Do not trust this company, they are not worldwide, they are a one off local and do lousy work. Deserves 0 stars. I called the day after work was finished to get my concerns addressed.Our tub has orange peel and haze along with swirl sanding marks and dirt contamination throughout.He will not fix because he said we signed saying we approved his work at the signing, He kept saying it has a 5 year warranty even though I stated right then it was unacceptable as it had dirt and orange peel. He kept saying it has a 5 year warranty but now he says he wont fix it.Ive had tubs done before by other companies and had flawless results. This man (Rick) has no business refinishing tubs. Hes been doing this since 89?? Shameful. I could have got as good or better results doing it myself. I paid 585.00 for peace of mind thinking an expert would do expert work and now Im screwed.

I previously submitted a negative review of WRS related to their caulking and cleanup. However, I should mention that the primary job was repairing hairline cracks in the bottom of a 20 year old fiberglass bathtub (due to insufficient support below and a heavy user). They provided support below the tub and installed an insert on the bottom.. This was done very well and is working great. For his part of the job, I would recommend the company.

The price was high, but acceptable. The workmanship was very poor. The caulking job was sloppy with many gaps and lumps (see photo). The cleanup was the biggest problem. There was a lot of caulking left on the tub (from their hands) and chrome part of the shower (that was not wiped off). I would definitely not recommend this company..

I purchased a vintage tub from worldwide resurfacing specialist and it turned out beautiful. They owners are great people to work with. They were so helpful. I highly recommend their work.

As owner of this business I have no clue who William Smith is. We have never done any work for Mr. Smith and have absolutely no clue what his review even pertains to. Considering the fact he states that the work was done in an apartment this leads me to believe that he has been misinformed about whom actually did the work.

Worst company out there after these people resurfaced our bathtub in our apartment we come home to everything in the house covered in white dust, foam on the walls, floor, and cabinets, they covered our $20 trash can in foam which we got to replace. Also managed to get foam all the way in our kitchen sink and all over our dishes in the sink along with stuffing what was an empty kitchen trashcan full of there materials and foam when they were done. would not recomend this company to save my life!! If you ever use them do not let them out of your sight and do half the job for them since they obviously dont know.
