Ferguson has a large product show room with knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately this visit I was ignored by the employee while she was helping another customer. I expected to be greeted and wait my turn at least.Their pro-counter is well staffed for quick help. I had no trouble getting what I wanted and all my questions were answered.

Judy Harmon is a Ferguson treasure! Don’t go shopping without her. Ms Harmon went out of her way to find comparable items in a range of prices. She knows her products and is extremely helpful.

I want to give shout out to MATT, at the Springdale Arkansas store, for doing a superb job of getting what we needed! He quickly got as product pricing and also was quick to call us back when he was still in process of working on our requests! He processed our order, added the things we needed and set up a delivery date for us! Thanks again, Matt!!!
