I went today to buy 1000 feet of baseboard, someone recommended me the place because is cheaper than others, but I had bad experience with the girl in the front desk and all employees, they were in a rush and, very rude people! They gave me a price, and when I went to pay was another price!! Never will come back!

Had to wait and they said it was picked up already but it had not been. They made the correction at least.

Their website shows their woodlands store is open on Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm but when I went there on Saturday Jan 7 2017 to return some materials I had bought earlier they were closed. I decided to leave the material on side of the store under their roof. When I called on Monday Jan 9 to get the refund they said to call later because they had not counted the returned material as yet. They never called so I called back the same day at 4pm and was told that some of the material was missing. Out of about $425.00 of materials $115.00 was missing. I have a problem believing them as some body is not telling the truth. I will caution customers to be careful on the trustworthyness here.They will tell you that information on website is not their responsibility but only what is written on the door.
