We bought everything we needed to put in there patios last summer and returned today to order materials for a new retaining wall. Very impressed with the variety of options, the way things are displayed, and the helpfulness of the team members we spoke with.Also, if you aren’t super set on a particular type of brick (paver, stone, etc) they are great at showing options for things that are on sale.

Great selection. Knowledgeable staff, that being said, your experience will only be as enjoyable as the friendliness of who waits on you. Some very grumpy sales associates there, sometimes not.

It literally took me less than a half hour to pick out what I needed for my patio project. The representative that helped me was awesome! I think his name is David Davies. He helped me with my order and then the crew loaded the truck when I returned later to pick up the blocks and supplies. He gave us great advice for our project and had a really good sense of humor. You could tell he enjoyed working there and was passionate about his work.My patio turned out amazing! I love this store and their displays. If I had a million dollars I would probably buy everything in the store! haha

Yard staff on forklifts are rude and very slow for no apparent reason.

Walked around the store for several minutes and was never greeted. I was the only customer in the store at the time and the guy behind the counter and other employees didnt feel the need to help me or even say hello.

Went in a few months ago to price plain old brick pavers for a walkway for my side yard. The cretin at the desk never answered a single one of my questions to me and instead directed all of his answers to my Dad, who had come with me. He was incredibly huffy when I wasnt interested in the more expensive pavers, then dragged me outside to look at more pavers I didnt want and was generally patronizing and condescending and acted like I didnt know what I wanted or what I was doing. He even tried to get me to do a math problem to determine how many bricks Id want for a given area that was larger than what I had to work with, in a pattern I didnt like. All I wanted was an estimate on a half pallet of bricks.I gave my money to Home Depot instead. These jerks dont know the meaning of customer service and treated me like an idiot the entire time I was there. 0/10, would not recommend.
