It sucks working for Walmart pharmacy, I dont recommend it

I love the return policy. They ask good questions about the functionality of the item that I was returning and were very pleasant in the discussion.

They had everything I needed and it wasnt too crowded. The wait was a little long for checkout and the staff was a little curt, but all in all its a good place to do your shopping.

As far as Walmarts go, this is the best one in Utah valley. It’s newer, cleaner, well-organized, less busy, and has a great selection. The service is just like any other Walmart though, slow and poor, especially if you’re waiting at the paint or firearm counters.

Love their curbside pick up service! The employees are always pleasant.

Saturday night, @ Customer Service Desk in Spanish Fork, employee was real helpful. I bought a Shower Wrap Bath Towel, tonight and did a exchange because it was unraveling from velcro, when I opened the towel. Thanks for the hassle-free exchange and great customer service!

Love Walmart! However Iam only giving a 3 star rating because I miss this store being open 24/7! And also because this is the only Walmart thats decided they want to close their customer service desk at 9:30. Which has caused a serious inconvenience in my schedule.. Not really sure how they can make their own rules? But apparently they can!

Much better environment than the Orem location. Big, organized, calm and slowish environment. More families visit and in less frantic numbers than the other nearby Walmarts. Friendly and competent employees. Lots of merch and plenty of stock.

You go in and everything is a disorganized mess. I was looking for something that the app said there was 5 of. Nope, I wont even try here. This is a common occurrence.And if you order pick up basic things are always out of stock (often I can go in an find them myself. Ive done that more than once). Substitutions are a joke; Asian food being subed for Mexican food equivalent kind of stuff... I hate shopping here.

I went to the service dept. Waited for 24 minutes felt sorry for the clerk. There was no one else to help her, there were 4 people in front of me.Young kid Chis was stocking shelves be was so polite and helpful.

Great prices on milk! Great produce and bakery! Love their craft isle and toy department is top notch. Camping, fishing, tech department and clothes are great! Love having so many department under one roof. Auto care and services is the best!

I’m giving one star for the change room worker Kendra. She was insanely rude to me and my mom. My mom came to town unexpectedly and we decided to go swimming after she had arrived. We went to the change rooms with 4 items and when my mom found the one swimsuit top was too big she asked if I could quickly go grab her a smaller size. Mind you, Kendra waits for me to come back and swap the sizes out, so there is still the same number of items in the room, to rudely sneer “you aren’t allowed to bring her other stuff to try on, because we only have one changing room!” I apologized and mentioned if we had known sooner that was the rule we would have brought both sizes the first time to which she responds “you can’t just hog up the room, it’s corporate policy” Now I understand if there were other people waiting but there was no one visible waiting for the room and I also totally get that stores have policies and I’m more than happy to adhere to them, but there is a nice way to make someone aware and a rude way and Kendra chose to be rude. On top of that there are 4 changing rooms and they only have one open…even if this was a COVID thing they could do every other room and really there are walls between people so why can’t more rooms be opened? I hope Walmart can move her to a different area of the store where she doesn’t have to interact with people because she is causing a loss of sales to their company. Because of how rude she was, my mom didn’t feel comfortable going back to try on any other tops and ended up not buying anything from Walmart.

While Wal-Mart is always convenient, sadly finding an associate for assistance is not. Ill visit again if the need requires, however I would recommend visiting the neighborhood Wal-Mart up the road for groceries and easily found associates.

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR METHODS OF PAYMENT HERE. My daughter bought a cooler here and we brought it back the same day. They wouldnt refund the cash she paid because she paid with both cash and Walmart gift cards that she had. They said that the machine wouldnt let them do anything but a Walmart gift card and there was nothing they could do about it. Now shes stuck with $130 Walmart gift card when $60 of it was paid with her bank account. Their return policies are worse than they have ever been. Dont ever go there for an ac they dont have anything but fans. Walmart is going downhill people.

Walmart seems to be suffering from a lack of inventory. Ive been here several times to pick up legos for birthdays, among other things and they have frequently been out of the items I was looking to purchase.

Cant complain, staff seem human and theres always M&Ms on the floor down my favorite isles! Makes it nice when I need snacks during long shopping sprees. 🤟😎

I give Walmart a 5 star rating because they usually have good prices that make you want to buy there. They have everything you need including food, toys, electronics,home and auto, garden and more. They have the best brands for most goods sold there and they have lots of stock. They have a bakery in the store that makes cakes, cookies and more. You can get medicine there and health products. You do not even have to go into the store. You can order your shopping list online and they will bring it out to you. And theres workers to help you all over the store at any time if you cant find something.

Didnt have any pants in my size!?! Also, avoid the Subway where the manager pets dogs that come into the restaurant dining area (disgusting)!

Nobody looks or cares about Walmart reviews but if you can, avoid the older guy at the self check out area that wears silly hats. He will assume you are stealing.

The manager here doesnt care to help. An hour before closing she refused to help sell a propane tank.

I love Walmart but I just realized I bought the best grocerys and new amazing products at SMITHS food and got allot more for less money Because of their discount card😊 Im definitely shopping there first before going over to Walmart for certain things Smiths doesnt have big sizes in. Looks nice when you enter. Some aisles were stocked, some were almost empty. Workers just ignored you, but some were friendly Random cardboard lying in the bunkers and random empty pallets lying around the sales floor.

Well stocked, and courteous staff! The produce was a little sparse, but I guess thats what I get for shopping on a Monday afternoon.

This Walmart is well staffed and the empolyees are friendly and patient. The store is well stocked with only occasionally out of the basics. The store is clean and feels safe and well managed.

I usually have a pretty good experience here, when there is a customer not having such a great day I can usually laugh with the employees, but when I stand at the pickup area for 10 minutes and I pressed the help button once and no one comes and I press it again and Ryan comes over telling me that I only have to press the button once and then has the audacity to show me his phone that is showing me how many times the help button has come up on his phone, that is extremely disrespectful in my eyes and very rude. I know how many times I pressed that button, I wouldnt have pressed it if I didnt feel the need to. Dont shame your customers or the people that you work with ie doordash. That is what the button is for and that is his job. You dont know what people are dealing with in life, do not shame them for asking for help while other employees dont even offer to try and get you help.

There are no cashiers and if you have a question good luck in finding somebody!!! Everything is cheap reminds me of the old K-marts

Walmart is a just OK kind of place. It’s not the store I prefer but it is good in a pinch. I like that they have a little bit of everything but the quality has always been lacking for me. If the produce was more fresh I might be more inclined to shop here more frequently, but as it is i usually only shop there when I’m already in the area.

I was not happy. I went to get licorice in the candy aisle, and they obviously have not stocked it in awhile. It was cleaned out! Not just of licorice, but a ton of other items. Someone is not doing their job. Luckily there were buckets of it near the produce department. Just the buckets, tho.
