Great service. Manager know his stuff and keeps a welcoming environment.

Ive been to dozens of GW stores from across LA, NYC, and London, and this one unfortunately leans very low on the list. Aside from being one of the biggest physical stores Ive seen, it barely had anything in stock, and the sales associate seemed very dismissive to me and the other customer who entered the store.

Called and asked for the wocky sus amongus battletoads special and was not disappointed 10/10

Great place for warhammer stuff

A fine enough store if a bit sparse. Having no restroom available is a dealbreaker for a place to play, however. I was told to go to HEB. No thanks. I would rather support stores that provide a comfortable place for play, including an available restroom.

So glad to finally have a Workshop near by. Missed opening day but still had fun checking out new sets and models. Great selection and awesome helpful, friendly staff.

Drove 20 minutes to get there to find the store was closed. I arrived at least 20 minutes before the posted closing time.Guess someone wanted to go home early.

Cook place. Very family friendly. If you love warhammer, come to this place! If your new or want to get into it, or just want to talk to someone about learning how to play. Great community!! 10 out 10.

After shopping here for a while; I feel better shopping at a GW company. If it wasnt for the manager Josh and the fact that he cares more about the customer than the company does, Id shop elsewhere. Dude is top notch and will help you out.

Called and asked if they would be willing to help us learn they game, and they agreed, but when we showed up we were greeted and the person acknowledged that he knew who we were, and why were there, but then just left us so he could talk and hangout with ppl who looked like his friends. If you werent able to help us learn how to play, or didnt want to thats fine, but dont say you will and have us waste our time driving up there just so we can watch you hang out with your pals.

Josh gave me information on all the games and caught my up on the game after not playing since 2000. Glad the game is still kicking and a good local community to play with and build an army.

Very friendly environment where anyone is willing to help you get started including the customers there.

I attended opening day, the corporate staff and the new manager are great. The store is well stocked and offers teaching services for new players and painters.

Josh is doing great job. He is knowledgeable about the product and the lore behind almost every army. Great and friendly community of gamers and new comers are always welcome. Ignore the one single star review. It in no way reflects how great the place is and is likely just a troll. That said the store could use and fit comfortably 2 more tables for players.The last thing I have to say is ORKZ IZ DA BEST AN DIS ENTIRE PLANET IS MINE!

Store is organized and has a great selection. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

Finally a warhammer store closer to Cypress, very clean and friendly environment. Great hobby to meet new people, would recommend.

Went there for opening weekend on the 16th, was crowded and took a while to check out, but that was to be expected and I certainly didn’t mind. The service was very friendly and they were happy to answer any questions I had. I’m glad there’s a Warhammer store in the area again!
