So far, so good. Started coming here recently. The shop is clean and business seems well run. I have some auto mechanic experience from years ago, having said that I feel that so far this business has been up front and honest on repairs. Will definitely return.

Dropped of my vehicle for a slow leak. Eddie was super helpful and friendly upon drop off and pick up. Tire was repaired for a reasonable price.

Had my company fleet cars oil changed and tires rotated as I have done for the past three years at this location. They must have hired some very new or lazy mechanics. The last 2-3 times have not been 100%.It’s an easy fix!Look inside the door panel to see what the cars tires pressure should be!!!! I drive a lot and I am always cautious about tire pressure, especially during large temperature swings in the weather. They always set the tire pressure wrong and the last 2 times my husband fixed it. This time I drove right back to the shop and had them fix it for me. When I came in to have them adjust it, the guy looked at me like I was crazy because I’m a woman. I’m not stupid. My Dad taught me a lot about cars growing up.The also changed my air cabin filter and threw everything back in my glove box when I had it organized.Pay attention to details! It will keep your customers happy and coming back to you!

This location is top notch!! I needed my 1997 Ford F-350 alignment done, but there was a catch, I have 2008 axle swapped this vehicle with 38 tall” 13.5 wide tires, it’s not the run of the mill, these trucks are hard to align stock let alone a completely different axle set up. Long story short they did a amazing job. After being turned down bye many other shops these guys took the bull bye the horns and made it happen, my truck drives awesome!! Great staff, quick turn around and I couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommend this crew!!

This location is great with following regulations regarding the pandemic. They care about you as a customer and they always make each appointment hassle-free. I have been coming to this location specifically for years because of how well they operate.

Dropped by to get tired checked due to slow leak and eventually needed tire replacement. They were able to get the tire ordered and replaced within a few hours on the same day. Always friendly and gets my vehicle issues fixed in a very timely manner.

I was visiting from out of state and found a nail Im my tire. Took it to Grismer and they were able to work on it right away. Turns out it was a small nail and didnt puncture the tire. They checked all the tires and brakes and sent me on my way for no charge. I appreciate their honesty and great service.🙂

Very happy with the service Ive received so far! I brought four wheels in to get new tires mounted, and Grismer was on the ball every step of the way. Communication on their end has been top notch, which I always appreciate, and the turn around for my wheels was very quick. Its nice to find an auto/tire place that I feel like I can trust! I shopped around to 3 local tire shops for my 2016 Escalade. They matched another company with pricing. Ok great Ill send my wife up. Come to find out so many hidden charges......oh you need road hazard, alignment, tire disposal.Nick the manager called me the very next day. Apologized and offered to refund some money since we wont using the free oil changes. We had miscommunication on both ends on pricing.

I went for an oil change, I requested that nothing else be done or looked at. No need for tire rotation. My request was ignored they still took my tires off even though they did not rotate them. I understand they are trying to drum up additional business, but they need to listen to their customers.

Had my front left tire go flat so I called Grismer tire -based on my friends recommendation-they had done a great job for her and she felt comfortable giving me the recommendation. Set the appt for 9:30am the next day- arrived, waited a few minutes til the bay opened, they took my tire off, did a permanent patch-no new tire needed and charged me a very reasonable price and was out by 10:30am. They were polite, efficient and when I need tires-Grismer is my go to place

Ryan is the epitome of great customer service. Discussed with me what repairs were needed and he patiently worked with me to find financing to get the repairs I needed. The repair was done within a couple of hours.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When my car was done the gentleman came out to talk to me about the right inner tie rod and how it needed replaced. Suggested I get it fixed immediately as it was very dangerous to be driving around on. Quoted me $259. When I got a second opinion from a local friend, he informed me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tie rods. I will never trust a company who uses fear tactics to get business. And I’m sure the fact that I’m a woman contributed to their scam. Never again, Grismer.

A little pricey, but all who talked to me, from scheduling to pick up were polite and professional.

Did a fantastic job. We had gone in an emergency because our tire kept getting low, and decpite there being a few people there before us they still had us fixed up in less than 30 mins. Definitely gonna be going to them again.

When I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation I picked my car up when they said it was done. After I drove home I noticed one of my front lug nuts was missing. You let me leave your facility in an unsafe car and clearly did not preform a safety check before telling me my vehicle was done.

We’ve been using them for a few years now, reliable, knowledgeable and they do great work. Had new tires put on our car a few weeks back and they recommended a different brand in our price range that actually saved us a few bucks and have handled well in all the winter weather we’ve had lately.

They are the best! Mark was sooo helpful. At 7 something in the morning his attitude and customer service was superb. I needed a tire after getting a slow leak at work working thirds. I went to one place first they told me first come first serve and I would of had to sit for hours just to replace a flat tire.
