Beautiful view

My friend and I arrived at the beautiful Sparks Marina and found Lisa’s van in the parking lot. Her sweet daughter and helper extrodenair greeted us. We strolled down to the dock which had a shade structure and chairs and a place to lock up our stuff. Lisa was a wonderful instructor and took pictures of us in the prettiest spots of the Marina. I highly recommend Lisa and really enjoyed paddle boarding!

Lisa is an absolute joy to work with! Very attentive to your needs and an excellent instructor. Always wants to make sure you have a great experience.

My brother was visiting from Minnesota and Lisa was awesome. Very responsive and we had a wonderful time kayaking. Will rent kayaks again from Lisa.

They say you have to make appointment on line but I cant find a way to make the form work. Add item just links to reviews? Called several times, no answer and no one calls back. Its close to home and I could rent often but doesnt make any sense to just stop by if they arent really operating.

Called this company hoping to rent a canoe for a day to take to a local lake. The owner said they would rent a canoe for 100 dollars per day and it would fit in our GMC Yukon. We drove to Sparks Marina to pick up the canoe and upon arrival we were made to wait for 40 minutes. After this wait, the owner told us she was sorry but she and her husband had decided the canoe was too heavy to carry and they did not want to rent it after all. We told her it would have been nice if she would have told us this on the phone before coming down or at least not made us wait for 40 minutes, while other rental options closed. She became angry at us for being upset and said I already appogized, what else do you want? Worst customer service ever!
