Price was fair and reasonable shipping time. I ended up getting a defect so i had to contact them. It’s a bunch of back and forth between me to them,them to dynabrade them back to them then back to me. Had to pay my own return shipping for a defective tool. It’s been 2 weeks and a day and I still don’t have my replacement tool. I was told they should receive it in the next day or two and then will have to ship out form there to me so it’ll be several more days. Ridiculously slow exchange time and I won’t be dealing with them again.
