Missed services for a week and a half. We were scheduled for 3 services a week. Called 2 times a day to see when we will be serviced. Was told “you’re on the schedule”. It’s day 10 and we still have yet to have service on our portable Toilets. Rather unprofessional customer service for a large company.
They missed service various times and at the end they charged me for a service almost a year later that I dont recall. I had to pay them or else they were going to send my account to collections.
Used United for a Residentail Halloween Party in 2016, they made it so easy we are using them again in 2017!!
