It was awesome! I had no idea about bleach or developer or anything like that, a woman there came over and asked if I needed help! Every question I asked she had an answer, she explained the products in a way that was completely understandable to a newbie like me and was able to point me in the right direction based on what I told her I was looking for. The prices were absolutely reasonable and I was never pointed at the most expensive product so I would spend the most money. I have never been in a Sallys before and it was an absolutely amazing experience. If youre going to a Sallys, are dying your hair, or even thinking about it, I would definitely choose this one

The people who work there are great. But Sally Beauty changed from plastic to paper bags and wants the customers to pay for them.

My daughter and I went in looking for help with her previous hair dye, the heavy girl behind the counter wouldnt get up to show us what we needed. So we left and went to super cuts and theyWrote down what was needed.

The female with the gaged ears is VERY unprofessional and just let me stand there with the door locked for about 5-10 minutes today. Then FINALLY opened the door and very RUDELY said... We close at 5.!.....I was there before 5 but she just let me stand out on the side walk with the door locked until it was after 5.... Im assuming she just wanted to go home so she pushed off customers so she didnt have to stay longer. I told her she was rude and she said ok! I will NEVER go to this store again... Their loss I must say because I always spend a few hundred dollars every time I go

Always nice staff, easy to find things. The staff know the products and will make sure you have what you need when you go! Almost always well stocked. JOIN THE CLUB! saves a ton of money.

Jenna has the worse attitude. I would give them zero stars if I could. I do NOT recommend this place. They are rude, condescending, and biased. She was not helpful at all. I asked politely what hair color I could use and she insults me by saying I had an ugly hair color (which was not ugly and I love my hair color). I never asked for her opinion. I was so shocked when I heard her say that. She is not respectful at all. She was annoyed and did not listen to what I was looking for. Im telling everyone not to come here anymore. Thanks, you guys are going to lose a chunk of your customers. ABSOLUTELY RUDE and terrible service. If you have to buy hair products, please go to CVS instead because they honestly have nicer people who respect you there. I am horrified by how I was treated by her. She was SO disrespectful. None of the women here will help you here, they only get annoyed when you do. I will never buy anything from them again.

The woman who runs this and the reno store gossips about her customers with her wokers. It is extremely unprofessional and childish to sit behind the counter stating whom you like and dont like as they walk in. I will be taking my wife up to other stores from now on. Since you dont like many of your customers, we can just take our money elsewhere. I honestly cant imagine many people really enjoy shopping here. The staff acts like its an issue to provide some quick advice and these stores are too small and cramped to casually shop when we have extra money to spend on my wifes hobbies. And the sallys card does not save you much money anymore. I wish honestly, I didnt even have to give one star.

The women that work in this store are rude and condescending. When asked for help they become annoyed and can hardly be bothered to actually listen to what you are looking for. Even though this store is only a few minutes from me I will gladly go out of my way to another store just to avoid having to deal with the people that work in this store.

Rude staff that doesnt want to do there job. Literally told me we have it in one of the boxes but wouldnt look. Told me to come back tomorrow and it might be unpacked.
