The friendly folks here took good care of my Dads lawn service equipment and always got his saws up and running in short order so he could take care of his customers.
Everytime I go in for something the front desk guys are the rudest they can be And always give a nasty attitude, I do not recommend this shop to anyone! Also when I finally got them to throw a chain on my chain saw they put the chain on backwards, I had to take the saw from him and do it myself, bunch of rude people with no social skills!
Took my lawnmower in for a cable.. Guy tells me it will need this and that. I tell him not to worry about all the other stuff. He tells me he got it started.. 50 bucks later doesnt work!! Price changed 3x and he did not put me on hold and just heard him calling me a liar and all this other stuff. I told him of I have to pay more than a certain amt of money dont worry ID RATHER BUY A NEW ONE.. NOPE!! STILL CHARGED AND ALL
Needed blades for my 20 year old lawn tractor, I called them up they had some to fit and at a good price. I would definitely recommend.
Awesome customer service, Very friendly and knowledgeable people!
Top notch!I drifted into County Line Mower today looking for 2 really small bolts for my mower. I had done some online research and I even had the Part Number. Online buying is cool, but I try to buy local when I can, especially in the current virus situation.I was met with a cheerful welcome and a helpful attitude. The man helping me was impressed that I had done my homework and had the Part Number. When he pulled the number up in his system it was a part that is rarely, if ever ordered, they didnt have it in stock and there was no specifications on the bolts, such as 3/8 x 2, etc.But this guy was determined I wasnt going to leave empty handed, and went out of his way to help me. Digging through some old scrap mowers I found the exact 2 bolts I needed. And they wouldnt take any money for them! Isnt it amazing how such a simple thing can be so cool?THIS is the kind of business I LOVE to support! Tell them John sent ya!
Repaired my large pressure washer. Great job.
I love going there.! Everyone there is very informative, and knows alot about lawn equipment.! The prices are good as well.!
Good service good customer service and polite
Great place great customer service came out of there with a great mower
I bought my mower there a few years back - Vinnie sold it to me. Liked him. Yeah sometimes the counter is busy - they have customers. What I really like is that they respond to comments on their site. That I like - I believe in face to face versus the people who complain like some of these people do. If you complain to them in person - good, then if you want to be informative to others - write something but suggest you explain properly. I have the same issues with our site - I really think in todays environment sites should only be used for outgoing info - not letting people who are frustrated to lower rankings when there is always 2 sides to an issue. Thats it.. OH and Im going there tomorrow!
Always have what we need and they are very friendly
I tried to buy a mower here today. I even brought my trailer. I was eventually greeted by Vinny, an older gentleman who I assume is the owner. He was very helpful and gave me lots of information. I then began to talk price. He told me that the machine was on sale, but thats all he would deal due to a shortage of everything. Ok. I get that. I explained that I was zoned AR2 which means that I dont pay taxes on equipment. He then told me that I would pay a reduced tax, but still paid tax. That isnt true. He later told me that he wasnt sure what I would pay in tax because he doesnt see that often. Ok. He wants some arbitrary certificate that he doesnt know where to get to give me the tax break. A previous phone call had another gentleman telling me that I just had to fill out a form relieving them of liability. I really wanted to buy that machine for the price offered, but they dont know how to sell it to me. This was a negative experience that will have me taking my business elsewhere.Edit: Mike, the 1 star rating is out of the frustration of wasting my time begging to give your business a lot of my money. You sounded like a great person on the phone. My expectation was that I was going to pick up a mower. The attitude change in your associate who realized that I wasnt walking out of there with the mower is another reason. I had to chase him down at the front counter after he walked away. The 1 star rating is a warning to others that they may avoid my experience. I bought a mower that day from Spring Hill Outdoor Power Equipment.
Excellent service for all your Outdoor Lawn Mowing needs. Great customer service, they go the extra mile for you. They sell and service your lawn equipment. I am a customer for life.
People are angry and no people skills anymore. Very poor customers skills. Bought 4 mowers other equipment buy somewhere else. There gonn put them selves out of business. Not worth the aggressive. Daughter never smiles.. by the way they sell you lawn mower mulching blades that are just cheap old blades, not even mulching blades. Go to hudson tractor 100% better blades and way thicker. What a rip off .
I asked for a coil. For my john deer. I gave the model number. And the older guy. Made a mistake snd sold me the wrong one..we all make mistakes. But when I asked him to correct his mistake. He said no Returns on electric parts... So ..im out 43 dollars .Im a mechanic. Worked on 4 stroke motors for more years than I care to mention . and know theres a no return policy on electrical items. But when a Repeate customer asks for a dog and you sell him a cat.. Take the cat back. Most people would say $43 not worth the time. But the way I was treated. By them. I cant let it go
This dealership is only interested in making sales. They have no people skills; we went in to make an upgrade on a machine purchased the day before because starting the machine was more difficult than expected and their response was insulting, accusing us of just wanting to return the machine. They also claimed I was threatening but I was questioning if they were selling new machines or refurbished ones. Everyone there was rude.Correction, at no time did we say we had finished our work nor that we expected to return i the chainsaw because we had done so. You confirmed your disrespectful behavior by commenting to other customers and laughing. We are sure we are not the first customers you have treated in this manner and we are sure we will not be the last. So be it.
They been right on the money very courteous 5 stars And the prices were very Good. Would recommend them Thanks so much for your help.
Been buying blades etc from this business for the 25 years that I’ve lived down the street from them. Just recently had my 2011 John Deer serviced and a tube replaced in the front tire. Time before that it needed a complete overhaul. The last two times I spoke with Sam. I’m not one to write reviews at all, but the kind, professional customer service I get at this business is outstanding. Sam is outstanding. I know my mower is going to run like it should.Otis is also an outstanding addition to this already great team. What a happy, humorous, personable customer service savvy gentleman he is.Customer service is essential in running a good business👍🏼
Nice people, very helpful, they had just about everything I needed, the two things they didnt, they ordered and came in 3 days.
They didnt seem to have much knowledge about their products and when asked a simple question chose to say that he didnt know and not even try to get the information. Frankly, the staff seemed rude and not really willing to help customers.. When making a multiple thousand dollar purchase I would suggest you just go elsewhere!
They worked on my pressure washer last year and it works fine. Thanks guys!
First time here and the staff made me feel like I was a long time customer. The business was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and took the time to understand what was going on with my mower and got the right part I needed to fix it. I was very pleased with the experience I had and recommended you visit them should you need mower repair, parts or anything Stihl related.
Pros! Had my part in stock. Got me out of there and back to work in 15 minutes with a smile and some helpful advice. Lot full of crews who cant afford to be down getting back to work. This is where you go if you have work to do. They only carry real equipment, leave the other stuff st the big box stores and go here.
Always have the parts I need, nice people. Go here first, lot cheaper than home depot
The best service in Spring hill.
Great experience, friendly staff, cheaper prices than most places online
County Line Mowers has been my go to shop for saw purchase/repair for years. I am always greeted with a smile and receive the best customer service! They are also very knowledgeable on their equipment. They go as far as to document every saw and piece of equipment I own for quick and easy chain and part lookup! This family owned and operated company is awesome and I highly recommend them!
This place is a joke. My husband ordered a part from this so called business and was told it was on back order and they have no idea when the part was coming in. I called back a week later and was told they still have no idea when the part will be in. Funny thing is I made one 5 minute phone call and was told the part was ordered yesterday and will be in the next day. Then the so called owner Mike gets on the phone and says to me he is canceling the order and refused to give me my money back. Horrible customer service. I guess he has the attitude that he doesn’t need customers to run his business!!! There have been multiple problems in the passed with this place only. Any other time we get the parts in a timely manner and have great experiences with other local lawn mower stores. This is why I give this place a negative stars!!!Okay Mike nobody was abused, I was lied to by your employees and it’s okay to give horrible customer service. That is how a company loses customers and since county line mower has so many peak customers then why do feel the need to reply to my review. If the part was not important then why did it get ordered and we paid $23 to county line mower for an $8 part that took over 2 weeks to get and wasted our time which is just as precious as yours.I am a successful real estate agent in Hernando county for almost 10 years because I know how to give exceptional customer service to clients. I was mistreated and talked down to like I don’t know anything because I’m a woman. Maybe you should think about a better way to treat customers! Have a great day!
Love this shop. The owner made sure I was happy with my purchase and made it right when I wasn’t completely happy. From something as small as a tune up kit or case of oil up to the bobcat zero turn I bought these guys were very helpful and professional. Can’t wait to buy more stuff here. Thanks a lot Mike and James!
Terrible customer service, I bought a belt there and it broke the same day and there is nothing wrong with the mower but yet they would not refund me or give me another belt and the person in charge hung up on me. how can you treat a customer that way, beware. And it was a cheap aftermarket belt.
Again...Im the Owner not David, He moved out of state. You have my phone number !Its ethics !You have worked on several of my saws,My little saw must have taken up so much room on your shelf, Family owned business A true Family owned and operated business is held to a higher standard not to be used as a designation or sales tactic. This is the South not the North.I guess its left up to the public to figure out whether your a good family or a bad family. You could have helped every bad review on here but you choose not to.You claim that you are Law Enforcement Only criminals fear law enforcement,Im not a criminal. You definitely have forgotten your oath or you dont care to run your business with a protect and serve attitude.Well maybe its protect and serve yourself. You are justified in this case by your bad policy,You knew that the person dropping off my equipment was an employee,You accepted payment from a CC with my company name on it.You never tried to contact the equipment Owner. You can make this right by replacing my property like an honorable person.
Awesome place! Great customer service! I brought in two mowers and thought it was going to cost me a fortune. The front guy and woman were very helpful and took it right back and fixed it for pennies. They were super honest and saved me a ton of money. Thank you County Line Mowers!
Always helpful. Weve bought 3 lawn mowers from them since weve been in Florida Its been 25 years now. Not bad.
Highly recommended. Bought a new Spartan mower recently, and have been buying parts and supplies for all my other equipment for 10 years. Friendly and helpful. I have been in the industry for a very long time. And have owned my business for 21 years. I have dealt with lots of mower shops and parts dealers. County line is the best. Couldn’t be happier.
Mike, and his family are the most knowledgeable and friendly people in the area when it comes to outdoor power equipment. I am so happy with my Spartan mower and the service they provide. I also like to browse on the sporting side.
Recently relocated to Spring Hill, Im a 38 year Green Industry professional . I have visited this shop 10 years ago andrecently 3 times since the Summer. I find when you treat peoplethe way you want to be treated it comes back to you. I havehad 4 excellent experiences here, at this Family owned BusinessSam Mechanic that worked on my ZTR Scag was super and Helpfuland got my machine up and running at a fair price. Sam is a SuperMechanic with many years of experience.the Owner treated me like family and took the time to explainmy questions. His daughter and son are also very nice and I alwaystreat them like Professionals and I have been always treated well.Their service estimates is a standard in the industry and coverstheir time, an with just looking at a piece of equipment you can notalways tell if its repairable. They have been in Business 30+ years!!that says allot for anyone whom has ever owned a Businessand yes your not going to please everyone, But they are honest anddo their best. That Being said>>>I Recommend County Line Mower!!!
Bought weed eater line . Good price on it.
I purchase the top of the line Husqvarna Blower. Ended up breaking down on me about a week later the folks at County Line took the blower in and adjusted the carb within 30minutes. Very Great Service.
This place is old school. They sharpen chain saw blades for 10 bucks. Thats hard to find anymore. And they have good prices on equipment. Also good selection on Stihl.
The staff is friendly and helpful, everything that Ive been looking for part wise recently has been hear in stock, I consider myself to be a small engine mechanic so Ive been to a lot of the places around here and shopped around for parts and this is one of the few places where majority of the things I need are already in stock. The one and only thing but its to be expected because everybody has to make some money is the prices. All shops around here have fairly higher prices then the internet does but thats to be expected so I still give 5 stars.
After reading threw the rest of the reviews and seeing that everyone who had something negative to say. They were always contested as being wrong, by the owner I would guess. And all I can say that when trying to get service from this shop. I was treated in the same manner. The customer is always right and it is your job as a representative of a company to calmly figure if there is any way or means to fix that problem. After a confrontation where maybe both sides where wrong, a older gentleman who fixes the equipment. He told me what he did to my mower as I was grabbing my equipment angry. And solved my whole issue by being nice and listening to me. But by then you couldnt have giving me the parts I needed. This place is very clean and professional looking, and I was happy to finally find a place I could trust. My business is growing very fast and I am shopping to buy 2 new commercial mowers. But as I stated coustomer service is the issue here. Best of luck to you guys. Im sure you will have great success. And fix the issue a growing business experiences.
I live right around the corner from these guys and theyve been nice to me every time. And they do try to do their best on prices. Theyve even helped me find parts that are better than the ones called for by the manuf. Thank you.
Incredibly disappointed with this local business and their lack of professionalism. We purchased a push mower last week and returned to purchase a zeroturn the following week. We were told conflicting information and your business tried to raise the price upon receiving this “special order” of a mower we were told are “flying off the shelves.” Poor business practices.Updated: Your response stands as a perfect representation of your customer treatment. We knew exactly what mower we were interested in. You lost a customer and gained negative feedback. Have a greater day!
Knowledge off the charts in and out with everything we needed
I just bought a Husqvarna zero turn from County Line and they were great! I will definitely be back to do more business with them. They have been in business for years and their shop is amazing.
The worst mower shop I have ever been to they are so rude the guy even started cussing at me my advice find another mower shop. Better yet the worst mower shop I have ever been to say are so rude the guy even started cussing at me my advice find another mowers shop. Better yet try top discount mower repair and parts the address is 5 1 7 2 commercial way Spring Hill Florida
Very helpful and has what I needed for .my exmark mower
In at 9 am to an empty store. Normally would expect to be greeted. Didnt happen. Two people were sitting behind computers, and neither could acknowledge us. Not til after we said good morning. We came there after calling around to find the best prices on Mower Blades. They were close to $10 cheaper. Drove to them this morning, then realized the person I spoke with was looking up the wrong size. So I actually paid more then what another place wanted.Needless to say not happy. Also we were looking at theyre weed eaters and interested in buying a $400 weed eater and the gentlemen didnt even get up from sitting behind the computer to show anything Bout it. Just kept hollering from behind the counter. Not in the least bit happy with theyre clearly lack of customer service this morning. After they confirmed someone looked up the wrong item for us, they didnt even offer an apology. Wouldnt recommend the store. We paid the same price here that we would have for original John Deere parts at the John Deere store. To the owners response, if he will even see this. I Dont think you read my review correctly. I stared he asked d which weed whacker was what. The gentlemen never got out of his chair and HOLLERED across the room to my Dad telling him which was what. With this he still didnt know which one was what. So Im not sure where your statement was. And yes there are two it calls for. Each time he talked with someone he said the appropriate size. I figured you were the owner. Just came walking up paying attention to what was going on, yet never offered to match the price we were told as to why we even came to your store. The girl behind the desk was offered rude and basically admitted she looked up the wrong item yet you as an owner didnt even offer to match the price that brought us there. But anyone reading this review, Rural King has much better deals then this place.
I called to find out if they service Husqvarna lawn mower equipment and they did. I asked many question and I was very incline to bring to them until the gentleman on the phone gave a great tip before I can bring to them. And his advised worked. We need local business like this one. Although I didnt use his service this time I will be the first one to use the next time and also I will let everyone I know the true caracther and integrity this local business have.Five start.
Great place had the bearings I needed for my old lawn mower
Thanks to a great place were a working man can get equipment repaired and leave with money in his pocket.
Nice place thanks great staff
Customer service here is absolutely terrible, you’d think the old guy at the front desk would know how to treat a customer. This place is a joke, glad it’s true colors showed up front. Taking my business elsewhere
This is one of the worst businesses I have ever entered in my entire life. My review from 2012 has disappeared. Did they rename themselves on Google? The FL SOS reflects they are the same owners. I double-checked just now to make sure I am not writing a harsh review of innocent folks. At the time of the 2012 review, I used my name of Michael Lang. There were just a few reviews then. I recall another person wrote a similar experience to mine. I had ordered an electric Toro via Amazon which arrived needing an immediate repair. One of the wheels was misaligned for some reason? The manufacturer sent me to this store. I had not even used it yet! The male at the counter asked for a $50 deposit. I said that didnt make sense to me considering the situation. He said it was policy. I said cant you tell the mower has not even been used? Its not like I would be shorting your store as the manufacturer is the one paying you. The situation was not hostile in the least bit (yet). When he sought the female owner, she began yelling at me before even got to the counter. I was appalled & in disbelief. I left angry. Obviously, I will never forget this poor reflection of simply just awful people. I dont care if it was a bad day. Thats just completely unacceptable. Looks like they care about their reviews now. Perhaps theyre mentally in a better place now. In 2012, Im pretty sure they were below a two stars average.
Great, but they dont take bake electrical parts even though it was there mistake. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware .
I thought I was going to need a new mower but for a small fraction of the price County line made it like new again! Fast, convient, friendly, and affordable!
My name is sal My wife and I recently went to the gun class to get our concealed weve learned so much from him he is a great guy his name is Mike he made the class go by so fast and we had a lot of fun along the way if anybody needs their concealed this is the place to go do it he will guide you the right way my wife and I are very glad to know a person like him he will help and guide you in the right way the guns and ammo are very reasonable as well
Very helpful people. Made sure of the parts ordered were correct. Will return.
If they dont have it they will order it. Great service and selection.
They have a convenient location and a good stock of new equipment...HOWEVER, if you need parts and seek them as an authorized dealer, from my experiences over the past three years, they SELDOM have parts in stock. They can, and will get them, but there is ALWAYS a $12.95 special order fee. I always thought that authorized dealers had a requirement from the suppliers to carry parts in stock, County Line doesnt do that. Five of the last 6 times I needed a part, it was only available through the special order system. I even asked that they just order it as part of their NEXT regular order and was told that THAT could be 2 or 3 months away. And dont come in armed with Model numbers for your equipment and ask for simple things like fuel line because they will tell you to bring the machine in so they can match it up. I asked about the lifetime guarantee on a Shindawa T242 drive shaft and they agreed that they are free replacements for life. HOWEVER, We have to install it... To the tune of $30...ONE bolt, remove head, slide old part out, shove new one in, bolt back in...1 minute..why do THEY have to install it? THAT shouldnt void a warranty.
Very helpful when you need to get your equipment back running right.
Youre welcome! My husband is extremely happy with the quality of workmanship, the level of attentive customer service received; as well as the timeframe of completion. Your service technicians were fabulous concerning their communication skills during every step, and extremely polite. He didnt feel pressured or forced into a decision. There was never any confusion or uncertainity due to a lack of information because everything was explained to him from start to finish. Definitely a pleasant change from what we are used to dealing with back in Pinellas. We will definitely recommend you to others, and we look forward to doing business with your shop in the future. Hopefully not too soon though LoL. Thanks again 👍👍👍
Great, knowledgeable people. Top of the line equipment. Good prices.
Keep trying to call and the call drops off after 1 ring :(
I just got two belts in the pulley for the price I thought I would pay for one bail so its very happy with my experience at County Line mower
Great place for customer sevice
I went in to buy a complete set up of lawn equipment. Not knowing exactly what to buy, I was guided in the right direction with personal experiences, professional advise and ended up buying a complete set at a great price! I have since been in there to browse and they remembered my purchase.
Dont help me at all and close all door and have to go somewhere else all because i want it to buy one screew only wao thank you so much Ill bet if i want it to buy a brand new mower, Im sure they will say yes sr. Right away.
They have every part that i needGood prices and super good attention great and frendly custumer service. Love this places.
I found a great price on the weed eater line for my echo trimmer
The WORST customer service I ever have!To the owner: you are registered under Generac which is the Honeywell generators are made by Generac. Regardless I dont need to know if the provider is paying you or not I am the customer and that is not my concern! This is bad customer service to put your providers under bad light!! Customer service doesnt have anything to do with what type of service you can provide or not.
All ways a good friendly place to come to and all ways have my parts for the mowers I have and if they don’t have what I need they order it and they have best prices on all equipment parts and labor
Really helpful, almost always have what I need. Preregistered all equipment you buy, very helpful.
Badass mower spot, great prices, customer service top-notch and knowledgeable.
RUDE, unprofessional, and apparently also dishonest! Reading the other reviews posted here, as well as the Owner responses, I see we are not alone. I will try to be articulate in my review, and will try to avoid name calling so that the Owners/Managers cant try to diminish the content of my review. We have bought at least two pieces of equipment here, but the trouble for us really came in when we tried to get our Husqvarna Garden Tractor taken care of under its warranty. Heaven forbid we should try to use a WARRANTY!Before I get into my story, I wanted to mention, since I saw the Owners recent review response to Michael FoxHollow, this company has actually been Owned by the SAME people running it now for over 20 years (The Cona family), so it was just a little dishonest of them to try to claim its now under new management. So, our Husqvarna riding mower needed warranty work for a defective frame that bent during use. (BEWARE OF HUSQVARNA RIDING MOWERS! WE HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT HUSQVARNA IS AWARE OF THIS FRAME PROBLEM, SINCE THEY RECENTLY MANUFACTURED A BOLT-ON STEEL REINFORCEMENT PLATE PIECE TO PUT ON THE MOWER IN THE EXACT PLACE OURS BROKE. HOWEVER, THEY STILL REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR 5 YEAR FRAME WARRANTY.) We took it to County Line, and dropped it off. We got a call from “Wes” the following week, stating that they HAD CALLED Husqvarna Corporate, and were told by Husqvarna that they would not honor the warranty. When I called back later that day to try to speak to “Wes” again, I had to go through about 3 different people (never got to talk to “Wes” a second time), who all acted as if I was asking to speak to the Pope himself by asking for this “Wes”. They were all short and rude with me for no reason (I was not even angry at that point, so I was definitely using my very best phone manners). The person who ended up finally speaking with me was “Mike”, who said he was the “service writer”. He was rude, like INCREDIBLY rude from the very second he got on the phone with me. All I had called for, at that point, was to get the number to Husqvarna, and the name of the “tech” that “Wes” had told me he had spoken to there.“Mike” also proceeded to tell me that Husqvarna would “NEVER” (and I quote “NEVER”) repair our tractor frame, because to use the frame warranty there would have to be a ‘defect’ in the frame, and frame defects ONLY EXIST at the time of purchase (meaning would have to be discovered the first day of purchase)”. This sounded totally preposterous to me (because, what’s the point of having a 5 year frame warranty if the warranty is only good for ONE DAY), so I repeated his words back to him, and asked if I understood him correctly, and he confirmed that is exactly what he meant. Unbelievable! They were willing to fix our mower for us if we PAID them, and they gave us a quote, which included a “$95 special freight charge” for shipping. That special “freight charge” apparently was also NOT real, since it only took one call to another Florida Husqvarna dealer to confirm that it would only cost $13 for shipping that frame, not “$95”! What a bunch of SHYSTERS (ooops, I just called them a name, dangit). Also, turns out that they apparently never did call Husqvarna about our mower like both “Wes” and “Mike” told me they did. Husqvarna had NO incident report of any sort (call record) from anyone at all when we called them a week or so later. Maybe that’s why “Mike” was so upset that I would dare ask for Husqvarna’s number and the name of the “tech”? Afraid their dishonesty would be discovered? Needless to say, we went and picked up our mower from them at the soonest opportunity. We will NEVER do business with them again, and we certainly hope this review will help others to be better informed than we were. OUR OPINION…. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE!!**** UPDATE: THE OWNER RESPONSE BELOW IS FILLED WITH LIES ABOUT US, DECEPTION, AND FALSE SMEAR TACTICS, BUT I WILL APPARENTLY HAVE TO WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW TO COVER THOSE BECAUSE THIS GOOGLE ONE DOESNT ALLOW MORE WORDS. (8/26/2018)
Bought my new 2511t here love it!
I went there to buy a coil for mower. I was charged $73 for it. I thought it was a little pricy. So when I got home i put the part in, tried to start the mower. Still no spark. When i tested the new coil. It was shot. They sold me a bad coil. I looked online for another. Everywhere I looked it sold for no more than $15. This guy sold me a bad coil. And robbed me. Because Im Hispanic. He over priced me on purpose. I tried to return the part. And he just made a joke of me. That bald headed petifile needs the worst of life. Dont ever buy from those theifs.
Great customer service and honest work
Hello my name is sal .. Me and my dad bought a husgvarna from there and other parts... Great people to work with.... Always helpful always keeps full stock... Thanks guys for being great.... And tell Vinny I got another shirt then green.... Lmao
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! I dropped my mower off last Monday afternoon (September 18th). I told the front desk about the problem which is the carburator (GAS coming out of air filter)and I gave them my deposit of $30. The woman at the front desk told me that somebody will call me for the estimate. I waited for a couple of days for the call but it never came so I called them and the woman answered. When I called about the estimate, she gave me an attitude and said that the mechanic has been very busy and calling them will not expedite the estimate so I said if you guys cant give an estimate by today or tomorrow then I will just pick it up and she said ok. Come Thursday, nobody called me for estimate so I called them again and a guy picked up the phone and gave the phone to the mechanic. The mechanic said that the cost estimate will be $103 plus the $30 deposit for the labor and new carburator. IT IS A RIP OFF!!! I paid $150 for the brandnew mower. I asked the mechanic if he can fix it right away but he could not give me an approximate time since they have to order the parts so I told him that I will pick up my mower instead. When I picked up my mower on Saturday morning(Sept 23rd) instead of Friday so the mechanic has time to put the parts back together but guess what, the parts are in the small box. The older guy has the audacity to tell me that I wasted their time. I was mad so I told them right away that they will be getting a bad review over it. The older guy and the woman became nasty esp when I asked for the refund since they could not give me an estimated time to get the job done. These people are nasty. That nasty woman told me that their mechanic called me. Hell NO!!! I WAS THE ONE WHO CALLED THEM and talked to the mechanic and not the other way around. I am fine for not getting my $30 refund back since they gave me an estimate and I signed their form but what I need is just simple apology from them for not able to finish the job. I can understand that their mechanic is busy due to aftermath of hurricane Irma but please DO NOT ACCEPT THE JOB IF YOU CANT DELIVER ON TIME. At least be apologetic and not be an arrogant punk. I am giving them 1 STAR for being nice to me when I gave them my deposit and for that OLD PUNK for giving me a FINGER on my way out. Nice try punk. I will never do business with these punks again.××× PLEASE READ THE OLD PUNK S RESPONSE×××What policy are you talking about? I WAS THE ONE WHO REFUSED BUSINESS WITH YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING TO RIP ME OFF. Who wants to pay almost the same amount as the brandnew mower and wait for few weeks? I could just buy a brandnew mower and use it right away and not wait and get disrespected by these punks who were trying to intimidate ME. I asked the front desk that I need it asap when I dropped it off. If you cant do it in few days then your people should refuse the job and not take the deposit so in that way I can go somewhere else. Your ARROGANCE and RUDENESS APPALLED ME. I should never be lied to by these punks and turn their incompetence against me. When I signed the paper the woman at the front desk told me that it is a form that I gave them the deposit. I did not even get a chance to read it and the other stipulations since she said it was for the deposit and I took her word for it. She didnt explain to me in details that if the estimate is given and no work is done then I wont be able to get my deposit back regardless. I am fine with that. It is not about the $30 but the whole experience from your store. So rude and arrogant. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and hear what they have to say. Telling you that I will be giving you a bad review and filing a complaint is not a threat but a statement so other prospective customers will stay away from your bad business. TRYING TO EXPLAIN YOUR SIDE IS NOT DOING YOU ANY GOOD BUT WILL JUST SHOW HOW AN ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL PUNK YOU REALLY ARE.
Every time I have walked in to that store the woman behind the counter treats me like garbage.she has no respect for anyone. she raises her voice or just asking a simple question.
Love it the most nice and helpful family own and ran business

Bought a new chainsaw, the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They got my business...
Wanted me to take a range of prices to fix my mower, did not know how long it would take to replace a certain piece. Lost customer. It might e between so much and so much
Awsome people..great service
Always great advice good customer service
Have needed their help several times and for my needs, they came through. Thanks County Line family!
Really need a part for my mower and your closed. Drove all the way for nothing. No signs saying closed for any reason
Do not do business with this mower shop they are nothing more than a bunch of rude greedy thieves! Not your friendly neighborhood business. Shop elsewhere.
Very personable owner, great guy to talk to.
Always have the parts youll need. Prices are a bit expensive tho.
Excellent service
Need some repairs done.
Very pleasant experience
Poor repair work. Brought my weed wacker in to see if they could get it started. Charged me $30.00 and gave it back to me in pieces. Said it would cost me more to put it back together.
