I was in need of a new pair. Zach was the one helping us and gave us the best option for frames and lenses. He was up and beyond. Very helpful and informational.

I went into Eyemart to learn if my insurance would pay for my needs. It did pay at least 80% and Dr. Pugh had an opening in short time so I stayed to get the care I needed. Am I ever glad I did!!! The equipment used was the newest thing out and the Doctor was great, gave me instructions on how best to retain my eyesight and was generally very helpful and exceedingly knowledgeable. The staff also were very helpful and answered my questions with ease and in an unhurried way. That was just 2 weeks ago and I have already referred 2 of my friends to take advantage of the caring staff and the good doctors expertise.

Great experience and amazingly fast. Went in and they were able to determine how much my insurance covered in just a few minutes. Within 15 minutes I found sunglasses I liked,, got the options I wanted and even got a 2nd pair of glasses free. Less than an hour later I received a text that both prescription glasses were ready. Everyone one was friendly and professional too!

She did an awesome job. Even when I was getting frustrated she found different options.In the end I was happy.Because of her commitment to taking care of the customer. You know have one for life.She did an awesome job.

I have used Lenscrafters for years. Had an emergency yesterday and called for the same day service. Not only did receive professional and courteous service, I actually saved $$.Denise on the frames and fitting side, was extremely proficient and Very knowledgeable of the products she was offering.Dr. Pugh is an outstanding Dr.He made sure that I thoroughly understood MY eye health all the way to my diet habits. Good service . They are in contract with my work place for prescription safety glasses. The prescription can be ready in hour. They can get 90 percent of the prescriptions ready.

The Spanish Fork Utah store was awesome! They were great with my husband and my daughter a week later on 8/28/21. I do have to apologize to them for being so stressed out and gave them a cold shoulder. I was having a bad day, and they were just great about it.

The staff was friendly and helpful and they had a wide variety of frames as well as different quality and types of lenses to choose from. They helped me get the right glasses for me in a short time and I could not be happier.

I took my 90 yr old mother to Spanish Fork Eyemart. She is so happy with her new RX and new glasses.I also had an exam and purchased glasses. In my opinion I received the top material (trivex) with the best progressive lenses. I advise if your looking for quality check out Eyemart.

I have had glasses now two years the hurt my nose so wore my old ones. Went to have an eye exam The sweet girl took my glasses and fixed them for free They fit amazing comfortable and I can see so much better. Got a new pair also very comfortable. I had a blast here getting a new pair of glasses and a surprise eye exam with Dr Pugh.. my Rx had expired and needed updated. Lynda reception got me right in and helped me figure out the adventure that are contacts. Taylor up front helped me try on multiple lenses and made me feel so good in them. Excellent service. Taylor helped me fix an old pair of beloved Ray ban Wayfarers that were a bit crooked. Now I can rock them without thinking my head is gradually deforming. You should give Taylor a raise and a trophy for employee of the millennium. Thanks Taylor!!!!!

I have never gotten our classes the same day and the prices were so much cheaper and just as great quality. I paid over 600 dollars last year on our glasses at another place and this year we got 4 pairs for 1/4 of the cost I was so impressed. The staff is great very nice and helpful. I will never stop going here.Thank you so much.

Quick and easy

We went to eyemart yesterday, the staff was AMAZING! The doctor was friendly and spot on with our prescription, the doctor staff was helpful and cheerful. The eyemart staff was efficient and patient, even after trying on 20 different frames. We got our new glasses in 30 minutes!*EDIT* my husbands lense popped out 3 days after we got our glasses, the le se got really scratched up. Took the frames in, and was told give us 30 minutes, and we will Rema that lense NINE MINUTES LATER I walked out with a new lense and fixed frames!

My husband and I have been looking for a good eye doctor. Dr. Pugh and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend him!!! Definitely our doctor from now on.

Friendly and very patient with my son as he tried to find frames. They are very fast about making the glasses on site so we could have them within an hour. It actually only took 26 min. Love EyeMart Express. Dr. Pugh is great too if you need your eyes examined.

Five star service is not something you find every day but you will find it at Eyemart Express. . From the exam to the fitting to the additional options, I was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. A little pricey compared to online shopping but there’s no substitution for good service. Eyemart Express definitely gives you a positive consumer experience

Everyone was very nice and helpful from the phone call to the visit! Dr. Pugh is funny but gets straight to the point, hes great. Kynnaston there was very helpful and nice! They also have a good size selection of glasses for affordable prices and gets them to you the same day unlike the others Ive been to that charges an arm and a leg for one pair and takes about a week to get them. If youre in utah County I highly recommend Eyemart Express! You will not be disappointed!

Brad and team stayed late to complete our seven pair of glasses! We drove more than an hour to get to the eye doctor and then were able to fulfill all but one special order pair for us. Thanks all!!!

They are professional and caring. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I like the fact that they can have your glasses made the same day. As a matter of fact, my wifes glasses were done before we left. My glasses were done a couple hours later. I recommend Eyemart Express to everyone.

Loved it. In and out in 30 minutes with a eye exam. Glasses where done less than 30 minutes.

Everyone was really friendly anf willing to help. Got my daughter 2 pairs gor a really good price and they were both done within an hour or choosing them.

My daughter broke her glasses, I took in her prescription in after 6pm. They made sure we had at least one pair that night. they actually got both done! They were amazing and Kynnaston was fantastic and easy to work with! Will absolutely go again.
