Came here tonight because they always installed wiper blades for my cars. Now I have a new SUV and am still impressed with the service. They installed front wiper blades. I asked about back blade but dismantling needs done. Service guy was awesome and told me what needs to be done. I will be back to buy back wiper blade. I highly recommend this place for anything needed for your vehicle.

Staff needs to do better. The employees I dealt with had no idea where parts were that had just come in, yet computer said they were there. It was busy at the time I went, early morning/afternoon, but not enough staff to help everybody. Was told when I called before driving there that they had what I needed, yet when I got there it wasnt actually in stock. The few that were there could use a little attitude adjustment as well.

Great customer service, friendly personnel and very helpful! There must have been a management change, I use to go in there a few yrs ago and spend quite a bit of money! I quit going because of the customer service, lack of interest in helping me and probably others find the right product! This is my second time in this store in two weeks and it was better than the first time! Oh, and they were busy this time!

I placed my order online so I could do curbside pickup. The order was prepared quickly which I really appreciated. However when the female employee came outside to replace the wiper blades she was yanking at my wipers, slamming them down and throwing the f bomb and other expletives around. I didnt want her to break my blades so I asked for a manager. Another employee came out and was very professional. He replaced the blades without any issue. I plan to call the store manager. Really unprofessional behaviour. Yuck.

Very friendly staff, felt like I was amongst close friends instantly! I remember the lady’s name was Ashley but not sure of the 2 guys names. They were all awesome!

We were greeted upon entry and helped instantly. There was minimal wait to be checked out but the cashier was effecient and knowledgeable about the products we purchased.

I love this store! I have never had a bad experience here. The employees are so knowledgeable which is great because I have no clue when it comes to automobiles. I usually order my parts online to pick up in the store because you get a discount that way. When I come into the store to pick them up, theyre usually ready within 2 hours. Everyones friendly and it goes really smooth. If Im picking up things like oil or brake fluid or wipers then of course those things you dont order online. But you come in and the associate will look up what part you need and get it for you from the shelves. They will help you install windshield wiper blades which is really nice. They have Spanish speaking employees for people who need that. They will check your check engine light for you if you need that. They have tools that you can rent or borrow. So a lot of services there. The Speedway store is awesome. A great neighborhood store!

The employee who helped me out misdiagnosed my battery. He seemed to have trouble using the machine but told me the battery was good and it just needed charged. I changed my cables thinking that was the issue and a couple days later my car wouldnt start again. This time I got my multimeter out and watched a 5 minute youtube video, turns out I had a bad battery. I replaced it at a different part store and havent had any issues.

I went to an Advanced Auto parts location that was out on the west side of Indy and spoke to an associate named Pablo, he mentioned that he usually works at the the one on Crawfordsville Rd (thats why Im putting a review on here) but was sent to the west side location for the day. I needed help looking for light bulbs for my car since they went out. He found the right ones for me and even helped me install them out in the cold! Very smart individual and provided me with A1 customer service! That man needs a raise! Thanks for all your help Pablo!

Good prices and they take care of you. Dont have as large of a selection as some of their brick and mortar competition but have enough to remain competitive.

Service was great from Alberto, though ... people were walking out because of the two csrs that were working. One spent the 15 minutes that I was in the store on the phone discussing a customers credit account issues. A conversation that should NEVER be taking place in front of any other customers. Especially since it was in regards to her & the other csrs honesty.

Have to make a minimum of 2 trips every time because they ALWAYS sell the wrong part the first time. Employees and managers are RUDE and too busy playing on phone or talking to other employees about personal things, and unknowledgeable. If you should happen to lose a receipt for a part that THEY pull for you, you can forget about a refund and if you happen to show emotion from the fact they essentially stole from you, well, youll be banned. Auto Zone puts you in their computer system by your phone number. If you lose a receipt, no problem! Save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere else!

Ok. Store has good electrical items Ive not seen in other auto stores. Hard location to drive in and out of.

Store is supposed to open at 8:30 however only one employ is working so the employee is only allowing 1 customer in the store at a time. Then to top it off, the employee is letting the next person standing by the door enter even if there has been other customers waiting longer.
