Alex was great. We switched to Verizon in October and purchased new phones with a BOGO offer. After several months of fighting with customer service for the credit for the one phone, we went back to Alex and he took care of the issue and got us the credit in a week. I would definitely go back to this store. Thank you Alex!

My old LG phone bit the dust....green screen of death and some gobledegook message that went with it. My salesman did a great job helping me find the phone that was in my budget and did not try to upsell me in any way. Everything was taken care of with dispatch and no fuss. Ive been to the area Verizon corporate stores, but the Spencer store is now my go-to. Thank you.

Went there today, female employee tries to put a screen protector on. Failure. Now both employees working to put on screen protector. Fail. They try again. In the meantime other customer that was being served is waiting while they keep making fools of themselves. Waited 40 minutes then left.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the wait was not too long considering how much stuff I was transferring from one phone to the other.

I understand the convenience of these authorized retailers who are in the small towns with people who dont want to go far. However theres nothing like going to a real Verizon store to get things done. If you want something fixed correctly thats wrong with your account or your device you got to go Direct I mean Ive always looked at it as, how could these authorized retailers give you the same access, pricing &/ or deals as an actual VZW. I learned over a decade ago that those stores are limited compared to a Verizon Wireless owned and operated store.

Be nice if they put the hours of operation on the door !
