Outstanding professional customer service! I had a small job to drill out and retap a broken screw in a 50+ year old shower valve for which parts are no longer available. I had to turn off my main water line to disassemble the valve so I needed the work done fast. They stopped another job they were working on and did the repair in about 10 minutes to get me on my way. I now have a working shower again.
