Stopped in on May 18th around 6pm. Didnt have a chance to get employees name. Middle aged heavy set woman was very unhelpful and unwelcoming. To be frank, the experience has turned me away from wanting to continue shopping with Sephora. Im a heavy consumer of moderate to high end colognes. That being said, Ive spent thousands at this location in the past; however, with the customer service I received today I believe I will move my business more toward the Tampa area. Please improve your employees demeanor to what it used to be.

I’m saddened by the recent firing of Amanda Ensing. The double standard regarding which opinions are acceptable and which ones are not is sad. When a company claims to promote kindness and unity, and then goes against that by silencing opinions, that is not a company I can continue to support.

Excellent Sephora location!!! The staff here is by far the best Sephora staff that I have ever come across!! They are friendly, helpful and very pleasant!! The products were stocked and organized neatly. Everything was clean! I felt very comfortable experimenting with the products! The best part was that what I ended up getting was on sale!!! Very pleasant shopping experience!! Will definitely return and recommend this location to all!!

This Sephora location may be smaller than a stand-alone store, but the variety and selection that they carry is huge! The staff is always so sweet, and they always exceed my expectations. I choose to shop here, paying a bit more than other stores with some of the same brands, because the staff makes it worthwhile. They have never once cut a corner or made me feel rushed, and I always walk out with more knowledge than I walked in with. I truly appreciate their service level, combined with some of the best cosmetics and perfume brands in the world, yes please.

The lady that assisted must have saw I was a bit lost and was very helpful in as I picked out some surprise gifts for my wife.

The staff was so nice and helpful. I was given great makeup tips. I felt very taken care of. They were very knowledgeable and even assisted me with purchasing an item online (that was not currently not in stock) and was able to provide free shipping!

I adore all the ladies who work at the Sephora store in Spring Hill, Fl. They have never sold me a product that I returned. I really love that the fact that if I want to try something a few times before deciding they will make me a sample pack to take home. My husband knows goes with me quite often and knows the ladies also. My hubby has been to known to sneak into the store and ask them what they think they I would like as a gift. He always, always comes home with something I have been wanting. These ladies get to know you, what you like, what looks good on you and that is amazing to me. I cant say enough good things about this store. I have always been treated like I am spending a million dollars in the store. LOVE SEPHORA

Okay, I have never been more satisfied with customer service as I was today. Sarah and Anna were professional, friendly, courteous, and patient!. I have never felt more welcome going to any beauty store. The competition is a hit or miss, but my average Tuesday afternoon trip to Sephora was better than expected. These women are knowledgeable and they appreciate their customers. I will be back, and you should give them a shot as well!

Customer service was good. They need to work on their inventory though. They were out of stock of 3 things I was going to purchase. Oh and bring ColourPop to this location!!

Love this store and staff, but the inventory is lacking. Every time I come there always out of something and if I wanted to order online I would’ve stayed at home.

I cant say enough good things about Sephora. We went thinking it might be a bit stiff and elitist. It couldnt have been more cool and down to earth, though. The girl who helped us was AMAZING - so kind and knowledgeable. Really helped us so much with all of our needs. I highly recommend going here if you have beauty needs or questions. They may be top of the line, but they are refreshingly down to earth and kind here.

The one who made my amazing visit possible was Erica. I have never gone to buy makeup before but not only did she offer a kind and respectful demeanor. She made the store feel like I was at home talking with a friend. I never once thought she was judging me or my friend. She was knowledgeable and gave many reccomendations. That and she found my perfect shade of foundation in her first try. So in all honesty I think Sephora needs to give her a raise. I would not only recommend this store, but Erica who showed the most hospitality I have ever seen from a sales associate. And I have been working in multiple retail companies. So Erica if you see this know one thing. Sephora is blessed to have you.

Always great service

Have always been a Ulta fan but stopped in Sephora on a whim. So glad I did Marie was so helpful n not only recommend a product (based on my questions) but also explained why the product I was using was causing the results I was unhappy with. She recommended several different product n types n explained n demonstrated how to apply. I will start going there now rather than. Ulta!
