Terrible!!I have been coming to this location the last month and every time I get a milk shake.. I ask for an extra scoop to make it think… pretty much just getting milk. You kids don’t listen to instructions. Then they ask at the drive through if I want whip cream. I say no. Then at the window they ask again..smh.. NEVER WASTING MY HARD EARN MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location! Braidens customer service is amazing! He was very friendly and made our family feel welcomed! This man deserves a raise! Ice cream was great too!

Delicious ice cream with several different flavors. Recommend people to get the banana split sundae (with 3 differnet ice cream scoops). Its very good.

Just stopped in today to buy some ice cream and they refused to give free samples. There plenty of other places that still do but this place wont. Im not going to spend $15 for ice cream that I cant even try.

The services was way better this time then last! The manager even gave us a discount too! The young lady that was the cashier, she was really respectful and nice to us!

I didnt realize they serve ice cream out of hot waffle cones... I dont like having to race to eat my ice cream before it turns into soup.

There two employees there tonight and they were both very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean. And of course, the ice cream is yummy!

The drive through was crazy busy. I had to oder 3 quarts of handpicked. I waited in drive through for about 20 minutes. Those kids were trying their best. Seems like busiest time is 4 to 6 .

My milkshake was really good, but it took us atleast 30 minutes in the drive thru and we only had 2 cars ahead of us. That was the only bad thing.

The person is very kind but my only problem is that they didnt have 2 or more employees at one time just so that they wont have to bounce from drive through and register. Other than that the experience was great and I enjoyed it

Went on our way home from the PBR rodeo show late the employees were Excellent. The Chocolate Fudge Cheese Cake is the best flavor Ive had ....

Good customer service

This location has way more than the original flavors and all the options to do anything else. The store was clean and the kids behind the counter gave great service quickly while maintaining a busy drive through. I will most certainly be back.

Its amazing is what it is! All the best flavors of ice cream. The staff was polite. It wasnt too hot or cold. The facility was clean. It was a very nice experience!

I got a water milkshake?

I ordered two milkshakes and a scoop of ice cream. Upon receiving the milkshakes in the drive thru, neither were full and the milkshakes both had bubbles on the top and tasted like milk that had been whipped with a slight hint of the ice cream. Will not be going back to this location.

We love coming to this Baskin-Robbins! We always have to try every new flavor (New to us) every time we come in. They are always so patient as it can be hard to find the perfect flavor with all the choices to chose from! Love love the service and of course the ice cream selections. Thank you!

Great service and the best ice cream. The one up by WinCo has a better selection, but this one has better service.

This B&R locks its bathroom doors just in case a homeless person wants to use the bathroom. When I asked why, because we had to wait for an extended time to use it, they said ONE time a homeless person kept the door locked while in restroom. So now I guess if I really have to go, I better not be there.

I counted even more then 31 flavors! Service was great and try Lunar moon ice cream bomb!

Came on a promo day for a couple scoops. Had plenty of staff to deal with the extra customers which was great. Delicious ice cream and obviously a ton of flavors.

The ice cream quality has gone down I feel over the past few years. This place is also often out of mint chip, which sucks. The staff has always been good. They serve Coke, though dont drink it with ice cream.

Baskin Robbins always has fantastic ice cream. Love that they are open until 10. Sometimes service is a little slow but overall very good.

I love the ice cream drinks. This particular Baskin Robbins was extremely hot inside but the ice cream treats are always good.

I loved it it was a really good environment but it was kind of crowded actually so yeah but the ice cream was tasty.

We arrived while the open sign was on. Employees had already locked the door, and where cleaning up. We where looking forward to some ice cream, real quick. I knocked on the door, and pointed to the bright open sign. The man looked at me, then shook his head. The women completely ignored that I was there. Not only did this basking ribbons loose 4 paying customer. But lost a loyal customer. The last 5 minutes between 10:55 and 11:00 the company could have had 4 satisfied customs that would return, repetly! That would have been out by 11:00 anyway . But instead lost 4 customer, with families and friends that will not return.

I just love ice cream and they have a drive through.

Well its getting warmer outside so I stop by the local Baskin-Robbins service is great and ice cream is always excellent

Nice cozy spit with patio seating. They give you huge scoops worth your dollar. Family friendly.

I went through the drive-thru tonight, waited several minutes before someone said anything, I asked for a double scoop of rainbow sherbet, the guy replied, nope. So I asked what does that mean? He then replied, we dont have it. After that I asked why he simply replied, because we dont, now what do you want. After asking for several different flavors i learned they basically only had vanilla. This was a complete waste of time, rude service, and Ill never be back.

Used to be a great place to visit. Something has changed at the prater and McCarren location.

I was ignored for 10 minutes while holding an icecream cake and all I wanted to know is if it had the crunchy filling. It didnt so I asked if she would tell me what flavors the cakes in the other case were and she rolled her eyes and sighed about it. Horrible customer service!!!

Have been trying to reach a manager for a wk and theyre never in. Ive been calling every day! Weve ordered a pie and it wasnt how it was supposed to be. No one is willing to help w the issue. They just take my name and # and say that theyll pass it on to the manager whenever she will show up.

I was here on july 3rd 16 worst service ever. Went though the drive thru. Slow slow slow. No apologies. Waited over 30minutes. Ridiculous. No excuse. Who owns this place.

I really like this place. Nice, courteous employees, but today the music was so loud could hear the girl when she was taking my order. Please be mindful of your customers not everybody likes the music so loud.

Better Than Dairy Queen in my opinion

Loud annoying pop music in the store and also piped outside. Ice cream freezers had at least 2 of dirty ice on the walls from not being defrosted for a while. Ice cream smudges were everywhere. They have a hand sanitizer station that was empty. Most of the customers seemed to be using drive thru, so they probably dont see the poor cleanliness standards of this shop. The sole attendant was nice and friendly, but overwhelmed. This was our first and last visit to this shop.

Four workers standing around, no customers, unstocked prepacks of most popular flavors. Had to ask if they had any in back and they did.

In this place there is a guy who serves ice cream with very small portions, is miserable to serve and gives a lousy cervicio, if they can not go there.

The woman at the drive thru was so rude.. Will not deal with her again..

Internet price for clown comes was$19.99 for six, or $4.30 each. Mobile app would not work, do I called the store and made the order, AND CONFIRMED THE PRICE! today I get there to pick them up and they inform me that they can only charge the individual price. I did not budget for that! Had to go to Costco and get a cake. So disappointed. Will never go to Baskin Robbins again.
