He was professional, knowledgeable, and seemed more focused on helping us find what we needed (not focused on making a sale). Vince moved furniture for us, helped us measure the size of a custom set, and was genuinely just a good guy that seems to love what he does. I left with a new set of furniture, and feeling like a mad a friend in the process.

Very courteous and clean and efficient in the bed removal and set up. I am upset that fact that I had to make my first payment before I even received my purchase. Still waiting for the bed frame that was supposed to be in stock but come to find out it is not going to get to me till January

Looked around and they have great selection and great sales on a lot of nice things. They are friendly when it comes to the staff members. I only checked it out cause I was waiting on someone but glad I did. It would be the place Id go if I was going to buy a couch or a set or even some other items they have.

UPDATE: as of August 20, 2021, I did receive a call from the manager and a reply email. The manager informed me of an additional delay to the end of October. My options are to cancel the order and get a refund or continue to wait. Of course, the email reply tells me I could also spend MORE money and find something else at the store that may get delivered sooner. This is NOT customer service. My advice, spend your money somewhere else.I have been waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting. I have been waiting since March for my furniture. Each time they call a week or so before the delivery date to tell me it has been delayed…again. Still have not received anything. Asked for a manager the last time and was told they would have to call me back and no one called. Used the chat function on the website and was told someone would call me the next day. Again, no call. Did the chat function again today, customer service is closed for the day and told again someone will call me tomorrow. I am not holding my breath. Will I ever receive my furniture? Who knows.

Hello while getting my delivery i found one rip on each of the bottom of love seat and sofa. I did take Photos of the issues, it would be a Great idea to just leave the Plastic on your New items you truck is not that clean. We been waiting since April for this order it was kind of disappointing to see the Furniture not covered i will be calling the Store when it opens.

It is because of Sharon (Sales Rep) that 4 starts is given. Initially while in the store no one even attempted to help me. Aharon came along and answered all of my questions and was very helpful and super nice!!!!Now delivery. They were on time! But it would have been nice if they would have actually put the trash in my garbage can instead of next to it and a random piece of trash in my driveway.

Couch kept getting delayed months and months which was not explained to us when we bought it. They said it would come in 3 months if not potentially earlier. A lot of people are getting their stuff early they said. Then after 6 months we just switched to a different couch and the refund is just given to you in store credit. Then they didnt even put the couch together when it came! We had to flip it over and put the legs on it! Terrible experience overall and I could never get ahold of anyone on the phone.

The guys were very professional! MyMother in law was here and being who she is, she was asking one of the guys a bunch of questions and he just smiled and answered her politely! They took great care in putting our table together! Everything was great from the purchase to the delivery!!

I love my dinette set it is beautiful. I order the dinette at the end of March. I had to wait until July for delivery. The dinette came in a week early YAY. However 2 of the chairs will not be delivered until October. I am very disappointed about the long wait and delays. A lot of money to spend only to receive a partial delivery! The delivery team was great!!

I had an excellent sales person (Rod). The only disappointment I experienced was having to wait so long for the furniture to be delivered. Made the order in April and received a love seat the end of May. Family room furniture wont be delivered until June 16th and the living room couch wont be delivered until August. Never experienced a problem with the delivery team or customer service. Also, great management team!

I went into VCF in Springdale today! Id hoped to be approved for higher financing than I was approved for. The wonderful young man that assist me is Bryce Green! Bryce was awesome! I was pretty much throwing in the towel, but he did not quit on me! He spent time with me and throughly went over different options that could benefit my situation. Bryce is a great salesman, takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile for the customer! We love our furniture! We spent a couple months researching and visiting several showrooms but just fell in love with this set Day One. We went back 3 times to make sure it’s what we wanted. The delivery team was smooth, professional and courteous. Everyone in the showroom was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback to the entire experience was the delays in getting our furniture. We do understand that shipping issues have come up due to Covid-19 that could not be controlled. We will definitely shop here again.

I had a horrible experience until a store associate named Ryan stepped in and turned everything around! He was very knowledgeable, extremely customer friendly and just down right a good associate! What could have been a loss of 2 customers for the company turned into 2 sales. Simply because of Ryan

I checked out Value City Furniture today and I came across a woman named Pam who works at this location. Pam was phenomenal, she walked with me the entire time helping me find the best options for my house, and she was extremely warm and welcoming to be around. I really appreciate the great service and care that Pam provided.

The beds were delivered in a timely manner but our headboard wasnt able to be put together because it is missing the holes needed in order to screw in the frame and headboard. Other than that, the experience has been good. The second delivery, two weeks later, made the buying experience better. This time, they got it right!

Only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 is because they didnt have it in stock. In these days after covid, no one seems to have stock. I have to be thankful we only had to wait 2 months on lawn chairs.Delivery guys were friendly and knew what they were doing.

The store was clean, however not a single sales person approached us to see if we had any questions or were interested in purchasing anything. However we have found a sofa we liked & the price is right so well be going back. Hopefully well have better service.

Overpriced and the selection is fitting for Cardi B..not a good male oriented selection for a single guy unless you like blingy furniture. The sale staff isnt very helpful or available as need be. Not the Value city furniture store or selection I remember.

Originally ordered my furniture from the Florence location I’m assuming when they don’t want to deal with a customer issue they just transfer you around..Have had nothing but issues and got transferred to the Springdale location and got a lady named jasmine! she helped me and we got everything figured out! Excellent customer service for her.

I had a GREAT experience at this store! The person who sold me my furniture was SO helpful and friendly (Kevin Leyendecker), and his associate (Noah Maisel) was great to talk with as well! I was having SUCH a stressful day up until they helped me. Their warmth and friendliness absolutely turned my day around. And, I cant wait to pick up my furniture!

Purchase experience was phenomenal. I had a couch and love seat in order with Furniture Fair and it was a month’s wait so IDecided to try out Value City and they had one to me in days.Easy to do business with and their delivery service was on point.Couch is probably less quality than FF, but for being half the price with exceptional service, It was definitely worth it! I highly recommend.

The furniture is beautiful and the delivery guys were awesome but I only received 2 of 3 pieces of my sectional and was told I wouldn’t get the last of my sectional till October 2021 almost 4 months from now so I have 1/2 an sectional in my living room smh.

My salesman, Vince, was fantastic! He gave me just enough attention, but let me have space to look around the store. The delivery team was clean, efficient and friendly! My only complaint was that delivery date kept getting pushed out. I addressed my concerns with the customer service team and they made it right for me!

Value City has some of the best furniture on the market for the best prices. The furniture they have is more detailed and stands out in your house as well. My wife and kids love our new furniture and are looking forward to getting more from Value City in the future.

The sales rep. William Wiley went the extra mile to help us secure our merchandise to the car. Love his humor, and very patient. The end table is good quality the price cant beat. This table have some weight to it.

My consultant, Ronnie Davis, was very nice, pleasant to deal with and not pushy! He was very knowledgeable and knew the products that the store had and when to expect delivery. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and look forward to shopping there again, hopefully with Ronnie as my consultant!

I purchased my bedroom furniture at the Springdale location. I was extremely impressed with Home Furnishing Consultant Ryan Chase and Kita who processed my transaction. I explained my back problems to Ryan who gave me several mattress options. The furniture arrived today. They set it up within 20 minutes. I really enjoy the look and how it enhances my house. I plan to return to purchase a living room set. It was a great experience thanks to Ryan and Kita.

Great customer service really cared about what i wanted

Waiting 6 months for them to get my couch to me. Called the store when I got out of work at 7:30, it rang and rang for 5 minutes, nobody answered.Had to call corporate customer service and sat on hold for 45 minutes. Nobody can tell me where the couch is, or when it will be here.Update: I sat on hold for another 45 minutes, they assured me couch would be here by 7/3, less than 48 hours later the store called and attempted to delay yet another month. 7 months total waiting for a couch.I have been jerked around and lied to for 6 months. What a company. Go anywhere else for your furniture needs.

Delivery process was quick and easy. Only complaint I have is that some of our furniture ordered in the set is majorly pushed back from a delivery date in March to possibly not arriving until June.Product quality seems great, looks just like what we observed in store.

Would have had a sale if salesman had gotten up out of chair and waited on me. Said as much to 2 of them on my way out the door.

5/11/21 Update: The new very nice manager Alex called apologize for the inconveniences and gave a discount since the table was no longer available. He cares about his customers.I purchased a table and chairs in January when it was delivered there was a small spot that did not have the stain/finish on it. I called Value City and they said they would send out someone to repair it. When the person finally came 2 months later because of the snow he immediately said that it was done at the manufacture. He tried several things to get it to look better. In doing this he sprayed several things over the table which ended up making different colors all over the table which made it worse than what it was. I called Value City and they asked me to come in to find another table because that company had went out of business and they were no longer selling those tables. When I went to Value City they had the same table for sale. I asked the salesperson why it was for sale when I was told they did not have anymore. She then found out that that table was on clearance and they were selling the floor model. I talked to the manager he was very rude and told me that they would take $100 off of my table and that was a very good deal. I asked can I just get a refund because I did not like any other other tables they had in stock. He said no because the repair person said that it was customer damage. he told me to contact the pure promise that I had purchased and they would fix it or refund it to me. I contacted the repair person and he told me what he put in the report and it was not customer damage. So now they are going to try to fix the table again. I would not recommend Value City because of the hassle that Ive been through and the arrogant manager who lied to me that was on duty at that time.

Last time I was there they loaded my rocker recliner and instead of pushing the button to close it they shut it down by hand and broke the lift gate and I had to replace it. Had to crawl in the back with a screwdriver to release the lift gate to get the chair out of my car. Cost me 1600.00 to fix at dealership

Last week I went in to purchase a new living room set. I was able to get what exactly what I found online. It was a pleasant shopping experience and everyone was very helpful. My furniture was delivered just now by Derrick and Nick. They quickly brought my new living room set in. They were friendly and in and out in about 15 min! Very happy with my purchase and delivery!

Derek and Nick was on time, provided good customer service, clean, professional, and put everything together perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

Came here to buy some patio furniture and a couple of fire pits but the no gun sign on the door turned me away. I try not to frequent criminal protection zones

I purchased the warranty on my new dinning set. During Covid I had 2 issues with my dinning set. When things eased and I felt comfortable with someone entering my house, I filled out on line to get my dinning set fixed. I was told that I had to report the issue immediately and since I didnt they would not fix my dinning set. I explained that during the time it happened I was not having anyone in my home. Didnt matter and they did not stand behind the warranty the sold me. I was not happy and demanded that if they are not going to stand behind the warranty I purchased they need to refund that money. After several months I received the $120 for the warranty but still have damaged furniture. Moral of the story dont purchase the warranty! Dont buy from here!

It was fine other than the delivery time. I was told that my items would take about 2 months, which they did and I didnt have a problem with since I wasnt moving right away. However, the day before they delivered, less than half of my items were available. I have to wait another month for my dressers, and almost 7 more weeks for my bed. Im not happy at all with that, but everything else was good.

I purchased a bed from VCF last year. Had absolutely no issues. Fast forward a year later and I have had my furniture delivery rescheduled 5 times in 4 weeks. And at this point I have no confidence that I will receive my furniture from them next week on the new date they have given me. I’m so disappointed, had I known I was going to get the run around like this, I would’ve never made this purchase

I needed a couch in a hurry, yes, in a hurry in the middle of a pandemic. Most places have long waiting periods except for overstock and warehouse like stores. But after shopping around at a couple of these stores, I was completely unhappy with my choices (and also a little miffed...one place essentially insulted my parenting when I asked how hard it would be to care for the fabric of a particular couch...ummm, ya, kids get things dirty, no matter the parent. Heck, adults get things dirty!). Im prepared to pay for a couch, but considering the cost, I want to like it, you know? I finally stopped in at Value City where I was greeted by Lisa. She was AH-MAZING. I explained I didnt really care what I got - sectional, L-shaped, couch/loveseat, but I needed seating for 6, and I needed it delivered by next weekend. She got on her little tablet and started typing. She then took me to look at four different options. I walked out of that store sooooo happy. She took my terrible furniture shopping day and turned it around. Seriously, she was the best. Guys showed up on time on my delivery day. They even fixed a small problem with the furniture (error on the part of manufacturer) on site so that the two halves of the L fit snugly together. Basically, thanks to Lisa I had a couch in four days, just in time for family to visit and admire the style, comfort, and color. Thanks Lisa again!

I rarely give five stars before more than 3-4 times using a store/service. However, given the current state we are in financially, I would definitely recommend VCF as a place to check out. By the way, the delivery team was awesome!

Ordered at this location to be delivered in a different state. Everything ordered looked as I expected and put together quickly in home. Delivery team was nice and polite as well.

Im sorry to say but this location is tragic, for me. Value city has gone down, I remember they would have some beautiful pieces and a large selection. I dont know if its just this location since the value city that I normally would go to was located elsewhere. The pieces they have on the floor dont look to be a top quality and there isnt a large selection of items considering what they showcase on their commercials, the reason I went. I did buy an accent pillow though.

I would like to first start off by saying my Salesperson was absolutely Great! Delivering our furniture has been a Nightmare! I was told on 12/26 it would be delivered on 12/31 everything. Next I received a Confirmation email on the morning of Monday 12/28 to confirm. I noticed only 3 chairs being delivered so I called to make sure. Then was told I wasnt receiving nothing on 12/31. This has been an absolute Nightmare. I will have to rethink my next Purchase. I understand Covid set things back however as a Corporate Furniture Store things should be better managed.

First they sent me one product for another, I went to the store and they told me that they would send me the correct one, 3 weeks later they send me the correct one but with a different color.

Me and my sister ordered a dresser and side table for my mothers bedroom as a surprise . Our step-father ordered the matching bed and another side table . We paid for this installments over several months and had it planned to be here in December . It was delayed several times, so much so that we got a refund of $140 for the in-convince. It was stressful and we may not order from them in the near future, BUT they are nice people, customer service skills are amazing, delivery people put the items together fast smooth and effectively . So this is why I gave 5-star because most of the inconvenience they couldn’t control, that’s me being nice .

I was able to locate/purchase the bedroom set I really liked at a reasonable price, but I walked all the way to the back of the store passing about three sales members before anyone even spoke to me or asked if I needed any help.....maybe it was what I was wearing that had the salespersons think that I could not afford anything!.....hmmmmmm! After I got past that, everything else went smooth. Even the delivery team was very professional. Word of advise sales team, don’t judge a book by its cover!
