Got a great deal on Pilot Road II tires, thanks!

Numerous phone calls, multiple messages and no response or call back. I decided to drive to their store and nobody there. 40 minute drive and the place is closed down. The reviews must be correct.

AVOID. Ignore the good review below its certainly fake, do some research (here and BBB). Ordered a helmet, great price and I fell for the bait. The AGV helmet arrived promptly BUT it had a crack above the visor (no damage to the box and otherwise looked new). My multiple attempts to speak to them by phone, email and their contact page went unanswered. Filed a CC dispute (they certainly responded to visa) and I returned the helmet, tracked and signed delivery (cost me $50). Like other people say here, you will be sent the wrong or a damaged product and then ignored. Crooks. My biggest regret is they get the helmet back to resell to another customer. I belatedly looked them up on the BBB website after my return and the first complaint I see is identical to mine except the AGV helmet has box cutter type marks up the side of the helmet (box is again undamaged). Sounds like the owners have a scam going with damaged helmets selling as new.

This merchant is currently not fulfilling any online orders, answering calls or responding to emails. Stay away!

Horrible ebay experience. Item was of terrible quality and wrong size. Customer service is non existent, good luck getting money back on a return. Avoid this place at all costs. Ill stick with Amazon as they have set the bar on customer service in my book. Motorcycle Works is the worst.

I paid $29.75 for 3 day shipping so I could use my ordered bibs for a trip. Sent it ground, which takes over a week. I have emailed and called. Left voicemails - multiple. No answers. No returns. Crappy company.

Ordered rear tire Shinko 777 it blew into pieces during a ride the day after it was mounted, only got 50 to 70 miles out of the retread, if you value your life dont buy there fake retreads. I ended up paying for tire 127.89, 100.00 mount, 100.00 remount, new rear fender 250.00, rear lights 200.00 and new saddlebags 225.00 each., the tire blew up into six or seven pieces. Will not answer eBay messages with picture a or voice messages asking for legal dept. Nothing.

First and last experience with this ghost of a company. I placed an order with Motorcycle Works inc via their Ebay store. Shipping/delivery was fast. No issue here. But I need to return the item (gloves are too small), and this is were this company falls into a vacuum: non-existant customer service to say the least. To the point where one wonders if there is at least one human being behind the website and the eBay store. I guess their address in Sparks Nevada is just a US facade.So far no reply despite several messages left on the company answering machine over the past three days. Very frustrating and unacceptable by today online ecommerce standards.

I ordered an item from their ebay store, and I was sent the wrong item. I then sent several messages, and I received no response to any of them. Eventually abput a week later I filed a return claim. 2 hours before the 3 day time period you are supposed to wait after filing a claim before having ebay step in they accepted my return. Immediately after that I received a automated message saying that they were unable to send me a return shipping label but the seller was still responsible for the return shipping. I mailed the item to them and provided them with a copy of the receipt and a tracking number. I eventually got a refund but the return shipping price was not included. I finally received a response to one of my messages at this point, and the seller was hostile and abusive; blaming me for their mistake and fabricating reasons why it was my fault. I am now in the process of trying to recoup these costs. This has been the worst buying experience of my life. Avoid this seller!

Ordered PSR mirror product. The mirror not functional properly on my aprilia contacted Motorcycle work thru phone left VM and EBay . Requesting a return or exchange willing to work with them but there communication non existence. Going to take a hit on product due to their lack of communication. This isn’t how a business should run with there lack of Comm I would be weary of purchasing anything from motorcycle works. I ordered new mirrors thru STG been doing business with them for the last few years they been consistent and never an issue. This is my first experience dealing with Motorcycle works and my last one . I’m all about supporting small businesses but I’m also not in it to throw my hard earn money away. Just letting anyone out there to be aware of this business and there business practices hopefully no one throws there money away like I did .

Awful company do not waste your time or money ordering from these ordered $500 boots they came wrong and thus far have been completely ignoring my constant emails have opened a complaint have not heard back from that would never buy from them again absolutely terrible and after reading they do not refund people correctly am in two minds what to do .... trust this review and look else where
