We had a great experience with Bella Stone and I highly recommend them. We got new countertops and everything went smoothly.

First off, when I initially contacted Bella stone it took me almost a month and a half to get a call back about measurements and to start the process. I left message after message. I used email/text/phone. I had me and my boyfriend trying to contact them at this point and were very unsuccessful. Once in contact and FINALLY getting the ball rolling 2 months later I finally had cabinets/granite ordered. Wait time wasn’t horrible but it did take awhile for a certain drawer that I ordered (understandable with COVID).Once cabinets were installed I noticed multiple deficiencies in which I communicated to be fixed and most of them were. (Warped door, missing caulk points, missing paint etc) I kept the $2,400 I owed them for install until they had fixed the issues I had made known. I made a couple final issues that I wanted taken care of known to an employee over the phone. damage to the bottom of cabinet from install, a couple door bumpers and a stain in cabinet doors. (This kitchen was not being used at this point whatsoever and wasn’t used till over a month after install) I was told there would be someone out to take care of this a month ago. I’ve left at least 10 text messages and a few phone calls with this company and have received no response. I waited to make this review for quite some time to give them the benefit of the doubt but after failing multiple times i had to do it.Good luck to the next guy. It’s a job in itself to just simply communicate with the company.So at this point I’m with a cabinet door with no bumpers, damage to the bottom of a cabinet from install and 2 cabinet doors that are stained. This was my last resort. I’m very dissatisfied and would not recommend based off the end result of their work. It almost seems like once they got my money for install I was no longer important.Also this review is under my name. The person who purchased the cabinets from Bella stone is my boyfriend Troy Weiss. That way there’s no confusion on who you have in your database based off some other reviews I’ve read that was your excuse. Saying “this persons name isn’t in our files so they must not be real reviews.”

Their work is excellent and the turn around time is amazing. You can see from the photos the quality and beauty of their products. Would highly recommend their company!

Bella Stone did an amazing job with our recent partial remodel! We had them put in new quartz counter tops with a full back splash in one of our loft apartments.They were extremely thorough when they quoted the project and really took their time measuring for everything we needed. The installers left our space better than they found it too!Kaila was always super responsive and communicated with any and all updates.Now, we are just waiting on our new stove to complete the new look.

Even though I’m related to them the pictures speak for them self. Complete tear out of kitchen, master bath, half bath and laundry. Kitchen included cabinets, back splash and fabricated granite countertops. Master shower designed and fabricated from scratch. Luciano is a master craftsman and his workmanship is excellent. He stands behind his work.

We couldnt be happier with the service and product received from Bella Stone. We worked with Luciano (sp?) and Shannon, and they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend them for your project given the great service, top notch product, prompt installation timetable, and competitive pricing.

I had granite countertops installed 13 months ago and initially they did a good job. Now I need a chip and a crack fixed on the same countertop and left 3 messages to get an estimate and have also emailed. No one will return my call! .I have called a few other companies however they suggest I go back to the original company that did my installation. If I had known that they were going to ignore any repair that I would need, I would have used a different company! There is no way I would ever recommend them to anyone due to their poor customer service and unprofessionalism. .

Very happy with our new countertops! Always received a quick response, and even faster service! Only took a few days after measurements to get the install done, and the install only took a few hours. The installers did a beautiful job. Very happy and have already recommended Bella Stone!

We ran into a few hiccups, but Nick was very helpful on fixing it and making things right. Good quality and professional install. Would recommend for anyone doing a remodel.

We absolutely love our quartz counter tops we had installed. Very good quality. Great customer service very helpful. On time and reliable. Only took a week after ordering for the install. The workers were very nice and did a great job and worked very fast. Thank u Bella Stone we will most definitely be return customers.

Highly recommend Bella. Installed granite counter tops in my kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Very helpful selecting the product. Provided several local warehouses to view and pick slabs. Helped find the slabs I wanted. Very competitive price. Very high quality finished product and installation. Installers were very courteous and professional. No problems at all.

Bela Stone was very professional and did and excellent job installing my granite counter tops. There was an issue with the bar top being slightly crooked I called the next day and they came that same evening and fixed it! My husband and I were amazed there was no fuss or back and forth phone calls, just excellent service. We are very pleased with everyone at Bela Stone and highly recommend them.

Bella Stone is awesome. We have used them for 6 projects over the past 4 years. Two kitchens, 2 powder baths, 1 kids bathroom, and our master suit. Bella Stone has even travelled to Columbus, OH to do a total renovation of our kitchen and powder bath. We have used granite, marble, and quartz on our projects. Luciano has a great vision for design, art, and construction skill. With the addition of Shannon as a project designer I see Bella Stone moving to the next level of total concept one stop shopping. We have worked with Shannon in the past to tie in the total project to complement our solid surface counters with tile backsplash, tile floor/walls and cabinet selections. Kaila has been great keeping the operations moving forward. We have recommended Bella Stone to a number of our friends, and hope to get our next project going next year.

A family friend recommended this place after he used them as fabricators for the granite in his kitchen. I needed granite for my whole home so I shopped around and Bella stone beat my other quote by $4,000. From the moment I walked in the door the employees were extremely pleasant to work with. I worked mostly with the general manager, Kaila, and every time I called and talked with her to ask her questions she remembered me and my project. Had Bellastone install kitchen counter tops in our home in Milford over a year ago. I discovered a chip on the counter top one day after installation. I called them to ask them if there was a way to repair it. Yes we will get out there soon. Perfect! After four phone calls and left messages I gave up. No return calls no repair. I just don’t get it l!

While the work completed was good, the lack of communication from customer service is lacking. Didnt return phone calls in a timely manner.
