This Starbucks is absolutely terrible, everytime I go there they can’t seem to make anything right. I ordered two drinks the same way with no foam and the one was filled to the top with foam and only half of it was an actual drinkable drink. I sent it back so they could actually fill it, but I got my drink the same way I sent it back. This is when I got my drink and the photo second is when the foam was almost gone.

The black iced tea didnt taste at all right. In fact, it was undrinkable. I ordered the same drink from different Starbucks and it always taste good. They insisted they made it right but they obviously dont know what they are doing.

Went in for a apple crisp frappe, asked for no whip and got whip cause the guy at the register forgot to hit the button. Luckily the guy making the drinks incredibly fast was very polite and fixed it fast.

The employee’s that work here literally don’t know how to make coffee at all, i asked for a iced mocha and they gave me a cup mostly full of ice and unstirred milk and mocha flavoring. Tasted like dirt, it’s like this everytime i go to this location, which is supper unfortunate because i love starbucks! PLEASE hire educated people at this location

Its Starbucks so good treats for a sugary drink day. The drive thru and parking lot is terrible to get out of. Need better beans

You can definitely tell this Starbucks is loved my their community with their board of letters and pet photos. Batistas were quick and very friendly.

This local location I’ve been to it few times and today 9/20 @ 7pm after waiting in line with four car front of me. When got to window verify my order and asked her no cream on one of the hot chocolate she was not happy about it. I paid $23 dollars for two hot chocolate with pumpkin spice. No chocolate at all. There was just only milk &pumpkin spice. This cashier was not doing her job. One of cup over spilled marks all over cup. Never going there again. Not happy customer at all after long wait.

I only go to Starbucks for seasonal coffee. Otherwise it’s terrible. McDonald’s has better coffee. They should do seasonal items.

Excellent service. I got my triple espresso in a short cup with steamed oat milk, so it was a full short cup of creamy coffee goodness 😃 I’ve been here before, but yesterday morning was especially good. Super pleasant staff!

My sister in law ordered me some wildly complex chai latte and it might have been touched by God Herself because it was HEAVENLY

I thought the service was better than average, made fresh coffee verse using whatever else they had to finish filling up the cup ... entire cup was from the fresh brew.

On average it’s fine. But they’re ALWAYS out of stuff . Chai. Almond milk. Hibiscus tea…

I decided to work here to have a change of scenery from working from home. I felt a little awkward being there using the Wifi because I wasnt going to buy anything. After a couple hours of sitting in a comfy chair at a desk charging my computer. A lovely worker with red hair brought me a large ice water and said, youve been sitting here all day i just thought you might want a drink. All of the weirdness i felt being there completely disappeared and i felt so welcome thanks to her!

Consistently good. Pink drink is always good for my wife, and I always get the cafe vanilla Frappuccino. Good stuff, employees are always friendly and usually quickly made. We are repeat customers and so far Ill keep going back

Im overall disappointed in the service and taste of drinks. Ivebeen a customer years before you even had an app, twice a day 5 days a week. Payson, orem and spanish fork Utah locations. What we pay get it together.❤

The food and drink was underwhelming, but the service was fast and kind. The double smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich was okay, three stars. The bacon was undercooked, had no smoke flavor, and was kind of tasteless. The bun tries to go for a laminated look, it tasted good, but the bun structure is actually just like a regular bread. I saw the lamination and was hoping for flakey but didn’t get it. Then the hot chocolate was disappointing. It wasn’t as creatively flavorful as we were hoping. It does use real coco, but it’s watered down and had oil in it for some reason? You can see in the picture the globs of oil, which may have come from a cool whip dissolving, but that means there wasn’t an authentic cream on top. The hot chocolate was improved by putting in half a packet of Swiss miss coco mix. All that for $20, and I am underwhelmed and disappointed. I can get a breakfast I enjoy just as much at McDonald’s for $10.

We ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frap and the whole thing was full of whip cream and ice chunks. You couldnt taste coffee at all. It sucks we paid $6 for a big cup of whip cream. We also ordered a drink I get every time and it was undrinkable this time.

I got the caramel apple spice this time. I usually dont since it is a coffee place after all, but my stomach was a bit upset and this seek to hit the spot. The drink was made well and tasted fine. I didnt get my usual stopper though. I guess you have to request those now a days. Lame!!

If I could I would leave no stars. The coffee here just keeps getting worse and worse. The frapuccinos are so bad. We have gone twice lately and complained about their coffee and they made them again but not as good as it used to be. We decided to go to Beans and Brews and give it a shot snd we highly recommend it. No more Starbucks for us!

Line is always obscene, though they do their best to move it along quickly. Location is also a bit of a pain to access. Glad a Starbucks opened up in South Provo so I can go there on my commute instead.

I use to really love this Starbucks but they need help. 1. Brown sugar syrup is always out... please order some. 2. When someone asks for cold foam they just want a little not 1/2 of the drink. 3. They are not the friendliest which is weird for Starbucks.

I was on my way home, which is an hour drive south from Spanish Fork, and my 7 month old son was really upset so I decided to stop at the only coffee shop open and right close to me so I could get him out of his seat and calm him down while I had a coffee before our drive. This was at 8:45 pm and Starbucks said they were open until 9:30pm. I had plenty of time. As soon as I walked in I saw one worker making a drink and nobody else. The music was literally blasting like it was a club. It was so uncomfortable. She told me she would be right with me then I saw another worker at the window. After waiting for a minute or two I didn’t want to have to yell for them to turn the music down. This was not a place I could relax with my baby for a few minutes before our long drive when we needed a quiet place, not a club. So I left. It was so frustrating, I had to go to a gas station and sit in the car with my son but it was at least quiet. Thanks Starbucks employees for only inviting people into your coffee shop that like to party. Not a good place for a mother and a baby. 😒

Not bad, the staff was friendly and they were quick and efficient with my order. My only complaint would be that I asked for a super-dry cappuccino and got a latte. Not sure how that got lost in translation, but its one of the few Starbucks that has messed that up, its usually not an issue. All the other drinks and food were fine so would definitely recommend popping off the 15 to grab a coffee from them.

Staff here are great. There is a serious fly infestation that management needs to figure out though.

Very attentive customer service. They make sure you have what you asked for. I don’t drink coffee and they gave me all options they have and I loved my drink. I highly recommend this Starbucks franchise.

There were enough partners working to staff two stores and we still waited nearly 30 minutes for our order. When I asked that my husbands drink have the white mocha syrup be shaken (as ut said on the drink order label that was ignored) I got complete attitude for it.I Guess the work standards have changed significantly since I was a shift lead...🤷‍♂️

I keep seeing CopyCat recipes for the sousvide eggs so I thought I would see what the fuss was about. Ehhhhhh, not my favorite consistency but it was hot and I ate it. The vanilla bean with hazelnut is always a great choice and the service was great—price was a little high in my opinion but overall good experience!

The worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to! They never get the orders right and don’t make the coffee how it should be!

Im not a coffee drinker, but I had a gift card from work, so we got 2 hot chocolates. They were both great. My favorite was the toasted white hot chocolate. We also got a peppermint milk chocolate which was also good, but a little darker chocolate than I like. The service was fast and friendly and everyone wore masks.

Quick drive through service and we orded savories that needed heating. Coffee was a good temperature and flavor that they used.

I usually have a good experience at this Starbucks. But this time was horrible. They were out of a lot of items. It took me 30 minutes to get my 1 drink from the drive thru. When I finally got to the window the workers looked more focused on their phones then making orders for the 10+ cars behind me. When I finally got my drink it wasn’t even correct. If you expect people to pay $7+ for a drink make it right next time!!!

Coffee was good. Thats not why I put a one star. I came in on 1/23/2021 at 7:40AM. The man working the counter left the window open the whole time so I was able to listen in on his conversation he was having on his headset with what I am assuming was another coworker. They were complaining about politics and economics, how theyre upset that iced lattes will now be $7). He kept bringing up China & stated once Ah! Yup. Its china! I am all for having whatever conversations you prefer to have at work with your coworkers, but leaving the window open for customers to hear is unprofessional. He had no communication with me, except when he was telling me my total. Please have conversations with your employees to leave those conversations at home or behind closed doors or windows in this case.

Today was my first day experiencing getting my drink fixed. Today didnt start by going to the Spanish Fork Starbucks. I ordered a short breve caramel macchiato from Pleasant Grove Starbucks. I paid extra for breve and I got 2%, and to top it off, the shot was burned.Never before did I think I could get so upset by this to the point where I was trying not to cry. Pregnant and craving a good latte, every bit of caffeine counts, every bit of fat counts, every sugar dose counts, so much matters now that I never thought twice about before. I felt so dumb and embarrassed that I couldnt bring myself to go in and get it fixed. The shots would probably be burned still and I didnt want to upset a barista. I drove away sad......It is just coffee after all, right? I didnt need to be THAT person. Yet, I felt like I had been robbed. Not working for Starbucks anymore, I had spent a lot of money the one time to get something I yearned for to receive what I call a garbage drink. I couldnt drink it.As I approached my exit on I-15, I told myself, I have to do something this time. I kept going......I went all the way to Starbucks in Spanish Fork to get it fixed. Why? Because I know the baristas and they know me. It wouldnt be a waste of gas if they could make my drink correctly. So, I called. One of my baristas, Natalie, answered and I was comforted. I explained what happened and she let the drive thru barista know. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted at the box by my baristas, Dani. Arriving at the window, I was greeted by my baristas, Chris, Dani, and Justin, with joy. Others sent their greetings too! They hadnt seen me in a while. Handing back my bad drink, I was given a new and even hotter drink than what I had gotten before. I tried the remake drink.....What followed was warmth and comfort. The thing I had craved in my dreams was in my hands. All it took was me going to the right place with the right people. I experienced what I believe all Starbucks are supposed give to their customers: To inspire and nurture the human spirit - one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.To my favorite baristas: you made a difference in my emotional pregnant self today. I couldnt be more grateful :)

Been here multiple times & lines are usually crazy long. Even went in once and it was still a bit of wait. I usually don’t care to wait cause I love Starbucks coffee BUT sometimes their coffee is either a hit or miss, it doesn’t taste the same each time I order or as it should be. Either too much creamer not enough coffee or too much coffee and not enough creamer and I order the two drinks everytime ☹️ So now i just go to the one in Provo.

Pulled up shortly (5-10 mins) before close but definitely during hours and as I was walking up to the door a worker came up and locked it. I get it you want to go home but say that you’re no longer serving instead of locking a door as I’m walking up.

All I can say well its Starbucks my daughters mom enjoys that coffee are there holiday frappuccinos and the cups that they offer but thats all I can say about that

Worst customer service out there. Took 15 min just for the card swiper to work properly, then 10 different customers in there waiting and 4 out of the 10 did not have their masks on, mine was on but just not covering my nose (it slid down and I hadn’t noticed) but of coarse I was the only one asked to put it on. Why, I don’t know but I’ll never go back there or Starbucks ever again. 3 employees, 1 car at the drive up, 5 minutes standing there and I was finally helped and able to place my order. I wasnt even acknowledged until then. Not to mention their music was way too loud. At least my drink was good.

Customer service was good but our lattes were not.

I came in to work on homework with some coffee and was able to get a lot done without being bothered. The coffee is always great. I like to bring in reusable cups and mugs. They sell iced drink cups pretty cheap there. And refill prices are substantially less. I just wish they had more moveable chairs for people to add to tables and more outlets available.

Says they are open and they arent no one is even there I checked online to be sure and it says they are open at 7am Sunday drove to the drive through no one was even in the store! I drove from provo to get here because its close to my work had I known it was closed I would have gone to Springville!

I have never had a problem with this store until today. I ordered my usual, it was missing heavy cream. I went in and asked for them to put it in. No apology, no I am so sorry we missed that. They made me feel like I ordered it wrong. It clearly says heavy cream on my cup. The workers were whispering and not making eye contact with me. I just wanted them to be accountable, I guess the younger generation does not know how to be accountable.

I very much enjoy this.location. The employees are fun and friendly, and the get your order correct.

All the staff here are amazing. They are always very friendly and welcoming even when they are super busy, my husband hates the wait when the line is long but I 100% think it’s worth it!

I ordered a s’mores frappe but got a cream one instead. I am very irritated because m. The drive through takes forever and line is either constantly busy or disconnected so I don’t get to have this made right. I am really disappointed to find I spent ten minutes in line for something I didn’t even order. Baristas, I understand you’re busy, but please be more thorough and clarify.

This Starbucks is AMAZING. They remember me by name even when I dont come in for a few months, and are always so so sweet. I try to pay it forward every paycheck here and the staff is absolutely incredible. I make it a point to tip them and I always love seeing their faces!

One of the employees got very aggravated when we tried switch our order. He got very upset and instead of using words like sorry and please, he simply said: it doesnt work like that. Order properly or leave. This service was not amazing but we still got our order. The food was great and was the only thing that saved this place. If I had to recommend an item off the menu I would say the simple spiced latte and a cheese Danish.

Starbucks of Spanish Fork Utah was a great experience! The 11,000 ft., snow capped mountains of the Wasatch Range in perfect view! Nice people. My Pastor and I went and I had a great intellectual conversation over an Americana. Very stout and invigorating. And the first real conversation, except for my Brother Anthony Lilly, in a very long time. Thanks Starbucks!

I stopped here about 8:30PM, ordered a hot chocolate with peppermint and a pumpkin spice crème through the drive through. The employees were nice enough and quick considering how it was getting closer to closing. Although, the guy who took my order didn’t repeat it back to me, I didn’t get a receipt, and the hot chocolate had coffee in it, which isn’t at all what I wanted, in fact, I don’t think there was any chocolate in the drink. I didn’t realize the drink was coffee and that I hadn’t received a receipt until I got home and didn’t feel like turning back around to get it fixed. I’m giving three stars despite these things assuming that they happened because it was late. In general, the experience was decent, but not ideal.

Long lines but worth it

You cant dine in or even do work in their coffee shop! They obviously lack knowledge about treating costumers well.

Ordered 4 kid sized hot chocolates at the Spanish Fork location....they were warm milk with a tiny bit of whipped cream!! No chocolate at all. Very disappointing and didnt realize it until we were on the freeway.

I asked for my milk/sugar on the side in a short cup apart from my tea this morning and was given my tea with it all mixed... I wouldve gotten it remade but I did not want to be late to work this morning. I was hoping it would turn out bearable but it was horrible. The creamer cooled down my cup so much that it slowed down or stopped the steeping process(which is why I get it on the side ALWAYS). Other than that, most days are wonderful and this is still my favorite Starbucks in Utah County.

I always order in the app ahead of time and then I just pull up and it’s ready. Everyone is always so friendly and I enjoy the drinks. The only downside is the cost. So I don’t visit as often as I would like.

This is the place to go to relax, sit a spell and enjoy a relaxing, delicious cup of heavenly coffee. We all need a break from the busy lives we live. This is a place to pamper yourself and do just that. They have the best coffee the world over to me. We all deserve the best.

Update 12/19/2020: this location is closed more than its open and never any explanation, warning, or notice. Clearly the management can’t get their sh* t together.Unfortunately this location has not adapted to the difficulties of Covid. I visit starbucks locations all over utah & sl county, this one the most as it is the closest to my house. This is the only store that you consistently have to wait in line 15-30 minutes. As I write this I am the 10th person in line and there is 3 more behind me. It doesn’t matter what time of day you visit.... Drinks are often wrong and there’s no way to get them fixed unless you have another 20+ minutes to waste. There needs to be a second location built, or better yet, maybe Dutch Bro’s will finally come to town.

I forgot my wallet in my other vehicle and the girls were so sweet about it! It was on the house they said. Thanks for the great customer service!

They definitely dont know keto. When you explain in detail what you want in your drink multiple times and that still get it wrong. Thats pretty bad. My heavy cream caramel macchiato was not sugar free and was not decaf. 80% cream!

Love our local Starbucks.Yes, sometimes they have long waits or are understaffed, but generally you can see the staff is doing their best.I always order through the app at least 3x a week (Yes I am addicted)and they never get my order wrong. Great service!

This was an early morning pit stop because I didnt have time to get my own coffee this morning!They accept Samsung pay. The establishment was clean. The staff was cheerful and proactive for the most part. It was well staffed for being early allowing several employees to stand astound chatting amongst themselves. The world outside wasnt really awake yet, so I imagine they were simply being prepared, although it is a Sunday morning...☕😳😵 they were quick to fill my order and as soon as someone left the establishment, someone was quickly going over to clean up the table.I rate or as 5, since the drink spilled over with some of the cream and they handed me a sticky cup. Then I had to figure out how to get my hands clean while they wiped the outside of the cup down, lol...any actual conundrum without my shot of caffeine to help my brain engage. Id gladly come back just for the atmosphere though.

Waited in line for 25 minutes and specifically asked for no espresso and got espresso. this isn’t the first time either.
