This is the worst company that I have had to deal with..New to the oxygen use due to covid .. They were supposed to come out and pickup 2 tanks and leave me with 3. They wanted to make sure that we would be at home all day Monday because they could not give us a time period. No one never showed up, nor not even a call to say they would not make it Monday.. called after hours, had to wait 20 minutes before someone even picked up the phone. Was put on hold. They hung up on us..Called Tuesday morning. Oh, we will get someone out there today...here it is 5:30,and no one still.. an.No wonder they have such a bad rating...undependable...worst worst company...
Beyond horrible! A rating of 1 star is far too much for this company. I can’t believe the people there still have jobs. Not one positive interaction over the past year with this company. They treat you as if you are a bother to them every time you call or have to deal with them. Horrible horrible customer service. Rude rude staff. The most uncaring and unprofessional service I’ve experienced ever!
If there was a negative 10 star review, I would have picked that one. When you are navigating a scary medical event, or youre in the middle of a serious respiratory illness and need medical equipment that could be a life or death situation, you want a company that has empathy, is professional, and is really good at what they are in the business to do....Lincare is NOT that company. Unprofessional and incompetent doesnt even begin to cover it. If it wasnt such a serious matter, it would be laughable that this is their stated mission: Lincares mission is to set the standard for excellence, transforming the way respiratory care is delivered in the home. Find another company to work with - stay away from this one.
Theres a few ladys in the office that do there best only met a few good delivery guys that was respecting, kind and actually cared but I have no insurance I have COPD than God Im still alive to day.But last year I sighted a hardship contract that I would pay a bill monthly it was a set price I could afford.Well the bottom line is they didnt take the money from my account for a year !! And not sure why but something told me to check my bank account last night ! Lindcare took $2,300 something from my account all at one time !! I panic cuz I dont have that type of money !!! TheLindcare blaims me !! After giveing them all my bank info telling them to take it once a month they didnt when I ask why they didnt they said my bank wouldnt accept it !!! Oh but the bank aceppted the large amount of $2300 umm ok why didnt I get any bills are receipts I had the same address for over 30 years they had the wrong address I was told and I been with Lindcare for years at least 20 years Im done any one have any suggestions on where to get E tanks & home generator because I will die without my oxygen!! Its not like I enjoy this pipe up my nose God knows if I didnt need it I would not worry about it !! But my life depends on extra oxgen 🤔😟
Never can get anyone to answer or return calls. Dont get any monthly statements or communication with problems. Items my insurance says I am eligible for are never sent or not on schedule. Waited 4 months to figure out why my insurance was not paying to find out they were waiting on Lincare to send info. No one ever contacted me. Just poor customer service overall.
I have IPF and on Transplant list. I will never use this company again. If I live through this time. Poor, Poor customer interaction.
How can a Company that is so big can mistreat a human being And charge them way too much and take it out of there bank i would not till anyone about this company because they are not a good Company they need to pay the money nack to the person they take it.from
Called at 1130am for an o2 tank and they said my dad had to be completely out before they could bring anymore so I waited and now that he is out they are refusing to bring anymore to him and he gets to sit here and suffocate or go to the er what joke DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY its pathetic!
If their was a o that is what they would get from me not a good place they dont answer the phone only put you on hold with no answers.
My father’s oxygen concentrator went out on a Saturday night at 7pm. The technician on call was there replacing the machine within less than one hour. My parents have had excellent service from Lincare.
I just called them because of a no show for delivery of my gma bed. This area needs and deserves more reliable services. Smh.
Terrible service. I was supposed to have a wheelchair at the rehab facility before I was discharged. They brought the wrong size. Then, they said they would get the correct size and deliver it to my house. The wheelchair never arrived. When I would call to inquire, they would simply say that they didnt have it. No apologies, no attempt to make things better. They would only say that they didnt have it and maybe it would be delivered the next day or the next day or the next day. I do not recommend working with this company.
Place my order to be delivered today and now is almost 10:00 at night and I still have not received my order

Terrible, Terrible and Terrible!!!! From reception to delivery! I cant believe that with the increasing business that they have from Covid patients they cant pay people enough to provide great compassionate and professional customer service. Almost all doctors I have met says they suck and they do!
