I’m usually a pretty passive consumer. When I receive what’s expected it’s a straightforward fulfillment of the deal and that’s that. But today was different. It wasn’t a straightforward TV wall-mount install. It was a heavy, custom-made mirrored piece that lent more questions than answers initially. ORBIS came in like an analytical ninja— calmly and professionally providing me with options and scenarios that would ensure the job was not only done competently but was also installed at the right height, right view angles, right location on the wall and even functionally cleared the height of the missing console that I have on order. I started today full of trepidation, and now I’m literally in a zen state about it all. Can’t recommend the team any higher than 5 stars so I offer words to tip the scale. Thanks guys!

I am more than impressed with OTS and all the team I worked with! From the start with Zane responded instantly and was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We set up a home visit within a couple of days and he was on time and professional. He gave me some options on how to secure a flip property that kept getting broken into. Within another 24 hours I received a bid with multiple options, all very reasonably priced. Once selected we scheduled an install date. He was professional, friendly and thorough. He installed everything he could within one day. I was so happy with the service, I had him install the same security system at my person home. I also had him set up a commercial security system set up at my office and the cameras that were installed are amazing! OTS and Zane make the security needs a breeze!
