Went here today for an eye exam. Everyone was nice and we had some laughs in the process. Optometrist was knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining my bad eye and what I could expect down the road. 10/10 would recommend. Great people.

I had some trash in my eye from mulching leaves. Doctor did not see it but went through different procedures to flush it out, very patient, asked me to sit out in waiting area and see if it was better not knowing if he got it or not.It was not better, he upped his options and got it. So thankful on a busy Friday afternoon, he took the time to make sure he got it. Great 👍🏻 job!!

Dr found tears in my retina send me to specialist

I came in to get my glasses replaced knowing they had me on file. Instead of asking me to update and get an exam I got showed away very rudely. They turned down a cash paying customer. Which am sure doesnt bother them. I am 30 and plan on living a long time. Ill make sure people dont go here.

Dr. McAlister and Dr. Bell are the best optometrist Ive ever been to! And Ive been wearing glasses for 12 years. Ive been seeing Dr. McAlister for my yearly eye exam and my glasses since I moved to NW Arkansas, 3 years ago. A month and a half ago I went in to see Dr. McAlister. I was scared and in tears! I thought I was losing my eye sight, my vision was blurred, so bad that I could only make out shapes. The team at Arkansas Eye Care were AMAZING!! They got me calmed down, reassured me that they were going to take good care of me. Taking good care of me was an understatement! I was given 3 eye test and 2 eye exams, to find out I had the most aggressive cataracts in both eyes! The left being the worst! Dr. McAlister referred me to Dr. Risch, one of the best eye surgeons in NWArkansas! I have since had surgery on both eyes and recovering greatly!! Dr. McAlister and Dr. Bell have been handling my post-op care. The team at Arkansas Eye Care and Dr. Rischs team have all been AMAZING through it all!! Now my vision is back to being 20/20!!!!
