I had high hopes for the shields. Ordered the 10” hoping it would deflect better than my stock 12”. The wind deflection was similar but I found myself looking through the top edge of the shield while riding. This was not good. I then ordered the 12” shield and though the deflection was good, looking through the curved areas of the shield distorted the view and make this unusable in my opinion. I ordered the 14” standard shield from Harley and it is great. Unfortunately Long Ride doesn’t accept returns once installed so these were a waste of money. They did ship quickly so that was a positive for the company. My bike is a 2011 Ultra Limited.

Initially I was going to rate this company and product highly. But customer service was not nearly as good as I thought. The first windshield I ordered was too high. I called and spoke to someone who seemed pretty squared away. They said I could exchange windshield. But I had to pay for shipping to return the windshield back to them. Ok no problem. I was assured I would not incur shipping on new windshield.I shipped windshield in the same packaging they sent it in. USPS $19 and change. UPS wanted $30.I called to give LRS the tracking number and to order the replacement windshield.The second person I spoke to was just a Douche. I had questions as to which style and size Windshield would be best. Apparently I was wasting his time, or he just didn’t know enough about products to give informed answers.I was really disappointed I did get the name of the first person I spoke with. I agreed on 11” Flat-Top. Then Mr Douche tried to charge me $12+ shipping and handling.Nope, I explained that wasn’t the agreed deal. He would not waive shipping. So they lost a sale. I’ll be getting a full refund now.Just bought my new windshield from Freedom Windshields. Same price. Better products.

I heard their shields were really nice. So I ordered one a week ago and have not received it yet. Should of bought a klock werks like all my friends told me to. It would of been here by now.

Recieved my 14 Thresher for my 2015 CVO Road Glide Ultra after only 3 weeks from ordering to here in Western Australia. It looks great and does everything they say it does. Awesome.

I ordered a 9 shield for my MS Batwing and it turned out i measured wrong When I contacted them to purchase a replacement they were kind enough to wave the additional fee for a taller windshield and express ship my shield. Also their products are extremely high quality and I will be using them on every motorcycle in the future.
