Stay away from this dealer!! Bought a 23k truck from them for my business and the transmission broke down a week after purchase. Asked the owner if he would help with atleast half of what I paid for repairing transmission and he waived all responsibility. “Buddy you bought the truck as is” was all the owner had to say.Definitely feels like I got scammed, you’re better off buying from a different car dealer. They don’t care about customers or the vehicles that are being sold under their company.Good luck everyone.

They kept emailing me in response to a credit application. I talked to someone on the phone who wouldnt give me a simple straight answer on whether or not they could work with negative equity. I understand its not always a simple yes or no, but all I received was the person talking in circles instead of answering my questions straight on. I asked several different times and ways, but ended up hanging up on him when his voice developed an attitude and he said Okay, maam, since youre in the car business and know so much, why dont you- and thats all I heard before I hung up. Extremely rude.

My son and I drove from Austin on a Saturday morning to look at a 2006 BMW and the car was all that the ad said it was. Tony was very helpful explaining a couple of things that are key to that particular car.Getting the loan funded from a Credit Union in Austin, assisted by Tony, went very smoothly. All of the cars that I saw while on the lot looked to be nice cars.

Best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Tony took care of every detail, got the best extended warranty, and financing through Wells Fargo with so/so credit.. He even lined me up with the insurance and saved me money there as well!!! The car was as promised when I picked it up!!! I wish there was a TERRIBLE option. Or an EVIL option. These people (the owner sold me my car) are terrible people. The owner himself, lied to my face and told me nothing was wrong with the car, and when I specifically asked if the car had ever been in a wreck, he told me no. Then I found out, the first time I had the oil changed, that it had MAJOR frame damage and had been fixed by Lonestar in a VERY shoddy way to appear normal. So when I called the owner and told him what I had discovered, he said, So? What do you want me to do about it? Its your problem. You bought it. I told him I had only bought it because he had lied to me, and he said, So what? Its your word against mine. I wouldnt EVER spend a penny with these sociopaths again.

Overpriced cars with high miles. Test drove and both didnt seem mechanically sound. In my opinion they seem to deal with people with bad credit and may take advantage of them.
