My hair was in horrible condition and they cut it perfectly and colored over my terrible color! Im so thankful to them! Im still loving my hair a week later! Thank you to them!!!

Had an appointment with Desirae for the first time. Showed her 4 pictures, explained in detail what I wanted. Not only did she not listen but butchered my hair to the point where I thought I was going to either cry or lose my S**t. I offered to pay because I understand its the service industry but she said Im not going to charge you. Thank God, had to go to another salon to try and fix what was left of my hair!!!!

Ashley knew exactly how to style my hair after cutting and applying a toner/gloss. My only con: she didnt use neck paper so my back got wet while washing my hair. Neck paper, A MUST!!

Husband walked in for a haircut. They have a sign that clearly states walk-ins welcome. He was not greeted in a kind manner and told that he had to have an appointment for a haircut. She then asked for his last name and when he gave his name she said oh thats a weird last name. My recommendations are maybe dont have a walk-ins welcome sign if you dont allow walk-ins and you probably shouldnt be calling someones last name weird even if youre joking.

The hair stylist here are amazing especially robin n sharon n natalie n the rest of the crew they do beautiful hair cuts in spencer iowa
