There were two very helpful ladies when we walked in. It was April & Kelly and they were not only extremely helpful but very knowledgeable as well. For my future beauty needs, I will absolutely be coming back to this exact location (#566)

Customer service was awesome. I got a freebie or two. Stock was low on shampoo capes, otherwise it was all good. Very friendly and attentive associates working yesterday.

You guys should really change your times because online it says you guys close at 7:00 but I got there at 6:30 and you guys were closed!

My sister and I had tried calling all morning to place a pickup order with no success. The phone would ring twice then give us a busy signal. My sister eventually went over and knocked on the door, and was told the phone was broken (Mind you, I had just spoken to this exact location yesterday, but hey, phones can break suddenly). My sister began telling her what she needed, and the lady rudely told her she couldnt hear her. Once my sister told her everything she needed, THE LADY STARTED LAUGHING AT HER. I usually have a great experience at this location, but this worker needs to be reminded that others have feelings, too.

This was a very horrible experience, First the older lady with pixie haircut was rude from the beginning of me placing my order, then I specifically asked do I park and walk up or pull she says You can pull up if I see your car I will put your bag outside I said ok so I did that she looked and walked to the back I called 10x no answer and so I walked to the front and she says to call knowing she already knew what my order was so I try for the 11th time and finally she answered and says what’s the name I tell her what did u order did u pay with credit card I said yes you just took my order o told u I was pulling up it took H.E.R. 20min to put my order out front and was rude about it. I will never shop at this location again

Ive been going to this store for years!!! No problems!! Some times they might be out of what I need!!! But NEVER have I ran across anyone with a bad Attitude!!!! On my way up there now!!! Hope they have what I need!!!!😉😉😉😉

I usually dont like to be bombarded as soon as I walk in the door when Im shopping but Ill make an exception for Sallys. If it werent for the employee helping me, I probably would have gotten the wrong products. I needed a wave brush for African American hair and a volumizing round brush for Caucasian hair. The employee took me exactly where I needed to go. I end up purchasing both brushes she recommended and couldnt be happier with the outcomes. Good job Sallys. Not everyone knows about different cultures and hair textures. Keep up the good work ladies!

Do not go to this location!!! There was a short, skinny blonde headed lady that had A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!! I wanted to know who could I speak to regarding selling products at that location. I have a hair book that I wanted to sell there. Well, when I came in she was in the back and she barely greeted me. Then, she gave me the number to customer service, when I read the number back to her she corrected me on the last two numbers with a STANK ATTITUDE!! Her attitude was so bad that I asked her was she having a bad day. She looked at me and said NO. I told her thank you and have a nice day. She is a horrible person and I will be reporting her to corporate. Her customer service sucks!!! Its not my fault that she is average in looks and makes a VERY LOW WAGE!!

Im a hairstylist and my clients appointment was today so I called in and asked if Lilly if a specific product was in store (spelled it out too). She said they did not have it without ever putting me on hold for a second to look for it. After I tell her I see its available online, she hands the phone to the manager, Jill, who also says they do not carry it. When I ask her for her name and she hangs up phone while Im mid-sentence. I ended up going to another store but they only had 2 items available and I needed 3. When I get to this store to look for it myself, they have plenty in stock! Im a regular customer so when I told China I called in and she says oh they thought you were talking about another product and when I checkout Lilly gives the same excuse. They couldve just asked and when I say this they both look at me with blank stares. I dont expect much from them but the manager who should be better skilled at customer service, shouldve been able to find the product.From what I know, this is independently owned unlike most Sallys stores so customer service is a dead end. Not to mention, they keep their ethnic products in the back because its a high theft store from what the girls have said. Its unfortunate but arent there other ways to monitor theft? Like security cameras? Its hard to shop here for natural hair products, especially if youre new to it. Speaking of natural hair, the girls in the store know nothing about it. When I asked one of the girls for castor oil before, she comes back with it, smells it and said it stinks! This was very offensive on so many levels but most importantly from a business standpoint, its just not good customer service. These experiences poorly reflect on Sallys Beauty Supply store chains and corporate needs to take corrective action.

Awful CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSLast week I went into the store, I got my menbership a while back and after spending about 15 minutes looking for what I wanted I proceded to check out. All this time I been getting coupons online, so I finally decided to use them. The lady at front asked for my phone # for my membership and then processed to tell me I couldnt use the coupon because my mebership was expired. I do not own a businnes but there are a few products that I like to purchase when I economicly capable at your store. I asked her what that meaned and she just raise her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. Needless to say, i would aout hands empty...

It is currently 8:45 am. The sign on the door says open at eight thirty Christmas Eve. Did you guys forget or what?
