Saturday afternoon... doors locked tight at 4:50, closes at 5. Waited for the employees to leave, asked what time they close (as they are walking out at 5:00 exactly), and I was instructed to not wait until the last minute.I will be finishing this project with Sherwin Williams (because Ive already started with it), and then switching to a company that cares about customer service. This one definitely is not it.

Disappointing. Disappointing service. I called to make sure Sherwin Williams Spring Hill was open. I called at 2:53 and they told me they were going to be open until 4:00pm. Showed up at 3:06 to be told they were closed. Apparently they got a call that they were closing at 3:00pm. Understandable, however, the customer service I received was less than acceptable. I assure you, if I had not started painting my ENTIRE house in a Sherwin William shade I would go through another paint store. Disappointing.

Staff was friendly, fast, and accurate. Trying to match 8 year old beige /tan paint for a repair in my homes large entryway. Their match was perfect, repaired 2 of 4 walls and staircase wall, repainted, cannot tell where the old paint stops and new paint starts. Highly recommend these guys.

The store manager at this location Brittany went out of her way to be above and beyond professional and helpful today and made my first time at home painting experience extremely easy going and quite enjoyable if you need advice on colors or paint this store location is the way to go cant say enough good things about my experience today. I will definitely be coming back to be serviced again by Brittany and her staff.

Awful customer service. Was not greeted when I entered the store. No help was offered. Man was rude when I just tried to ask a question. Will not go back! Seems they only care about contractors.

This is where the professionals shop for their paint. They have better quality paints that you cant get at the big box stores. Weve never been more pleased with the application, and color consistency from one gallon to the next. We wont go anywhere else again for paint.

I was simply told to “look online” at wallpaper samples instead of being allowed to look at the store sample books so that I might get a better understanding of the print’s appearance in person. You know what, I will... and I’ll also purchase the wallpaper rolls online directly from the manufacturer and at a cheaper price too.I understand Covid has necessitated a change in store policies, but most stores have worked to find alternative, safe solutions for local, in-person shopping and certainly without having to encounter curt employees.

I think it is really cool that Sherwin-Williams is offering curb-side pickup during this pandemic. The associates are still as friendly and helpful as ever. The entire process from order to pickup was efficient and easy! Great value as well.

Rude staff. Stain is wrong color. They would like to argue otherwise. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service experience ever. I implore you to go elsewhere for assistance.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable. They were multi-tasking other responsibilities but still spent as much time with the customers as they needed to be as helpful as possible. They let me know of an upcoming sale so I could save money if it was something that could wait. I will definitely be going back for any paint needs.

Ok, so Ive reviewed this little store once or twice before. But people change and, there are some new faces there, some new attitudes as well. Brittany and Gary are always (almost most of the time) very helpful or at least adequately for the little we ask of them. There is a new girl there that I wish (and believe is trying) would break her habit of asking people to hold or that she will be with them in just a second. Thas second is is always minutes.
