I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The mattress I experienced in store is Not the brick I got home with!!Within 5 days I experienced more pain than what the 25 year old mattress I replaced caused. I tried to endure the so-called ‘break in’ period but in two weeks I can hardly walk or stand from the pain from this new mattress. The only recourse is to file a complaint with the BetterBusiness Bureau- which I will do- this place is a fraud- ie- the phone #VM is answered by a Magic Jack recording which speaks volumes. This place is a glorified side of the road truck business. Such a fraud!!!

Its a mattress store selling cheap chinese Mlily mattresses. I dont believe their before listed prices at all, and I never appreciate the pressure of the sales people. Come here if you enjoy someone following you around trying to convince you to buy and asking a bunch of questions. Not for me.

I had a really good experience today buying a mattress and base at the Spring location today. Our Sales Rep Jimmy did an awesome job explaining the different mattresses and the different bases we could get and how they worked. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and provided great insight into the mattresses and which one worked better for our backs and also helped us understand how the bases work in coordination with our particular mattress choice. Additionally, Jimmy went out of his way to ensure we had proper delivery within the specified period in which we needed our bed. I will definitely recommend this location and Jimmy to my friends and family in the market for a mattress and bedding.

The store was very nice and clean, the salesman Jeff and Corey was extremely helpful in deciding on our bed. The delivery. Guys were very professional and detailed in set up and explanation. However, I dont think I would of bought the Innova Royal Plus adjustable message base had I know it was so loud. It sound like something is vibrating on the floor . I dont know what adjustment can be made or a quiet base unit is available .

I went there today to buy a twin mattress and box spring. The price was good and I bought the $88 box spring and $124 mattress. I brought them home and unloaded them myself(I am a 64 year woman). When I unwrapped the box spring, it was damaged. The underliiner was torn and there is a hole in the top solid layer. I immediately called the store and spoke to some very rude man. I didnt get his name. I asked him they could bring me a replacement as I could not load the thing in my car and drive it back down there. He said he could not do that. He said he didnt make any money of an $88 box but he would replace it if I brought it back. I explained that I could not and he raised his voice after I ask again for him to send me a replacement, He said That aint gonna happen. Their prices may be good, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This is no way to get a new business off the ground.

Mr. Jeff Burch went out of his way to make sure I knew what I was getting. Not only did he give me a great offer but he was not pushy and left the decision completely up to me. He went out of his way to make things work for me due to my situation. Not only do I recommend going in to speak with Jeff but I am going to be buying all of my other mattresses from him.

I bought a mattress from here in a box. When we opened it one side didnt fully expand that left us with a ramp like edge on one side of the bed. I was instructed to contact Chris the owner over email. He immediately messaged back, BUT after sending the pictures, i never heard back from Chris. I contacted the store to get in contact with my salesman Luciano, who at first was a big help trying to get some kind of information. He then informs me the owner handles all return and complaints, they have no HR then he basically does nothing. I tried to get the warranty information from them and instead of sending me the information i have been completely ignored. I was told this bed had a TWENTY YEAR WARRANTY.... Luciano told me he contacted some warehouse manager that seems to be the only person to have the warranty information on the bed.. He said, that they said, the manufacturer said it wasnt under warranty that it had to be a 2 dip to be covered. I have asked several times for the warranty information from Chris and from Luciano. Im still waiting on a response
