I have been using this Walgreens for all of my familys prescriptions since I moved here last January. When I signed-up I gave them my insurance cards for billing. Over the last eight months I noticed the costs were much higher than my old pharmacy. I went to pick-up my blood thinner medicine and was told it would be $750! However, I have a savings card to get it for free and showed it to the pharmacist. He told me my insurance was already billed, and I had to pay. So, I turned to leave without the meds, and he condescending told me to have a nice day. I called my insurance company, and they told me they had to charges from Walgreens! I was being ripped-off on all my Rx purchases. I found out there is no one to complain to in this country. The manager of the store has no direction over the pharmacy, and the main office refers you to another pharmacist at another store. Beware and check with your insurance company.
I just moved to the area and decided to come in to get a few things and check out the pharmacy and it was the worst experience possible. The people in pharmacy were rude as hell, the quote on quote mangers who i talked to didn’t help at all and we’re also giving me a lot of attitude for a question i asked. 10 out of 10 i would not recommend coming to this walgreens.
Ive made an appointment for Covid vaccine and both times Ive had to wait for multiple people in front of me that were walk ins. Also, they have let people go in front of me because they did not give me paperwork the second time. Have literally sat there well beyond my appointment time and watched the person administering the shot go on break- while Ive been waiting over 45 mins! Will not be getting my booster here! Terrible customer service! My uncle went right in at Publix for both shots.
Elizabeth behind the counter at the pharmacy was very helpful and everybody was very nice and attentive when I walked in the door and when I left.
Everybody here is so helpful and respectful. Love this store.
Full of entitled boomer customers past their expiration date. Store has gone downhill since new manager took over.
Pharmacist felt it was her duty not to fill a prescription due to a political agenda. Nothing more than a (not so) useful idiot.
Phil was super friendly and offered to save us money on a RX that was only a few dollars.
Not truthful
Had my daughters prescription called in a few hours before I use my lunch break to go pick up her antibiotic just for them to tell me it still isn’t ready. Get 10 minute down the road and received a ready text!! Very incompetent
May be my worst pharmacy experience ever. My first couple of orders were delayed because they didn’t have the meds. While I don’t mind that so much what was worse was the amount of time it took them to get them in. My doctors office sent in a couple for me and I actually waited a couple of hours before going by. I still had to wait another 45 minutes before they had them ready. I have been to some great Walgreens before but I certainly don’t recommend this one.
Theyre always friendly, super clean, and have great prices.
Drove 25 minutes here because their website said something was in stock. Just to get told by a manager that this website shows things that they WILL BE GETTING on an upcoming shipment as in stock.
I went in to print some pics. I was told by Ms. Krass who claimed to be the manager and later found out when I called the corporate offices that she was NOT the manager that I couldnt print the pics because I was going to use them for a passport. Ms. Krass had no way of knowing what pics I was trying to print or what I was planning to do with them. When I called corporate and had them on speaker phone Ms. Krass denied ever saying she was the manager and became very condescending. Really bad customer service. She also said I couldnt print the pics cause she wasnt about to let me print pics and NOT pay her $14.99 for the pics. I was told by corporate that the REAL manager would call me. If I dont hear from him and get satisfaction I will again call corporate and see what they can do.
Terrible customer service from Jen! Telling me I cant use a coupon because Im earning rewards DOESNT make sense. Everything earns rewards. Then trying to change what you said after the fact makes even less sense. Spent $50, had a $2 off coupon and a $10 reward, cant be used together???? Really? Guess Ill make it more work for the employee next time and have 5 transactions. Get a new job! Ill be finding a new place to go.
Best pharmacy in town. I regularly go in and I’m sure make a complete nuisance of myself but the pharmacy staff are fabulous!
I popped in for a snack...I was being followed around like a shoplifter. Guess my wellies and jeans gave it away, not any obvious dodgy behaviour. So I said hello to the spy and she blushed. Do you need any help? she said all flummoxed. And waited for my reply - back to staring at the nuts.1st and last visit.
The big guy with the beard accused me of stealing because the door alarm went off and then confronted me in the parking lot. I told him to review the tapes and to do what was necessary that Im innocent. I then proceeded to empty my pockets and walk back through the door and it still went off? There error not mine. Then he still had the nerve to tell me not to come back because I used a few choice words unfortunately thats my bad. I run and operate a local business and the last thing I wanna be labeled as is a theif.
Customer service is terrible. Recommend anywhere else.
