From day one Heartland has been amazing to deal with. Our son bought a Foreman at Heartland in December or January.... they rolled out the red carpet! Took it back by in July to have it checked out. He lost a handle bar end cap and it needed the park brake adjusted.Went by today to pick it up... ALL they charged us for was the end cap... I was shocked to say the least. Was ready to leave and they said they were getting it so I walked out and they had already washed it and had loaded it on our trailer... WOW! That’s what I call service. I promise we’ll be back to buy again!!! THANK YOU GUYS AT HEARTLAND!!!

This was my first visit to this shop. I needed some tires mounted and balanced to 1974 Ho da CB360T rims. I asked when it would be ready and was told someone could work on them and would be ready in couple hours. I was really blown away by that kind of service!Very nice store/shop to visit as well.

Working with Cody and Evan was great. That was the best part of our experience, but once we got to finance and turned down all the extras the lady from finance was not nice. Her whole attitude changed and made what should have been a fun day for use very unpleasant.We have bought over 5 vehicles from this dealer in the past and we will not buy here again.
Huge thanks to Heartland!! I was on a trip with friends and family when my clutch cable broke on my motorcycle. Not a single one in stock with any dealership locally. I stopped just to ask and the service department was super kind and offered to try and help. They repaired my old cable and I was able to make the 400 mile road trip back home and had zero issues. Customer service at its finest and would reccomend them to anyone.
I own a Kawasaki ( and they did not hate on me for it). They were very nice . Ordered my stuff and put it on . Nearly immediately, I might add. I am a fan after 1 visit. I would recommend them.

Bought a 2021 Pioneer 1000-5. After negotiating price and agreeing to purchase, Salesperson left me and went over to the little group of guys at the front desk and had a quite conversation with them. Then, came back to me and said he’d misfigured and the unit I would be getting was not the one we had been looking at and negotiated for. Noticed the two guys in the corner(at the little front desk) were watching to see if I would fall for that. Turned out it was $1000 less expensive unit. I did not fall for their switch out tactic And told him just to forget the deal. They then said oh no that’s OK we’ll go ahead and do the deal. Paid them for it and they told me they would have it ready to go that afternoon. Finally got it the next evening. My son-in-law then decided to buy one and he went up there too. I Told him to watch out for their switcheroo tactics. Low and behold they pulled the same thing on him a few weeks later. He went to a different dealership and bought his.
To be honest, prices kinda high, but quality isnt cheap! Ive been a customer with these guys for many years, always super helpful and know what they are doing! Im can safely say Im a customer for life

I could of bought at another dealership and saved some money, however I don’t think any other dealership would support me or my business with them as much as Heartland Honda. Every time I go in there I talk to the owner for a few minutes. There’s no amount of money saved elsewhere that could replace the confidence that I have in this team.Don’t fall in to other dealers gimmicks and get caught up in waving a few fees here and there.Most likely they won’t be going to bat for you and with you when push comes to shove in terms of warranty with Honda. The Honda service rep is local and has a great relations with the owner. Makes me wish I wouldn’t of already purchased other ATV’s somewhere else.Do your self a favor, go meet the owner, meet the service department, and you won’t be disappointed. You’ll be glad you did.

I had my 2016 gold wing CSC trike serviced last Thursday. The service department was extremely helpful, courteous. Even though couldnt resolve one of my issues, they went beyond in trying to figure it out. Its a far piece for me to drive (over 200 miles) but well worth the drive for the great service.
Employees are great to talk too. Length of the purchase of a new side by side was a bit longer than expected but I believe that was due to computer issues. Once the we got approved things seemed to go smoothly. Very helpful and friendly faces! We will be looking forward to working with them in the future!

Of all the Honda dealerships I have been in this is the best. Very clean and set up like a Harley Dealership I dealt with them over the internet and texts for a week to get 2 ATVs. I was told what I would pay and when I got there that is what I paid. They greet you when you walk in the door and my salesman who I had never personally met came out right away and showed me the ATV and offered me a water or soda. He filled them both with fuel and another guy came over and went over the whole ATV with me and my son. Showed us all the features and how to maintain it. Went through everything. Went to the parts department to get some parts for another ATV I already owned and they helped me make sure I got the right part. Very friendly and helpful. I drove 9 hours one way to get these ATVs and would drive it again and will if I buy another one or a UTV. IF you go there you will not be disappointed. Best customer service I have ever had. I wish they were located in Alabama.
I had power steering added to my side by side. From the beginning to end everything went extremely well from the time the parts were ordered to installation. It was also washed when I picked it up.
Friendly folks - I was pleased with the customer service I received at every level of the buying and delivery process. Id especially like to thank Brad - not only did he deliver our purchase with a friendly demeanor, but he came back out to our house to help recharge our battery after I inadvertently killed it (rookie mistake!). He also gave us some high level safety coaching and practical advice as new riders while he was at our house on a Saturday. Hes an absolutely fantastic guy!

Cody Edmondson was a great sales person.You sell a great product, but wasnt thrilled that after using a $9000+ purchase for a weekend it needed to be brought for a 3 to 4 hundred dollar service.

Immediately I saw what I was looking for, the price I could afford, and the service I needed! SOLD and they delivered that evening to my door! Have been waiting for my parts for over 13 days was told they were going to be shipped 3 days later I was told I have to wait another 6 days until they get them. Then got cursed at when I spoke to the owner he said he can’t do anything about the employee acting like that because it’s his wife completely unprofessional and disquieted with the lack of customer service

When a full set of plastics arrived for a Foreman that I am working on arrived, the rear fender did not match the rest of the set. Its not like it was purple and the rest were orange they were all white but the rear fender was just not the right color. It would have been easy to say tough luck, but Jerrod went out of his way to make it right. I have the only truly white fender in the U.S., and I have him to thank for that.

I owe my ENTIRE bike trip weekend to the good folks at Heartland Honda! My Ducati wore its rear tire to almost failure on these great Arkansas roads and I had to replace the tire before riding another mile. My time with Heartland Honda was very close to a perfect experience. From the start, Zach and OJ were very kind, patient, and treated me with respect. I felt very comfortable with the process. It was until I met the lady in the finance office that ruined it all. She was not friendly like the rest, rushed me through everything, and just didnt seem pleasant to be around. Its not like I had any issues with purchasing or had many questions for her either. I just sat down, and she just started speeding through it all. I didnt feel welcomed to ask questions or even have small talk with her.After I had left, I was trying to figure out what I had done to make her treat me like that. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I called a few days later, and she was just as abrupt and unfriendly as before. I saw another persons review about the lady in the finance department, and Im sure shes the same person were talking about! What a bummer because I dont think I could of asked for a better experience otherwise.
Had a good experience with my salesman zach when i purchased my atv..and when i had a warranty issue, jacob from the service department got right on it. Dealers can sell you something...but the service after the sale and the friendly staff counts for alot..thanks heartland.
I bought a motorcycle from Heartland Honda years ago and really liked Greg, who I believe owns the dealership. Since then, Heartland has moved into a new location and have turned into a much larger dealership, but they maintained the atmosphere of a small dealership I recently purchased a new Goldwing from a different dealership, due to Heartland not having the exact bike I wanted, which was a new 2018 Goldwing with the chrome appearance. No big deal and no hard feelings. Now when it came time to service my new bike, I did a little bit of checking around, since Im a little freakie about who handles my bike and once again found myself back at Heartland Honda. Keylan, who is the senior service representative or manager, was in the process of training Anthony, who I initially spoke to about my bike. Keylan is top notch and very knowledgeable about Goldwings and Anthony was very attentive about what I wanted done to my bike. Since I was having my bike serviced and new tires mounted, I went to lunch next door at the Cracker Barrel, which is a plus and left my helmet and jacket in the service lounge, which I later found was secured behind the counter by Keylan. I found this gesture to secure my items a pleasant surprise and a class act. Keep up the good work and see you again in the future.
I was very happy to find these folks on the internet. I had been having a hard time finding Honda equipment parts here in the twin cities locally that I didnt have to drive a long way to. Others wouldnt let you order online, you had to go to the store between 8 and 4:30pm. I dont have time for that. Then I found this place. Their prices are great - and I dont have to pay the confiscatory sales tax that Minnesota (the people communist republic or Moscow North) collects.The exploded view drawings are great, and if you dont really know what the part is, their phone number is all over the website and Im sure they would be glad to help. I didnt need to call. Anyway, what started out to be a $30.00 order for new belts for my snow blower, turned into over a $400.00 order for additional snow blower and mower parts. As good as Honda is, things still wear out and eventually break. I ordered a bunch of the most common parts I think will wear out and or break - just in case. In Minnesota, if there is a major snow storm and you need a snow blower part - a common maintenance part for example, and go to a local store get one, you are very likely to find the store sold out.Anyway, I plan to keep my mower and snow blower for a long, long time. Its kind of fun to take good care of equipment and see how long you can make it last. I do the same with my ATV, which is a Kawasaki - sorry Honda, you guys just cant match my V-twin 750 engine - in my opinion. :)My snow blower is HS928 from 2001 and runs like a champ. My first set of belts lasted 13 years - awesome! My mower is only 4 years old, so hopefully it will last another 14 years too! Isnt that ironic: a person that lives in Minnesota ordering snow blower parts from Arizona - you gotta love it. Thanks again to Heartland Honda!
I took 2, 4 wheelers to get new tires put on them. I received one unit back not running they said it was probably the spark plug. They didnt bother to change the plug . it was the plug and I see why your mechanic didnt want to change it, it was hard to change out. I will try your dealership one more time but if you hand me a unit that I have to push up on my trailer again I will go different dealership. The spark plug was the problem but your mechanic didnt want to change it. Bad business!

Awesome service department. Came in needed the rubber swapped out on a wheel with 30 minutes to close. They did it pronto and had me out the door in 10 minutes for less than 50 dollars. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
The entire purchase process was smooth and low hassle. I had to replace a key after I lost one and even that process should have been way harder. They just help the customer. I will look here first for any other purchases or support.
I had an awesome experience with my salesman bill. walked in on a Friday afternoon at 2:00. Bill found exactly what I wanted and by 4:00 my new rancher was in the back of my truck ready to ride. The whole team at heartland Honda will get you taken care of. I had a LARGE warranty issue with American Honda Motor Company and Greg, the GM, really went above and beyond to get me sorted. Actually, the whole team over there got after it to get my warranty issued repaired. The group is well run and professional. They turned a negative situation into a positive for me.I can honestly say I will never buy a Honda product again but I will continue to shop at Heartland Honda for all my other needs. I purchased a Honda generator here this week. The buying experience was great. Cody in sales was helpful and friendly without pressure. After getting fluids in the unit and test running, Greg delivered it to my home that evening. He was great, taking the time to tell me about its capabilities and to show me how to run it. Despite making deliveries well after business hours, he showed he was in no rush at all. The price was the same as everywhere else but the benefits of buying from a local shop are obvious.
