Josie and Scott are always very cordial and courteous. He has helped design a couple of rings for my husband and I, and has fixed other jewelry. We have been shopping with them for the last 18 yrs. You wont be disappointed.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my watch in to get the battery replaced and the man told me to come back in a half an hour. I did and he told me the last person that changed this battery messed up the screw. Well it had never been changed before and it was CLEAR that he was the one who did it or he would have noticed the screw when he looked at it and told me to come back. I am hoping another jeweler will be able to fix it or my expensive watch is ruined by this idiot. I do not recommend.

Best jeweler in the Reno, Sparks area. I took my wifes ring to them that was originally her grandmothers, to 3 different jewelers and they all told me the same thing. This ring is unfixable. I took it to scott and he completely restored the ring to its original condition and it looks beautiful. I wouldnt waste my time going anywhere else. SJS has my business for life.
