My Husband bought a life chair. Was told when we purchased it that someone would be available to help him load it. He needs a Hip Replacement Surgery. Drove 2 1/2 hours there and 2 1/2 back. Got there and no one was available to help. Will never shop here again

Yes I know the items are damaged, open, or missing parts but the prices are almost retail. Not much in Spencer, the store that burned down had more things to buy. The check out people are at both locations are rude and short. Just a bunch of crabby people selling junk.

I love coming here. Everytime I find different products and very very cheap. The owner is really good at helping!!!

Great buy for sure! I got the big kids a basketball hoop 🏀, and the toddlers a little tykes basketball hoop 🏀, both for $18 each! The kids love them!

We bought a bunch of great items in bulk and he worked out a great price for us!! He was very friendlyAnd answered all of our questions patiently. Customer service was wonderful! They loaded &packed all the items in the car for us. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly lady working expectations were more then what store offered but did find some great deals.

Although the products were inexpensive they were poorly made for the most part. The whole store was filthy, including the items for sale. The first time I was in there the only employee there was on her phone on speakerphone talking to someone about her abusive fiance. She didnt say anything to me the whole time I was in the store. Another group of customers were trying to ask her questions and she completely ignored them.The second time I was in it was the same employee and she had her friends standing there talking to her. I couldnt even get to the register to check out. Overall the only positive thing about this place was the prices.The owner of the store has since contacted me about this review. He seems very eager to improve his employees customer service skills and the store in general. He offered me $50 store credit to make up for the bad experience.

Lady was very rude. Store didnt open till 12. I sat and waited. I walked in and was told they dont open for another minute! Really? I didnt go back in! Another bad experience was when they didnt have prices on anything and when I asked how much something was and went back to get a few more the worker was upset with me because they thought they might be selling it to me for too low of a price! Just plain rude ppl!

Not alot of inventory. I guess the store in Spirit Lake gets most of the stuff. Gonna make a trip up there soon to check it out.
