Joseph was energetic and eager to please. Buying a mattress was very satisfying and I enjoyed getting to know Joe. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the mattresses and very interested in my criteria for a good night’s sleep. I would highly recommend this company and Joe in particular.

Trevor was a great help in choosing a new mattress! This is a 10 year commitment me and my husband made and although the price is steep for a Presidents’ Day sale we did get our king for queen price! Also he was able to deliver it in 3 days!! The delivery people were awesome! They literally laid down a red carpet and put on booties so they don’t bring mess up our home! They installed the adjustable base and made sure all the buttons worked before they left! I got a firm mattress which I know I need to break in, but I’m so glad I came to this mattress firm! See you again in 10 years or if my kids need mattresses sooner I will be back sooner! Happy customer here!

We visited the Hillcrest Spartanburg location several times and had great customer service with each employee. The manager Trevor, was extremely knowledgeable and each helpful in answering questions about the mattresses we were interested in purchasing. We went with a Kingsdown firm mattress. We have purchased that brand before, but this was a higher end line and we love it. I recommend this location and the store for all around customer service, including the delivery crew.

Its a fairly typical mattress door with a lot of options. Please remember that your in-store comfort has little to do with the comfort you will receive at home. Fortunately they do have a return policy ., although I believe there is a reasonable return charge if you decide to not keep your mattress. The staff were friendly all of there was a slight leaning towards getting to try to make me by that day, I did not however

Matthew (Matt) is very personable. He uses active listening techniques which is very helpful. Also, he was extremely patient with me--I made two visits to gather information and THINK about my decision and it wasnt until the third I went in to buy. I am so glad I did! Im looking forward to delivery and hope that goes as well as my purchase experience.

This is the second time we have purchase a mattress here. Pleased both times. This time, Kevin efficiently helped us through the process. We were not interested in the extras that came with the sale, but he worked out a discount on price instead (without requiring us to haggle).

We stopped in just to look and hope to buy a mattress for the spare bedroom and ended up buying a bed for us that inclines and a lot more. We even got the mattress for spare room.. Kevin was very nice and enjoyed doing business with him. Keep up the good work!

I have never been shammed light mattress firm did us. We ordered our bed to be delivered and when it came it was a reconditioned mattress that had been used and had a tag saying that it had been reconditioned for resale. We called the store back and had a heated exchange over paying $1600 for a used mattress and they did not know what we were talking about or so they say. I actually threatened a lawsuit before they decided to come and pick up that use mattress and deliver a brand new mattress which did not seem the same quality of the one we picked in the store but they assured us it was. I think this store tends to take advantage of uneducated shoppers looking for a good deal on a mattress combination. I fortunately always inspect something that I am going to spend a lot of my life on and went off like a firecracker until we got a new mattress delivered. They even took my really nice clean mattress and Box Spring is that we had purchased from Browns furniture that had lasted 10 years. I wouldnt be surprised if it ended up in some unsuspecting elderly persons home sold as a new mattress to them my advice is to avoid mattress firm at all cost or inspect the bed or mattress tags when it is delivered to your home. So sad that this actually goes on with companies in this day and time buyers be warned. This is the 1st extreme Review that I have ever posted.

Matt is simply the best. Great experience, great deal and we are extremely pleased with our mattress, adjustable base and sleep bundle.

I did not have a positive experience with the delivery of the mattress. I paid the $59 to have it delivered and to haul off the old mattress. I specifically asked that they call 20 minutes prior to arriving and was assured they would do so. As I pull up to my house which was 5 minutes from the time they called, they were pulling away and had already dropped off the mattress without hauling off the old one. I immediately called Matt to see if they could circle back around because they were still on my street, I could see the truck as I was talking to Matt over the phone. Matt was not empathetic at all and basically told me it was my fault. They would not even turn around when they were just 2 minutes down the street. I could understand if they had already pulled out of my neighborhood, but they were literally 3 houses down when I was talking with Matt. Because of Matts condescending tone and lack of care with the situation, I will never purchase from Mattress Firm again.
