I had my hearing aids sent in for repair. I was told it would take two weeks to get them back. But they were lost in shipping. I found this out after three and one half weeks. I got areplacement pair. The replacement pair was not programmed correctly but I was told that they were. Went back the next day to get that corrected and it wasnt still right. We to different store . Theydid a hearing test and programmed properly.

I’m not even a patient here. My hearing aid was not working, I came in for help because it’s really close to my apartment. The lady at the front gladly helped me and my hearing aid sounds perfect now! Very nice and friendly.

Good people to do business with, they will take care of you. 😁😀😂🤣
