Poorly designed lot with all paid parking, and more expensive than other Pilots. Get fuel, use restroom, and head out. Much better parking options elsewhere. The only good thing about this is its walking distance from a 99 cent store and a couple decent restaurants. Even the normal amenities here are substandard compared to other pilots I have been to. Skip it.

I dont know who wrote anything about being clean at this truck stop because in every sense of the word they are far from clean the showers are absolutely disgusting theres so much dirt and build up in the corners even on the countertop by the sink in the shower room. Its obvious to me that the manager the GM included with the other managers dont pay any attention to whats going on here.

This stop was okay most of the staff was not too friendly including the manager. The kid that was cleaning the showers did a horrible job I had to ask him to come back and clean the toilet because it was obvious that he didnt wipe it down at all. There was still paper on the floor and hair in the shower. Pilot claims that they disinfect these bathrooms thoroughly but obviously that is not the case. I do have to say there was one girl that was cleaning the bathrooms as I was leaving she was very nice and polite

Great place.the service was a bit slow but they were getting hit pretty hard. The bean to cup coffe is the best out there on the highways. The cooler was well stocked and the hot dogs were great.yes this is a piolot that is worth a visit to. I will most definitely be back.

Small store that carries about half its stock, the burger king gets you your food but not your way. Not alot of parking but its easy to back in, but dont bother after 1400&1500 it fills up quick

There are 15 paid parking spots the start at the road and go in ward everything after that 15th spot is free! (There is also a McDonalds w a lot available if you go left down sunset)

The staff are rude and inconsiderate. They also also have a lot of deals and offers that they do not honor at check out. If they are not honor their deals, then they need to take the ads down that way people will know that theres no deals going on and have to pay full price.

Poor coffee station, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here. Great bathrooms with large sinks and real faucets-which is hard to find these days.

Greedy pilot, They have pay parking nothing free

I try to avoid coming here. Its usually clean and well maintained, but the exit is at a busy intersection and is not a quick on/off. Then the pilot itself has too many reserved parking spots. It seems like more of the spots are reserved compared to what it says online. The paint for the reserved/non reserved makes it confusing too. Some reserved paint looks to be filled in, but it still says reserved. Regardless, its still too many $20 reserved parking spots for such a small lot. Pilot/ Flying J is just becoming greedy. Taking advantage of truck drivers as they always have.

Stopped in to weigh my truck. Scale setup is good however fuel pumps are questionable. Concrete slab in front of pumps make it interesting to exit

If I could give 0 stars I would, today I saw them refuse to allow a truck driver to buy the things he needed. Even though I had a mask on I put my things down and left. These truckers are limited to where they can stop, took time out of his already limited schedule to be refused service. He probably took a good 30 minutes out of his time to stop there and now will be having to probably take another 30 minutes to make another stop that could have been completely avoided.

This is my clutch go to stop. Gas is normally cheap. Got skull candies headphones and other cool things to shop. Burger king right next to it. Friendly staff

Safe place for a nomad to crash. Always loved Pilot when I was driving full-time.

It hard to tell which spots are free so I just parked in what reserved and paid. My delivery wasnt until 10am, but I was woke by a guy on a motorcycle (Harley type) parked in the reserved area for semis revving his engine over and over at 7:00 or 7:30 am.

I hate this pilot and I live here.they have turn the parking space into pay parking.

Love Pilot Travel Centers! They are the best when we are doing our Road Trips or long drives! The bathrooms are clean, the customer service is excellent, and the store is nice, clean, and organized!

I was treated fairly and I had an alright experience. I think it really depends on which staff are on duty. But you wont have much luck finding a spot here after 4pm, and youll be paying for it, which is annoying.

Whole place is rediculous, no reason for it to take an hour for someone to clean a restroom and no other option for a restroom while it is closed....register ppl have no clue of what is going on outside of where the register are.

Clean store. Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of DVD movies. Small parking. Not much of a selection of food to go. Two meals at Burger King and food was barely warm both times.

Service is good & reduce price items are in abundance. Come & get it while it last from candy to utility lights/lamp, medicines like allergy pills headache, stuff animals & toys etc.

Pilot is great, staff very friendly, but Burger King does not know how to make an order, I repeated 3 times no pickles, on both my wife and I whoppers, and they still put pickles on them both. Even the receipt says no pickles, learn freaking English people or dont even work at these places if you cant under simple English or simple instructions, this is not the first time for this place to do this, 3 times, will not do business with the Burger King again. 3rd time your out

This is not your typical Pilot gas station. This one is smaller than most Pilot gas stations. Parking is very limited, and the convenience store is also smaller than most Pilot gas stations. The restrooms are usually clean, and again, they are smaller than your typical Pilot gas station. There is a Burger King attached to the building that serves great food. Give it a try if your hungry, and if you need to fill up on gas. The gas prices are usually the cheapest around.

Small pilots. Prime spots are 19 bucks. But staff is extremely nice, showers were clean. But come on. 19 bucks to park is way to high. The driver has to pay for that. Not the company. Please pilot. Lower the price

This is NOT a truck stop. NOT trucker friendly. I have never been treated with more disrespect from a business. Manager needs to learn how to deal with the public, he needs to be thankful my wife was by my side, I would have no regrets making him swallow a mouthful of teeth and getting my free shower in the local jail.

This pilot has to be 1 of 7 of the smallest pilots I have ever been to. Inside the store is fine, the parking lot outside is horrible. No room to turn. Very very very very limited parking spots. Pulling forward from the fuel island after you fuel means blocking other drivers in the middle fuel island from leaving (depending on the size of your truck). I like the Springdale AR area... but this pilot is way to small. If you dont get there by 5pm to park for your reset, you might as well not bother stopping except for fuel and Burgerking food!

The interaction I had with an employee here was great! The man was knocking on the womens restroom door to go clean as I walked in the store with two small children after being in the vehicle for 3 hours. I am so thankful he let us go ahead & use the restroom! Also the restroom was not dirty either!

Extremely small lot. Cramped. Fuel island constantly clogged. Drivers finish fueling and go in to shop with their trucks in the fuel pump lane.07/28/20 - 50% of this parking are is now pay to park. Unbelievable. $15 spots. Pilot/ Flying J is nothing but a highway robbery organization.

Parking lot could be bigger, but its a fast, friendly location as most Pilots tend to be. This location has a Burger King attached if youre looking for more than a hotdog or candy to eat. Reasonably close to the highway but not so close that the noise will keep a sleeping trucker awake. Shower availability seems good, but if you want a place to park for the night get in early since the parking fills up quick.

This was the nicest and cleanest station I have ever been in. My Pop is a truck driver and has been my whole life so I have seen them across the country, this was by far the best one yet.

Definitely not 75 parking spot maybe 30 at most!! Don’t get the WiFi even though there website said enhanced WiFi, it’s not. You have to be on or near the fuel island to get good signal and decent speed!!

Great place conveniently off of hwy 412 to stop for fuel, a snack, cold or hot beverage (the coffee and tea bar has a nice selection) or even a meal at the adjacent restaurant.Clean restrooms! (Ive never experienced a wait on restrooms here because there are also restrooms in the aforementioned restaurant, which is connected by a walk-through in the fuelstop itself.

The place is clean, including the restrooms. As an added bonus they have a Burger King instead of a Subway or McDonalds. Unfortunately its full of flies, and no wonder, as they have some housekeeping issues.

Anyone whos ever been here knows. Its always crowded no matter the time of day because its about 1/4 the size it should be for the volume of traffic in this area. Its at a major junction I-49 & US 412. Too many years have gone by without a remodel. The people in the community and travelers in general desrve better. Im sure theyve made more than enough money to cover the upgrades.

It IS very small. The Pilot app states that this place has 75 parking spaces. There are maybe 25 and 7 reserved parking spots. That being said, the showers are clean and available every time Ive been here. After 1700 trucks pull in and leave because its full.

Small Pilot. Not alot of parking. I normally am bobtail when here so I park in the regular parking lime the rest. All but once there have been some creepy individuals hanging out there. I have never been treated badly by any employee and the BK here is decent.

Not a well designed truck stop. They have about twenty five truck parking spots, with ten of those being reserve. at right at twenty bucks a spot I might add. good coffee, a Burger King inside the store, and a pop eyes chicken next door does help.
