The employees are so kind & helpful. They took the time needed to help me find just what was needed for my 16 yrs, size 13 shoe son who decided to take dance class. Great experience.

Check your bank or credit card for double fraudulent charges. I purchased something in the beginning of January (2021) and then in the beginning of February (2021) my card was charged again. Despite months of going back and forth, I have still not been refunded the double fraudulent charge. After emailing with Jazz Rags, I was told that it was their credit card companys fault. However, they have not kept me informed on when I can expect my money back. It sounds like there is little to nothing they can do about it, which leaves me being fraudulently double charged. I think the only way to get my money back is to file a fraud alert.Update: It is now October of 2021 and I am just getting the reimbursement back on my credit card. In all this time I never heard back from Jazz Rags. They clearly did not get my money back to me. The only reason I got my money back was because I reported the double charge as fraud with my credit card company.

I have also been a victim of fraud. My daughter purchased point shoes in January for $187 and then in March I was charged again for the same amount. Apparently this business has been sold and this is being blamed on new ownership, yet neither old or new owner is stepping up to the plate to resolve. No phone calls or emails have been returned. Poor business ethics on both old owners and new. I know we will never buy anything from you again ever!!! I will also make sure to let all of our ballet friends know to stay away from you and spread on this thievery. Have a nice day and enjoy owning a distrustful business! I purchased a pair of shoes for $100.65 on 1/28 and 2/12.Then on 3/22 and 3/23, there was unauthorized charges by Jazz rags of $100.65 each day. I have called multiple times to ask that Jazz rags credit me $201.30 for items that I did not buy, but I have had no results. This store makes unauthorized charges on personal credit cards for no reason . Buyer beware or pay in cash.

If I coukd leave 0 stars I would.Worst experience ever. Worst customer service I’ve ever come in contact with. We had to go on a Sunday for our team. I guess they were ticked they had to be there on their normal day off. No help, extremely rude and gave my daughter dirty looks. When she asked the difference between leather and canvas turners we got zero help. No help with sizing, just threw the box to the sister helping out and walked away. When we were told we needed new tan tights we said we already had some. She kept telling my daughter she can’t wear the old ones anymore (in a rude tone) but wouldn’t tell us why. Finally said it was bc they got a new vendor so they wouldn’t match. Well that could’ve been nicely explained the first time. I’ve never had a great experience there but this time was even worse.

Customer service has been very lacking lately. One of the older ladies always seems stressed out, overwhelmed, and always speaks to people in a demeaning tone. Training has also been an issue as associates are consistently giving inaccurate and incorrect information. We used to enjoy coming here, but not anymore.Also beware of fraud from credit card transactions as multiple people are reporting charges from purchases made in February being run again through accounts.

Bought shoes here in January paid for them.It is now march and I am being charged for the shoes again that are 100.00I was told they are working on a refund.I should get it on Monday. Now being told it will be refunded Wednesday.Everytime I call they sound annoyed I am even asking for my money.I am now out of 100 dollars of my own money with no explanation.

Life saver! So many shops are closed or have closed down due to covit. My daughters competition leo did not come and they stayed open to ensure we were able to come in and select something suitable for her competition. You can find it all here. Especially for dance and ballet. There were many Leos for gymnastics to choose from aswell. Great place for all your needs.

When I went in my first time and it was a bit overwhelming for a new dance mom like myself. They have products wall to wall, which can be great if you know what your doing. I ended up finding more than I needed at an AMAZING price and the staff was knowledgeable and was able to give me great advice on dance shoes.

Great place to get all of your dance needs from shoes to tights to leotards and more! For the next couple of days they have their summer sale where you can get anywhere from 20 to 70% off your purchase (tights not included) so that is a great time to shop because their prices are a bit higher than if you buy online. But their staff is always really helpful and very knowledgeable about the dance studios in the area and what they require for uniforms.

My daughter needed ballet apparels so we went here based off the reviews. I must say we were not disappointed. As a first time dance mom, I knew nothing. They explain to me what each item was and used for. I was so happy with service I received there. They sized my daughter and found everything she needed. They have this punch card for every pair of tights you buy. Its a nice thing to have. Especially for me because my daughter goes through some tights. Shes six.

Most comfortable leather tap shoes, and puppies love them too!😆

What in the world is this place. This review is coming from a dad of two dancers that has no clue what he is doing. I was tasked with getting some fancy toe shoes (not sure how to spell the actual name). Gotta admit I was intimidated walking in, but the staff took care of everything and was so gracious explaining everything to me. It was a relief to have somebody by my side navigating the unknown territory.

Knowledgeable employees and they are always super friendly. Competitive prices and nice selection. Definitely our go-to dance store.

Love the service here and they have a big variety of shoes and clothes. Most dance stores cater to a specific size this place caters to all.

On a very busy Saturday they were able to fit daughter in for a pointe she fitting since she was having problems. My daughter has a difficult foot to fit and after trying more than 25 pair she now has the perfect shoes. Havent had this service from any other dance store or this good of a fit.

Terrible service, they had NOTHING in stock. I asked for about 5 item and they not a single thing I asked for in stock. Not coming back, which is sad because they are the only place around to get dance shoes.

I went there on the recommendation of my daughters theatre teacher to get outfit for the play theyre doing. He said that if you mentioned that he sent you there for a theatre production they would give a discount - they said no that was not true, okay its possible that this was misinterpreted. The main thing that I had a huge issue with is that the leotard was marked one price $18.99 and when they checked us out they said the price had changed to $20.99. I questioned how you could this and she said Happens all the time, theres just too many tags to change. Sounds almost like a bait and switch and a very bad way to do business, so be prepared that what you see is not what you will get!!!
