The new manager is very arrogant and lacks customer service. I spent over an hour trying to determine what I wanted to buy. I spoke with an older gentleman earlier about some cigars on their front table and finally I made a decision to purchase a box. He could not have been more friendly. At the time of my decision he had already left for the day or break and I was stuck with the new manager. I am a frequent buyer at this location and have always been treated nicely. As I was making the purchase (payment completed) I asked where my box was, the manager stated that they would have to order the box for me to get at a later time!!! Why in the world would I have spent an hour to buy some cigars for the future. This manager said the sales rep told you that we didnt have any and that we would have to order them no new manager he did not! He explained the deal that you had going on with them and described the cigar to me. Im not quite sure that I will be back as I am digusted with this managers behavior. BTW, the cigars were $169. So due to this manager arrogance the store lost $169. No apologies either from the NEW manager!! Party liquors on the corner of 41 and 54 has a great selection and by light years the very best prices anywhere that I have seen in the greater Tampa area!! Always friendly and helpful, from a liquor store!!! And I dont even drink!!

Nothing smells better than Spanish cedar in a well stocked humidor!I’ve come in to buy cigars dozens of times. And I’ve always had a positive experience. Sometimes when I’m in the plaza, I just like to browse the walk-in humidor to see their vast selection. Other times, I’ll ask for some advice in selecting cigars I’ve not tried before. If they’re not too busy with other customers, the staff has always taken the time to offer their knowledge and opinions to me.

Prices are very reasonable, and great discounts on bundles and boxes .Plus a very comfortable and clean cigar lounge. Great policy on cigar returns. If you light up a cigar to smoke and the wrapper starts unraveling or has no draw the exchange policy is excellent.

I came in to buy a cigar for a ride tomorrow. I tend to do this about once a week and treat myself to a nice cigar. I am by no means a expert on them. But due to me having my son in my arms who is 2, I was immediately met with a women coming from the back and demanded I leave. I am a single father of which If I am not at work, I have my son. He was sleeping. So either I leave my 2 year old in a car [not happening] or I leave immediately according to the female associate. I like to buy semi high end cigars and would have been relatively quick. I do understand some policies but business was lost because of a sleeping child and a rude employee. Tobacco is a luxury, but by no means should I leave a store feeling like the common folk

Good prices, good selection, friendly staff. I come here often and they have a good rewards program and a program that sends cigars to Soldiers and Marines deployed in combat zones.

Second time in here in matter of a week. First time older woman very nice and welcoming. Second time, just today younger man rude standoffish, and the mini interigation. Cigars are luxury items people expect to be treated with respect when purchasing. Worst experience, I have smoked in shops and lounges all over the Untied States.

Went in one time for a pack of cigarettes. Will never do that again. No one was behind the counter. Someone finally came up front then gave me attitude, like why are you coming to the tabacco Depot for cigarettes... Blew me away I was fairly certain that was your niche.

A very nice cigar selection from liga 9s to 90th Padrons. This location was very clean, had a friendly staff, and a great smoking lounge area. Wonderful experience and nice customers. Lowest price on Juul pods Ive seen! Anthony was very professional and knew his stuff. Thank you!

I went there to buy tobacco to roll my own cigarettes. The person behind the counter didn’t know a damn thing about anything and wouldn’t answer any questions. Only use this place if you want to buy cigars and know what you’re looking for. Walgreens has a larger variety of tobacco products.

Pretty big place. Mostly a cigar shop also small bar for vaping with lots of juices. They sell lighters cutters and more of varying qualities from cheap to very expensive staff was alright in Attitude. Fair but not friendly. The cigar selection is housed in a humidor controled room. A very big room. As you walk in youll see Arturo Fuente among other big-name cigars including Rocky Patel but they also have lower into Our Brands I havent heard of and a glass slider near the back of the room is a section for flavored cigars. They have a wide selection of of Acid Cigars as well as tebak. The tobacco flavors include almost everything except for Medusa also they have some ambrosa selections. Was very happy with my visit and I will come back again. For 6 cigars I paid $42. Which comes out to around $8 / cigar. Which is a good price they also have a selection of cigarillos in the packs with different flavors varying from Cherry to vanila I wish this place was closer to where I lived because this was great experience

Horrible!its sad when you check out a place and as soon as you walk in the lady jumps down your throat about an ID I understand the law and you have to look like your over 30 to not get ID but not as soon as you come in the store just rude!!
